He drive bus at out of lane.
Your all drivers at this rout not stopping bus.
I already complained it many times.
Please do hard action.

I am Naresh Kumar, an Advocate. I do legal practice in Tis Hazari Court. I oftenly go to my home Jahangir Puri by bus. Yesterday, on dated, 03.08.22 at 5 pm, i took bus route no. 120, DL 1P D 4671 from morigate bus terminal gole chakkar towards to my Jahangir Puri. I asked for a ticket and gave Rs. 10 coin to bus conductor but he denied to take it and on asking by me why then he said dusra de yh nhi chalega is pr 15 lines hai dekh nhi rha h kya yh nakli hai, then i saw this coin and showed one passenger then passenger said that there is 10 lines its not fake and then conductor took this coin in very anger and said to me bata kahan jayega ye le ticket aur baith ja then i said how are you talking to me, i am an Advocate and mind your language then he shouted on me mai to aise hi bolunga tu kya karega mera saale baith ja warna peetega bahut. Then i said i will make complaint against you then he said ja baith ja jo krna hai karle tu mera kuch bhi nhi bigad sakta. Then i sat on seat and when i was getting down on Jahangir Puri bus stand before metro station then conductor already was stand there, stopped me and said to me saale complaint mt kar dio warna marunga bahut aur gaadi k niche de dunga tujhe bana dunga saale tera vakil. Then i moved from there and i did complaint to DTC through Twitter, PGMS Delhi, sent mail to Minister of Transport Delhi Govt., CMD, RM. But still no action has been taken yet against this conductor.
I request to you kindly take strict action against this conductor asap.

I am a student, and want to tell about the problem which I have to face daily while going for my coaching classes.
The shuttle of Route No. 185 is from Dr. Mukherjee Nagar but the Cluster buses go directly to GTB nagar not plying via Mukherjee Nagar we have to walk a lot to reach our study centres.
The DTC buses go through Mukherjee Nagar then why cannot the Cluster buses go through the same route.
We are facing a lot of problem daily in reaching to our classes on time, this has put a lot of stress to our studies and we are feeling mentally stressed so kindly resolve the issue and ask the cluster buses to go through Mukherjee nagar.
Pls. resolve the issue at the earliest.

i would like to know you that i was traveling in 320 towards kendriya terminal and i was stand in front of gate for stop at bangla shahib gurdwara but driver did not stop bus at gurdwara bangla shaib then i asked him frequently to stop but he did not stop and told me this is night bus service we are not supposed to stop at every bus stand either passenger standing at gate or not i asked him three to four times to stop bus but he did not stop and started misbehave towards me bus number DL IPD 5186 route no 320 towards kendriya terminal there was sikh driver and timing was around 9.53 pm 2 aug 2022

I Babita Rani, was Travelling today around 11.25 AM on Route No. 473 Bus No.- DL 1PC 5342. When I board the bus, I asked the bus driver not to smoke on the bus. But he refused to do that and was misbehaving also. Even ask me to board another bus or sit on the backside of the bus.

Kindly take an action on that. Because due to smoke many passengers face problems in breathing even having a proper mask.

Bus no. Dl ipd 4927, route no. 123, driver played the music loudly and stopped bus either before stand or after bus stand, not opened doors for upcoming passengers and when i asked why he didn't open the door he argued and abused, in last he said the door was not working properly. He drove in very improper way make zig zag on road, not take break even on speed breakers.
I request you to take proper action and make me update on my issue.

i am parkash chand, sir i was travelling in bus no DLIP D 4833 and going dichoo depot stand to nagloi.i said to driver that sir please right speed on the road because road is not rush, but didn't listen my voice and driving 15 km to 20 km speed.and i requested please right speed driving so that i was so late on point where i .

I was travelling from Tilak Nagar to Dabri on 23/07/2022 in bus 801STL whose plate number is DL 1P D 4246 and driver did not stop/skipped two stops while public keep waiving hands to stop the bus.
When i asked him why he is not stopping driver abused me in hindi and asked to sit quietly and conductor told me that bus is late that's why driver is skipping stops.
But it's completely wrong to not to stop and abuse when we raise our voice.
I request to take strict action against driver only.

There is no particular timings of any bus of route no 822.
They have there own time. Main issue of bus no 5381 that should be start at 8 am. But driver take the bus before the time everyday. Same with all the buses at evening. No bus at on time.

I take 793 bus to and from college. The bus never arrives on time in the morning and in the afternoon the driver often skips our stop due to a large number of students trying to board the bus. The bus timings are irregular and not frequent enough. 793 is a highly sought-after route and a lot of passengers board the bus. This is becoming quite an inconvenience as the driver is not operating the bus according to the rules.

Please take strict action regarding this.

I was at dhansa bus stand metro station at 6:26 on 6 june 2022. When i saw a bus routed 822 towards issapur village stopped at the bus stop of dhansa bus stand. I ran towards the bus and reached at bus stand. But the driver didn't open the gate when i request to the driver as well as conductor for opening the gate, the driver starts the bus. You can check the cctv cameras of the bus for verifying this. This was very ill mannered service of that bus driver.

My humble request to you please take some strict action against the driver.

Main Geetanjali bus stop 10-15 minutes bus ka wait kar rahi thi, finally orange colour ki 534 bus aayi maine usko bus rokne ke liye haath bhi dikaya but us drive ne bus nahi roki. Bus Khali thi koi bheed bhi nahi thi.

Bus stand main sirf main ek ladki he thi maine bus no note kiya bus no hai 6905 orange colour (Mehrauli-534), or ek baat or Jo bus main marshal hote hai wo kis liye hote hai jab wo kise lady ke bus ko rukwane ke liye help na kare women safety bus ke ander ke sath sath bus ke bahar bhi bahut jaruri hai Geetanjali wala stop bahut Khali rahta it is not safe for women. Isliye drive ke sath sath marshal ko bhi is baat ka dhyan rakhna chahiye ki koi lady agar bus Stop main akeli hai or bus rokne ke liye bol rahi hai to bus ko jarur rukne ke liye bole.

Route no. 988 (DL1PD4531) bus driver, don't stop the bus on Rohini sec7&8 bus stand at 6:02 PM. This thing is happen on daily basis, driver do the same thing. I request to bus conductor also, but he also didn't listen me. The problem is very serious because on this route the buses are limited, and being a female...i am very disappointed with their behaviours.
Please took a view in this regard, i will be very thankful to you.
