I am facing an issue with the setup box which suddenly gets switched off, I have already raised a request for this service on May 28 2022 and they responded by saying our technician will contact you in 1 hour, today (May 31, 2022) I raised request again still there is no response. It's been 3 days since they haven't resolved the issue as per their commitment.

    DishTV technician in PCMC area Mr. Dalavi has taken extra charges RG6 connector charges (120/- per connector which is available at only 20/- per connector as discussed with customer care executive ), at the time of dishTV fitting on dated 29th May. Even after refitting most of the channels showing no signal, trying to get in touch with dishTV customer service & technician, but both are not giving responses. Very disappointing & worst service by dishTV technician & customer care executive.

    Requesting to refund 250/- extra charges taken by technician & arrange signals for all activated channels in my package.

    Thank you addressing my concern, technician returned 184/- to me. Sorry i was out of location, so doing late reply. I had already raised my concern on your customer care mail id. but no response form ur side, please get in touch on my registered mobile no. [protected]. But as earlier mentioned there is signal issues for few channels mainly for HD channels has not resolved. Kindly do the needful.

      I am sick and tired of the daily calls recieved from the call centre.
      Please close your call centre and save the money spent. In today's era of internet we don't require you calls to update us on the offers daily...

        I recharged my dishtv on 26/05/2022 at 11:08 PM through GooglePay. The amount was debited from my bank but it was not reflected in my dishtv account. Since then i have contacted the customer care almost 10 times but my issue is not resolved. They provide a link which doesn't even work and say there's nothing they can do. Please do something about this or i would have to move to consumer forum

          By mistakenly i have done wrong recharge of my old dishtv vc no instead of my new vc no so i called your customer service and sent emails as i was told which was to be resolved within 24 hrs. please kindly transfer the amount as soon as possible below are the details and i have also attached a invoice file for your info.

              On 18th May 2022 at 9:30 pm due to low balance in my account, I did payment of Rs.300 in my DISHTV account(V.C No- [protected]) through YONO SBI .I subscribed my DISHTV account of Rs.300 for 1 month. My payment was successful in YONO SBI but when I opened my DISHTV account and there was no update of new recharge. I have called customer care, he first checked my account and said no message is received by our side and said to wait for next 24 hrs.After 24 hrs still this problem is there .so I kindly request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                    I am a dish tv costumer from Leh Ladakh having VC no. [protected]. I recharged my account on 30 April 2022 and gave several missed call on the toll free no. provided for refreshment but not not updated till today i.e 11 May 2022. When I contacted Mr. Rajiv, Mr. Saqib and Ms. Sana regarding the problem they disconnected my call in between. Now I request your good self to direct the company to refund the money of these 10 days. Hope for your positive response.

                      Dish tv promotional offers are calling me daily for 5-6 times and sometimes more than that. Even after requesting them to not call back they still keep harrassing me during my meetings and working hours. If i cut the call they keep on calling immediately without understanding the importance if privacy in any person's life. Please request you to take strict action against this or i will go legal against DishTv

                          Please don't call me again and again. I have lots of work to do other than listening your plans and watching TV. If I have facing issues then I will definitely call you.                             I have recharged total amt.of ₹.6008/- from 29.1.22 to 1.5.2022.
                            In my dishtv a/c. the balance amt. shows ₹.5948/- and in my tv, it shows only ₹.350/-. And in both places, the switch off date shows 2.5.2022.
                            I don't know, how it is possible,
                            I have tried to call on [protected] for this complaint but no response.

                                DishTV calls me almost 5 6 times a day. Sometimes even as late as 10pm. Numerous calls during office hours. They have made a hell of a situation. I have raised many complaints with DishTV but its of no use. They instead removed my RMN which made it rather difficult for me to choose packs and channels. Please help me out of this nuisance by DishTV.

                                        I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.
