Conductor without dress daily and with out mask bus route no 901/22bus no4323 conductor I'd 8429 misbehave passenger

Dear sir
This bus DL1PD5407, route no 183, rohini sec 18 to old delhi railway station. I m daily passanger to chandni chowk. This bus never stops at haider pur ayurvedic hospital stands. It cames here 13:45 approx. All passangers who are standing with me they said " kar lo complaint kuchh nhi hoga " but i said no, it will take action against him. Public's trust to system is going down. Plz take action to make trust in public

The conductor takes money from all passengers but does not give us tickets, and we say that if the TC comes and catches us, he says, I 'm sitting and silently speaks like this to all the passengers, everyday this Conductor doing this work he is fraud, Please do not put such a conductor in the case of such logos that the entire bus environment is disturbed.

Non-stoppage of Route No. 801 today (04.03.2022) at around 9:45 AM at the Virendra Nagar Bus Stop (Opp. Delhi Haat, Janakpuri) despite the signal by me and other fellow commuters to stop. We had to wait for the next one to board.

Yesterday (03.03.2022) evening at around 4:30 pm also I faced the same problem with this Route No.801 and ultimately I had to wait for the next one.

Generally, drivers do not stop at this bus stop. If you do not wish to have this bus stop, get it removed. No shelter is there at this bus stop.

Please sensitize your drivers and conductors to not to treat the commuters as if they are at their mercy and some drivers open front gate and some drivers rear gate. There should be uniformity.

Driver run empty bus.
Ye bus chalti kyon hai?
Kyon tax payers ka paisa barbaad kar rahe ho?
Beshrm nakara log ho aap.
Baar baar complaint karne par action nahi lete.
Aap log insaan ho kya ho?
Pessenger bevkuf hai jo stand par khade ho kar haath hilata rehta hai or driver aage se bus le jata hai.

Sub-- My issue is if route is diverted then all drivers had to take the stands coming on diverted route.

I am daily passenger travelling daily from delhi buses.
But due to route diversion from BEGUMPUR to Y BLOCK MANGOLPURI via SULTANPURI their are many issues faced by all passengers because of the mindset of drivers.They are not taking passengers of stand between begumpur and y-block mangolpuri.
All the drivers are not stopped the bus on the stands like Sector 22 terminal, sultanpuri terminal.
Specially bus drivers of BAWANA SEC-5 CLUSTER AC, RANI KHERA DEPOT-1, 2, 3.

PLEASE SUPPORT ASAP.

Sir I am travelling from Dhaula Kuan to New Delhi railway station in BUS NO DL1PD0079. The conductor is charging 50rs per passanger. I asked him why he is charging so much fare for this then he starts abusing me. He told me put complaint anywher where you want I do not care. He drop me in midway at RAVINDER RANGSALA. And I missed my train due to Conductor misbehave. So request you to please take strict action aganinst him. Otherwise I will take action again DIMTS as well.

On the date 12 2022 I was standing at Nehru Nagar bus stop at 1:30 am. Bus number DL 1 PD 5746 The driver and conductor of the bus did not stop the bus at the bus stop even though the bus was completely empty and when I reached the gate When I hit my hand, he abused me as soon as I opened the gate and said that we will not break the glass of the bus, we will not sit and play songs in full loud voice, the conductor also abused me and said that you are running for free, we will not open the gate and Said, got down from the bus so much misbehavior and said that we will not tell anyone our wish

I travelled today in your cluster bus no dl 1PD 2201 from Anand vihar to ITO I buyed the ticket of RS 10 which is the actual fare that conductor told me as I m a teacher by profession so donot need to take mysejf in any problem I m 49 years of age . Today as I was traveling in to the bus my stop to get down at ito and i told the conductor on the stop to open a gate so that i can get down on my destination he treated me so gunda type and abuse me and hold me 15 min in to the middle of the gate which is neither open or nor ot was close I requested to the driver I m getting suffocating please either open the gate full or let me go inside as my stop is infront of you he badly shouted upon me including the conductor and that civil defence staff who has a duty to maintain peace and law of the bus that civil defence staff was just sitting and watching the drama of that driver and conductor but does not respond to any one that they are doing wrong with the passenger I continually requting to the driver and he was taking virtually on mobile phone while driving the bus they both were shouted like a dog continually I told the driver that I will give complaints of you three he told go and do the complain .. I was shocked of the shouted behaviour I was not feeling well since that incident the conductor is not providing the complsin register either and he shouted upon me for asking the same please give me reply I will take legal action upon the department as well as the staff deputed in the bus all three of them I already booked complain through your help line number my complain number us 2222/22 intimate me through reply for the further process to take my case to higher authority with the legal action upon the same three working staff conductor driver the one who is using mobile through driving and abusing

I am Rajesh Kumar, working as a CDEO at Delhi Gov. Dispensary, Swaroop Nagar. Today at 3:00pm I was standing at Swaroop Nagar, bus stand on national highway for DTC Bus. After waiting 5 min a bus (bus no. DL1PD5001) came and stop at the centre of the highway which was very far from the Swaroop Nagar bus stand and highway is every time busy with heavy traffic. Bus driver did not came bus near the bus stand. I was in hurry so, i had to catch this bus (bus no. DL1PD5001). I caught the bus at the centre of the highway which was already busy with heavy and fast traffic. I saved my self from an accident with a truck while catching bus. After that, when i called the same to the bus conductor, he started arguing, misbehaving, abusing, giving me threat and tried to take off me from bus. I am complaining here regarding the same. Kindly take necessary action against him. I will wait for the response from your side.

With due respect, I am a staff member of DTC and regular passenger of 479 bus no. DL1PC6127. The marshal Manmeet Sejwal (as it is written on his name plate) always step downs from the bus on modi mill stand.
Please do something for this. Government doesnt pay for only sitting and step down from the bus before the duty end.

Your 144A2 bus never stopped at wazirpur industry area.
Specifically a bus bas driver ( white dadhi wala) never never stopped bus at wazirpur industry area.
He challenges " Jo karna hai kar le, bus nahi rukegi.

Hi,
I am writing here to highlight the issues i have faced frequently as bus driver and conductor stopped the bus before terminal and drunk alochol and to utilize their duty timing by this commuters and forcefully they asked passenger to not board on bus as because they will stop the bus before depot fot their tea time but in sakr of their tea time they are just drunking alochol .

Today due to same issue when i have highlight that why you wouldn't go to depot even the bus is for dichaun depot they said this is our property and we will spare our time in between .
This chaos converted into rucus please arrange to check cctv footage of bus also kindly punish the conductor and driver for their casual attitude alongwith homeguard.
