Money debited from account but recharge not done.

I recharged my Dish TV account having registered mobile number : [protected] by scanning the BHIM UPI QR code which was displayed on my TV Screen Using Phonepe App. The transaction became successful and money got debited from my account. When I opened my Dish TV app, the account was still showing inactive. Despite of following up multiple times with Dish TV customer care team, I got no resolution.

Please look into the issue...

I have recharged dish tv before 3 days but still my dish tv account is not updated. I have called number of times to customer care. I have raised complaint but no body take care about it. Still, switch off date is not updated in account...
