I have been receiving too many calls from dishtv which is very annoying and disturbing. I want this calls to be stop.

    My name is Gaurav Singh bearing VC no [protected] . I have done a recharge of Rs 287 through Ring application pay later which got credited to Dish Infra Services Private Limited on 16th june 2022 at 5.14 am bearing transaction number BNPL[protected] and utr no[protected] which got credited in their company account. When I follow up with them for 7-8 days they accepted that the payment has been credited and before that they denied for credit of payment. So finally after much of contovarsy they credited Rs 287 to my dish tv account on 22june 2022 . After that on 24th june 2022 they bounced my payment which can be seen in screen shot that i have attached here in. When in enquired them about the bounce payment they told me that it will be returned to source from where payment was intiated. When I enquired about it with Ring pay later since it was the source from where payment was initiated they told me payment can only be send from their end and caanot be returned back if bounced becauz it's a pay later service app. When I told about it to dish tv senior executive that payment will not be credited to Ring pay later as it is a pay later app they litterely denied to return my payment back. So dish tv is a robber and has robbed my hard earn amount of Rs287 in the name of bounce. Dish tv has robbed me in the name of bounce so i request you plz take strict against such fraud who r cheating and fooling me my hard earn money. My registered mobile number is [protected] and so i request you to plz help me out in getting my amount back. Plzzz sir plz help me out with it...

    Why the hell are you fooling us with your soft words. I have been following up with your team from 16th of june 2022 but haven't got any satisfactory response from your side till now. I have follow up with your people's since 16th of june 2022 at which my money was being credited in dish tv company account. So I just want my money back dats it and that too in my dish tv account. Now you guys are speaking soft words when I have reported about it in consumer forum. I just want my money back. And plz check at your customer care end and verify whether I have lodged any compaint Or not. I have all the proof and that too with your customer support manager recordings. Just I am seeing what resolution I get and if I do not get any solution over here will definately file a case of fraud and misguiding customer in court. I will now not leave you guys. You people's have taken customer for granted and get ready for the consequences by looting customers.

      Dear,

      From the last some period Dish TV Service is really bad, I have recharged on 12 jun 22 as channel after they cut off service again they are showing cut off date 27 jun22, balance is 1000

      cut off date firstly showing24 Jun 22 then change to 27 jun 22 (account Balance 1050).

      Dish Tv Customer Service is pathetic, once I complained about some channels not coming and asked to check at the backend. But they replied to send technician other than that they don't know anything,

      Problem resolved by itself after someday and all channel start coming.

      I am a very old customer of Dish TV but now seems they don't bother about service. Talking to Customer care seems wasting our time as they don't know anything.

      Customer care not able to answer properly cutting calls many times and on-call back give miss call and cut the phone.

      Subscribed package & channels/add-on detail along with price-Family Cricket HD Annual 221 Channels -

      0NCF Charges - 0

      Total Monthly Recharge Amount - 0

      Current Account Balance - 1050.85

            Sir, my vc number [protected] I submitted my monthly payment on 22/05/22 how can my switch off date will be 19/06/22 the have done this act earlier too. the send recharge date on tv screen display if I recharge my package they will no complete the month and counting one month on pay day.

                I had asked for a smart set top box for a new connection to dishtv, but instead of smart set top box the technician have installed a hd set top box and now they are refusing to replace the same, and asking me to upgrade the connection, I am sure this type of fraud and cheating they are doing to most of the customer and charging more money, please help me and all the customer like me who are facing this type of fraud by distv.

                In spite of my complain, there is no positive response from dish tv side and they are not ready to replace the wrongly installed device.
                This is a fraud done with me and i don't know how many others like me have faced this type of fraud by dish tv.

                  I Poornima. I am your customer since 5 years. My VC number is [protected].
                  I recharged on 31st May 2022 but there
                  was some issue .So, I complained on customer care ; the technician was sent we found that the set- top box and the Dish-antina was to be changed he said he will come the next day with the connection to change it

                  It has 10 days and no-one is here yet.
                  I tried to complaint about it on customer care many times but there is no respond

                      Sir i had recharged my dishtv connection today through dishtv app but firstly an error has been shown asking to try after 30 second. At that time amount was not credit to dish tv account. So i tried again. This time also same message of error received but also received message from company of receiving amount of rs. 1626/-. No such message was received at first time. Due to error in system of company I had been charged twice as shown now in my dish tv account as well as bank statement. I immediately contacted care no.[protected] of company but no satisfactory reply or response received. So you are requested to refund my second time amount of rs. 1626/- without any delay.

                                    Recharged my DishTV account. VC No [protected] . Recharge failed two times. Two amounts of Rs 175/ (Total Rs.350/) was debited from my bank account on 27/05/2022. Kindly do the needful for refund.RMN.[protected]

                                      I am facing an issue with the setup box which suddenly gets switched off, I have already raised a request for this service on May 28 2022 and they responded by saying our technician will contact you in 1 hour, today (May 31, 2022) I raised request again still there is no response. It's been 3 days since they haven't resolved the issue as per their commitment.

                                        DishTV technician in PCMC area Mr. Dalavi has taken extra charges RG6 connector charges (120/- per connector which is available at only 20/- per connector as discussed with customer care executive ), at the time of dishTV fitting on dated 29th May. Even after refitting most of the channels showing no signal, trying to get in touch with dishTV customer service & technician, but both are not giving responses. Very disappointing & worst service by dishTV technician & customer care executive.

                                        Requesting to refund 250/- extra charges taken by technician & arrange signals for all activated channels in my package.

                                        Thank you addressing my concern, technician returned 184/- to me. Sorry i was out of location, so doing late reply. I had already raised my concern on your customer care mail id. but no response form ur side, please get in touch on my registered mobile no. [protected]. But as earlier mentioned there is signal issues for few channels mainly for HD channels has not resolved. Kindly do the needful.
