I am jagmohan singh.i am writing this mail for complaining about the orange cluster bus in delhi.my wife travels daily by bus and today also she was travelling in orange cluster bus route no.711 from South extension to Delhi cantt, when the bus stop came the bus driver refused to stop the bus and started driving bus more faster and when my wife said him to stop the bus as she has arrived her bus stop so the bus driver started abusing her very rudely and also saying that I will not stop the bus do what ever you want, also he said that you ladies travell for free do what ever u can I would not stop the bus. Then he drives the bus more 2-3 km and then my wife gets off also that time also he was abusing my wife. So I hope the concerned authorities will put gravity towards this matter and some measures would be taken for this misbehaving by bus driver. Thank you. Bus:-orange route No.-711. Bus driver not stopped at Alipur's next bus stop. By asking he told me "I already told everyone I will not stop the bus at bus stop, leave the bus at Alipur GT road bus stop".
I boarded in the bus from Budhpur stop and not confirmed bus driver skipping the bus stop, i already bought ticket.
This was a regular practice by driver, they skip the bus stop near PWD office stop. Driver also become rude and said vulgar words and do whatever you want to do. He said " tere baap ki bus nhi hai, ja ja ke kar le pradhnmantri ko complaint."
I want written apology for same from the driver and conductor within 1 week, other wise I will forward this complaint to Prime ministor portal (as per suggestion from your kind driver), Delhi LG, and Delhi Chief minister.
Please don't ignore this complaint I became very strict whenever someone tried to hurt my reputation in public.

Sir, I am a girl student from NARELA ITI.
And I reach the bus stand around 5:30 pm.

And there's a bus, no-
DL-1PD-4530, sachivalaya to narela.
And he never stops at the stand, even if the bus is vacant.

Please take this issue into account. Because the area is outward and far from NARELA.
And becomes dark and dangerous afterward.

Today morning around 8:12 A.M i was going to office. A blue bus having no. DL1PD 5549, route no. 943STL was aarived at bus stand bawana (opposite to TDPPL office). But the drivers stops the bus approximate 50 metre ahead of bus stop. Passengers i.e. students, ladies etc have to run to caught the bus. And the same was happened at DSIDC bus stand. When i approach to bus driver he shouted and said that there is no stop mentioned here and you taught me to run to catch the bus.
After that he used to some abusive words along with the conductor and said you cant do anything against me and warn me not to come in this bus in future. The bus is ours and we dont know where the stand is . And i want to mention here that the same incidence happened from last two days.
I request the department to take neccessary action against the staff and a face to face meeting with the driver &conductor will fixed if possible. Please make an update regarding action taken on them.

I am a citizen of India. Today i.e. 18 Jan, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. i was at Karala Bus Stop, there was traffic and Bus No. DL19D4411 passed but couldn't stop. There were many passengers everyone tried and knocked the bus to stop but bus driver could not stop.

Kindly do the needful.

Driver is not stopping on pandav nagar mother dairy flyover stan. Route no 611 bus is up location and bus no. DL1PD3606, and driver is also phone used in driving time 21:30 pm. Plz action to driver and conductor, we catch the bus in Sarai kale Khan and asked conductor to give me complaint book, conductor is not given me.
Also misbehave me and my friend.

The bus driver don't stop the bus at pooth khurd main society stand.The Bus Route is 988 Qutubgarh bus no.DL1PD-4526 at 10:50 AM .There was no reason because there were empty seats in the bus even we were moving our hands for stopping the bus .

Never stop 473 on jagriti enclave

I was Waiting at the peera garhi bus stand for bakkarwala ( DL 1P4619) around 6:40 pm dated 11/1/2023, driver was passing by but didn't stop the bus at the bus stand even he saw me waving hand to stop the bus he always do this thing, it's my humble request kindly take strict action against him

Sri man ji mai daily nangloi se mahipalpur ka yatri hu aaj sam ko bus no DLipd 5051 rangpuri se liya aur conductor ko maine ek 10 rs ka note aur 5 rs ke 5 sike diye but usne sikke lene se mana kar diya aur karan pooche jane per muje gali diya aur muje bus se utar diya, kya is tarah ka behave sahi h, us conductor ne muje bola ki kahi bhi complain kar lo mera kuch nhi hoga, kipya karke uchit karayawahee karne ki kripa kare, muje ticket lene ke bad bhi conductor ne muje bus se utar diya is matter ka ek mail maine transport minister aur parivahan secretry ko bhi bhej diya hai, ticket ki copy maine attached kar di hai

सर एक 207 का ड्राइवर है वो बस स्टैंड पे बस नहीं रोकते है उनका एक बार का नही है वो हर नॉर्मल बस स्टैंड छोड़ देते है मैन मैन बस स्टेंड रोकते है जैसे की कश्मीरी गेट और श्याम गिरी जैसे बस स्टैंड पे रोकते है उनको मैंने पर्सनली भी बोला था की सर आप बस स्टेंड पे रोक कर चला करो मुझे बोलते है की तेरी बाप की बस है प्लीज सर इन जैसे बंदों को सुधारो इनकी बजे से सर हम घर 11, 11 बजे पोहच ते है सर मेरी छुट्टी 8 बजे होती है बस स्टैंड पे आधा एक घंटा हो जाता है जब 207 बस आती है तो सामने से बस नीकल जाती है जबकि इनको पता है हर बस की सर्विस आधे एक घंटे बाद है तब भी ऐसा कर ते है इनकी बजे से हम घर लेट पहुंचते है और सर आज भी कश्मीरी गेट का बस स्टैंड भी छोड़ दिया प्लीज सर इन जैसे ड्राइवर पे स्ट्रीक एक्शन लिजये वर्ना इनकी मन मानी बड़ ती जायेगी 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Sir/Madam,

The 774 buses plying in the evening culminate at Sec 10 Dwarka. The Najafgarh bound passengers have to wait for long hours say one hour for getting ride for Najafgarh. The senior citizens have to face a tough time waiting at Sector 10. It is requested to kindly extend the route to Najafgarh from 5.45 PM to 6.30 PM i.e the peak hours. Similarly, if possible in the morning also direct buses on route number 774 may kindly be introduced from Najafgarh to Vasant Kunj Depot or N. Place.

Route number 145 time 11:20 am from Rohini sector 18 to Badli village.

On reaching the bus stand the driver was busy with his smoking material and looking for smoking the Bidi in this proces he not open the gate or requesting to open the gate hi stated replying in bad words nd start arguing.

He was also not warning the seat belt and stop the bus in mid way road.
Not followed the bus lane properly.

Take a stringent action on the driver and couductor as well as both are responsible for quality service delivery insted they are doing Hooliganism.

Train them value and ethics while doing their duty and respect others.Before that take stict action on driver and conductor like them.

Sir DTC Bus and Cluster Bus which are from Safiabad border of Route No. 112 now run from Narela Ramdev Chowk while passengers coming from the border are facing problem, please all 112 route trains should be run from Safiabad border You will be very kind

I want to complaint against the irresponsible behaviour of bus driver of bus route 143, bus no.- DL-1PD 3264 going towards Anand vihar. I was waiting for bus 143 at Khyber Pass bus stand, date - 4/11/2022 at 7.15 PM, as I commute daily from INS hostel to Swaran cinema and this is the only direct bus route. I signalled the bus driver to stop at Khyber pass bus stop, even after noting that the passenger is waiting at the bus stop, he did not stop the bus stop.
I want to register the complaint against bus conductor and bus marshal of this bus as well, they also did not even asked the bus driver to stop the bus.
Kindly take action action against their irresponsible behaviour, only then they will understand the value of their duty and value of passengers' time.
Same thing happened in the morning at east Krishna nagar bus stop with this bus route no. at 7.50 AM. I was unable to note the bus no.

Today I am standing at Azadpur metro station stand for taking bus ( Route No.- 134 towords of Ibrahimpur village ) timing 18:40 Dt. 02/11/2022 . The bus driver not stop the bus at the stand and I looked at the bus there is no crowd only 30% bus seats had oqupied. I am very disapoint about the DTC Cluster bus operator because this raute don't have enough service now the next bus will be come after 1 hour and there is no another option to going...
