From the last some period Dish TV Service is really bad, I have recharged on 12 jun 22 as channel after they cut off service again they are showing cut off date 27 jun22, balance is 1000
cut off date firstly showing24 Jun 22 then change to 27 jun 22 (account Balance 1050).
Dish Tv Customer Service is pathetic, once I complained about some channels not coming and asked to check at the backend. But they replied to send technician other than that they don't know anything,
Problem resolved by itself after someday and all channel start coming.
I am a very old customer of Dish TV but now seems they don't bother about service. Talking to Customer care seems wasting our time as they don't know anything.
Customer care not able to answer properly cutting calls many times and on-call back give miss call and cut the phone.
