I have recharged my dish tv no. [protected] yesterday through amazon app, scanning the QR Code given in the my account option of dish tv at 8.36am of Rs. 400 but yet it is showing switch off date on 4.4.2022. For your convenience, the bank reference id is[protected].
Please solve this problem as soon as possible....

Actually I have taken telugu channels pack.every month I pay 287 rupees last month March they activated one telugu Movies channel cost 50 rupees .even they didn't call me and I didn't give any confirmation from my side but how did they activate other plans kindly take a necessary action on them...

When i check my bank statement i confirmed that it is credited to dish infra service private ltd. I dont known why so much delay for my payment....

On 02/04/2022 i made a payment of Rs500 to recharge my dth the money was deducted but the service is not provided...

I had an annual plan of my dish tv . It was Manoranjan 12 M, now i want to modify it to Swagat . Kindly do the same early .

Do you have you any shame or any sense of ethical conduct left in you. What a shameless company which is calling on my cell back to back for recharge the TV from some landline number located from Chennai.

Please stop spamming Indians and have some sense that calling so many times in single day is against the ethics and rights of Indians.

Such a useless service customer care given wrong information..yesterday I ask cc team I want to recharge but make sure the switch off date should be 30 days she said you will get 30 days recharge with 280 as she said I recharge and check there was 18 April I asked her that you said you will 30 days but haven’t received she said like system down and all things after she kept phone on muted and disconnected call..is this the way you cheat...

VC no [protected] was recharged through Google pay via UPI ID[protected] dated 26th March with amount rs. 429..but acount is still showing as deactivated...kindly do the need ful...

I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different Chennai land lines numbers on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. I recharged it in start of March 2022 and 3-5-2022 is its switch off date. It was working fine till 15 March 2022 but suddenly it stuck in a loop from 16 March 2022. First it shows unsubscribed channels then low balance and it is doing same now. Kindly provide me a solution...

I am getting constant calls for Dish TV and which is computer generated even thrice a day which is unwanted and frustrating. And also getting messages about bill due or bill payment on my mobile which I am not aware of. Please take appropriate action to stop this calls and SMS on high priority.

Hi,
I have bee getting non stop calls from dishTv on my vc connected number. Though I've activated DND on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls. In case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm. in night. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible.

I am dishtv customer dishtv is pathetic service thay are only earning money not taken the customer seriously i card so many times but nobody resolves my problem...

I purchased a new STB from Disht TV app.I paid Rs.1519/- including installation charges of Rs.200/- Now when I called customer service for the installation, they are asking Rs.200/- as installation charges.I feel deceived.Kindly look into this matter at the earliest. Contact no. [protected]...
