They promised to give a pair of shoes and free vouchers if we took dish tv connection.

I waited for more than a year and a half now.

Dear trai please give solution for my connection.

They are not active my connection 3 months my recharge amount 546. Rupees also not re-funded. My setup box is purchased[protected] working. Now they told to change the hd true recording box is faulty. But error will shows like connection in deactivate mode. But support team told like box faulty.

I have dish tv for my tv channel. I have paid my fees till december.
This for full sport package.
Now from 1st december company informing us pay extra for three sport channel else will be remove.
I argued how this is possible once pay till december'17 how can they remove my channel, they did not listen to me and stop these sport channels from 1st december.

Hello... I have recharged my dish tv before a month for royale hd packet... I have a message now that is saying that i have to pay extra to view te 1, 2, 3 sports.
If i would know that i have to give extra money i would do that in the begining anyway i hope that i dont need to give extra money so i can watch those sports channel which i already paid for.

I was using a pack of rs 389 in which i was getting channels like sony ten1, ten2, ten3 but suddenly it stopped and when i contacted customer care they told me that due to increase in input cost they have removed that channel from my pack but my issue is that i have paid for my pack for next 1 month and any changes made by company should must be effective after that duration as i am prepaying for that product. I am a dishtv user since 2013 and having vc no [protected]. Four months ago, i got a problem in my setbox dish hd+. After complaint log at dishtv customercare a engineer visited and without any enquiry and diagnos he told that your set top box is faulty and non reparable, and same need to be replaced. He replaced my old hd+ set top box with new dishtv hd nxt, and also charged rs 620/- as replacement fee. But not replaced my set top box remote...

We have the same problem with dish tv. Dd chandana channel cannot be seen. The error dialogue box shows 'signal not found, this could be due to heavy rain or bad weather, please wait for bad weather to clears'. This message is constantly there even if there is no rain for past 1 month. Im sure dd chandana does not need a mandatory hd connection. This is dish tv problem...

I recharged my vc#[protected] with amount rupee 797 on 11th november.
Amount was credited to dish tv account and new disconnection date was given to me as "01-june-2018". Also i got invoice (Payment confirmation) from dishtv side.

10 days later i got message on my registered phone number saying, "your dish tv is currently de-active".

I called customer care toll free number and came to know that amount...
