        Please note that, my Dish Tv (d2h Customer Id[protected] connection error from 27th July, 2022 till dated and they have also charged on daily basis.

        Continuously /many times call to their customer care no.[protected] to request resolve this problem but yet to send their any technician or solve this problem.

        Now you are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful please.

        8 से 8 महीने से मेरे डिशtv में रिचार्ज करने के 4 से 5 दिनों तक pay चेनल चलते और और फिर बन्द हो जाते हर बार कस्टमर केअर में शिकायत दर्ज करने पर 1 दिन बाद चेंनल चालू हो जाते है और फिर 1 दिन बाद चेंनल हो जाते है हर बार ये बोला जाता है की अगली बार के प्रॉब्लम नही आएगी, जबकि 2 से 3 साल पहले मेने सेटअप बॉक्स चेंज किया था

          I had recharged Dish TV & was not getting service. I called CC. No proper response they are simply making me run pillar to post. They are playing blame game on Service team & CC team. Recharge amount is waste & time is waste. Please refer below credentials & do the needful.

            I Arvind Kumar Upadhyay registered mobile number:-[protected] on dish tv who takes the Dishtv service on 16th June 2022 and pays him 350rs (200ra for technician visit charge and 150 for box warranty plan) and on 25thJune I registrated another complain which is cleared by company but on 5th July 2022 when I registered another complain then company refuses to provide service and said there is monkey issue in your area so we are not going to send technician till you protect your antena but the question is that if I pay 200rs to the technician and according to company norms I have a free service by company for 30 days after paying 200rs so how company is refuses to give me service and from 16th July I regularly contact to company but Company is not provide me service and demanded 200rs for the protection of antena but now why I am provide them 200rs when I already paid.

              I am a dish tv customer from Chennai, channel I suscribed(sun tv and its group channels) is not displaying properly, to know the reason why it's not displaying properly I tried to contact dish tv customer care "[protected]" but all the time it tells us about topper tv add and ask to press * to proceed after some time it says we haven't received any valid input and call gets disconnected, I tried couple of times and pressed * then that channel is subscribed and then it went in to customer support portal, this is not the way to treat ur customer, they are unprofessional and fraudulent, at last nassama po

                Our HD set top box stopped working.
                We complained about the error to dishtv.in .

                They arranged a technician visit.
                Technician charged visit fee of Rs. 200 and installed a faulty STB on 21 July 2022. The new STB stopped working on 23 July 2022.

                We complained again but the CUSTOMER SERVICE insisted that we pay another Rs. 200 as technician visit fee.

                We already have paid for a Box Service Plan, valid till 10 October 2023, which entitles a STB Replacement till that date.

                  Dish tv में बहुत सारे एयर तो फ्री चैंनल नही चलते है और अगर लिस्ट में रहते है तो कोई भी प्रॉब्लम रहती है उनमे, या तो कोई error रहती है या फिर नो सिंग्नल दिखता है, या फिर वो चेंनल लिस्ट में रहता ही नही है, dd sports, फिररंगी, Chardikla Time TV, Russia Today, Atrangii, Popcorn Movies, Filmachi

                      I purchased DishTV new connection and received at 11/07/2022. They not proceed for installation after morethan 50 times complain one technician came to home (after 6 days) and just installed DishTV and gone. Activation was not done by him. He told me that you purchased online so I can't help you.

                      For Activation I send many times sms (DISHTV ACT VC NO to 57575) but not active my connection. Regarding this I completed many time customer care and also Nodal Officer. But still same problem.

                          Please stop calling me 100 times a day. It's something getting out of patience. You literally don't need to remind me about what to do and what not. For your information I have a brain that functions. The consumers are not jobless like your telecom service department to answer 100 calls per day. Please stop the call service.

                            I have been getting non stop calls from dishTv on my vc connected number. Though I've activated DND on my phone number, still I am getting 6 to 7 calls in a day. If I cut the call, then DishTv keeps calling me until I pick up the phone and when I pick up and they say that they are from DishTv I again Hung up the calls but again they start calling me until they make me angry enough to burst my mind. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
                            I'm mentally harassed by such marketing calls.

                            Kindly look into this at the soonest.

                              Its been a pathetic service from Dish TV. Set top box went bad 4 days ago, it was under warranty so customer service personnel registered complaint and told that service personnel will come and replace the faulty set top box.
                              The service personnel is replacing the set top box for 4 days now and giving irrelevant reasons for not visiting.
                              Hopeless company, hopeless product and worst service ever.
                              I will never recommend Dish TV to anyone in India.

The calls are being made from different phones/mobiles on daily basis, so it is impossible for me to block the number. Kindly stop them from making these calls as I am not interested in any of the offers.

                                    Hi, I have been receiving non-stop promotional calls from dish tv. The calls are being made from different phones/mobiles on daily basis, so it is impossible for me to block the number. My vc number is [protected]. Kindly stop them from making these calls as I am not interested in any of the offers.

                                      Sir i recharged my dish tv account through paytm with reference id[protected] on 26 jun 2022 time 8 35 transaction was successful but after 7 days recharge nit done i complained 3 times at their customer care but my issue not resolved . Kindly look into matter
