I recharged rupees 963 towards annual bharat pack. My present pack is pick by channel. I want to shift to bharat pack which is not showing in my account. My vc no: [protected] and phone no: [protected]. There is no system to update the packs in your dish tv home page. So please update my new pack. I. E. Bharat pack annualy. Please guide to solve the above issue promptly.

    Yesterday 15/12/2017 11:16am i recharged my dish tv vc worth ₹832 for 3 months super family pack and family hd add-on via mobikwik mobile wallet app but my dish tv not recharged yet. Then i contacted dish tv as well as mobikwik but both the services asked me to wait for 24 hours but now it's more than 30 hours and still they are making fool to me by blaming each other.

      Since 23/11/2017, i am writing emails & putting complain continuously for my refund and justification for the extra money dish tv has collected without my approval beyond my package. But without any written confirmation they are keep on calling me from call center by a new name every time and disturbing me unnecessarily even though i have told them to send your inquiry by return mail. Please solve the issue as quick as possible otherwise i will take the help of other media. My vc no-[protected]

        The set-top box (Stb) of my (Now disconnected) dishtv connection stopped working within about one year of the connection. When you ask for replacing it, they charges a total of rs. 645/- (450/- for stb + 150/- for technician's visit + taxes etc.). And most unbelievable fact is that they provide the replaced stb's warranty for 3-months (90 days) only.

        So that means, god forbid, if the stb again stops working on the 91st day, you are technically "out of your warranty period" (A phrase that dishtv customer care folks are trained to use very promptly), and then you have to again get it replaced by paying rs. 645/-. And this process will keep on going. So this nothing but a fraud way of money-making practice that dishtv follows.

        The reason why dishtv provides warranty only for 3-months (90 days), and not for at least 6 month or 1 year, is because they replace your faulty stb with their another old, faulty and refurbished stb only, which they also know that it will not last more than few months and then customer has to replace it again. And on top of that customer has to pay the rs. 600/- plus replacement charges. And that's where they makes additional money.

        And the reason why most of the dishtv stbs stop working after few months of installation is because the set-top boxes that dishtv provides are of cheap china made. It is of very low quality. It takes long pause to start as well.

        So don't go for dishtv. Dishtv is a fraud company. It follows wrong money-making practices. Go for any other satellite tv connection like i did after this experience.

        Hello Online Dish TV team,
        Another huge problem with Dish TV is that every time you contact them with your problem, they only feel sorry, but do nothing. Since they have no quality service to offer, no quality practice in place, and no quality stb even, so they have kept "lots of sorries" in their storage and they keep distributing these sorries whenever customer ask for a solution. Disgusting...

          I relocated fro bangalore to chennai. Asking dishtv people to do reinstallation. But they are showing lots of resistance for the same and they hardly have anything to do with customer issue.

          My roof is 8 feet tall and its same with 100+ villas in chennai where i am staying.

          Dumbs of dishtv are asking me to bring a ladder so that they will do reinstallation, its not thr duty to do the same and on top of it the govt offiicer of dishtv can not stand on a table and climb on roof to do installation.

          All dumbs and # are seating in customer care service centre to argue with customer.

            I did not cancel my dishtv addon pack of rs 25 (For ist month) with gst, it cancel automatically, this is fraud by dish tv,. After cancel of my 25rs addon plan they tell me you have to recharge with 99rs to avail this addon. They tell you have recharge with 25 rs now you only able to view channels for 5 days not a month.
            And when i recharged my dishtv with nonstop plan they tell me 7 hd channels will continue till switch off date i. E 2020 december, now they tell they will available only for 1 month

              I am a dish tv user and i recgarged my dish tv account for 3 months for maxi sports pack on 20th nov 2017 & switch off date is 18th feb 2018 which includes one channel named sony ten 1.
              But now they removed this channel from my tv and now they are demanding price for activating this channel and giving me reasons like input price is increased.
              But there is no right to remove a channel before my switch off date because i already paid for the channel.

                Suddenly today morning nearly all channels disappeared . On contacting with customer care and getting complaint 399934 and[protected]. No person turned out . It was clearly confirmed by CC attendant that Rs.236 against service charged will not be charged as we are having very bad experience with the dish tv cable connection but technician phoned and said it is chargeable and DID NOT ATTEND THE COMPLAINT... Almost every month /two month we are facing the same problem of channels disappearing .This year it has happened 4 times .
                HOPE SO YOU GET THE COMPLAINT ATTENDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT FURTHER HARRESMENT..

                  I have recharged my dish tv vc number [protected] of rs.1911/- with save 20% on recharge of 12 month offer as per customer care for swagat pack with 1 year validity. Recharge date 05/12/2017.

                  But as per customer care swagat pack activation has been failed due to that they have deducted rs.382 for add on pack 1 day charge.
                  And also my validity has been decrease from 4/12/2018 to 13/9/2018.

                  I have attached snap shots for amount deduction.

                  Please extend my validity upto 4/12/2018.
                  And also i called customer care lot of time but every time they are misgauging.

                    I have taken DISH TV connection on 23/10/2005. I am an old customer for last 12 yrs. Last one year I am finding lot of communication gap and very bad service. They are not bothered for customer problem. They are only serious to remind before RENEWAL DATE to collect money and about additional channels for extra business. The problem was on regular basis and it was my regular duty to follow-up with them. As per their advice I changed the STB (from them only) and after few months they advised to change DISH Antenna. That also i changed. Even though there was continuous problems. There was a period in last month (November) my family was unable to watch TV near about 4-5 days even though there was a balance in my DISH TV account. Hence I decided to switch over to other service provider and changed it immediately on 23/11/2017 as TV is the only media for entertainment for family members. Accordingly I sent an email to DISH TV to discontinue my service and refund the balance money in my DISH TV account.
                    I also asked them to justify the extra amount they have collected months together beyond my package charges without my confirmation. Since 23/11/2017 till date I have written so many mails but they are not at all bothered about refund. The whole communication I also put CC to email id :

                    What should I do now ? I think they might have cheated many customers like me. Because it is very negligible for one customer to go so deeply. Everybody will pay simply because TV is the only media in every household and it is very very important for House wives. For an individual it may be a small amount but for an organisation there are many customers (in lacs or crores). So small amount multiply with many customers will be a very BIG AMOUNT. So is this the way to EARN MONEY ?

                      I have not recharged my account till many months now.

                      I had booked dishtv connection from comparedth.com.
                      They promised to give a pair of shoes and free vouchers if we took dish tv connection.

                      I waited for more than a year and a half now.
                      Please look into the matter.
                      Being a doctor big company like dish tv should not do this to customers.
                      It creates a bad impression on people's mind.

I am told they have added HD channels but even they are not available. I had specifically asked for adding normal channels and not HD. i feel like cheated as they have not explained any conditions before and now applied so many conditions.

                              While on-line recharging through debit card against my dish tv vc
                              No.[protected] for titanium pack for 3 months, rs. 2109 have been deducted
                              From my canara bank a/c on[protected].

                              But recharge is not done and the recharge amount has not been credited to my dish tv a/c. After un-successful recharge of rs.2109.00 on 18-11-17, i had phone-called to dish tv minm. 15 times and also written 12 mails to you, regarding updation of payment or refund amount to my bank a/c. But every time false assurance had given that my payment would be updated.

                              Please note that amount of rs.2109 was debited from my a/c immediately during on-line recharge. If re-charge is un-successful, it is your prime responsibility to refund the amount to my particular bank a/c and the same thing has been confirmed by my bank.in this case, no details regarding bank a/c and transaction is required by you. But during enquiry through customer care no., one of customer care lady representative had asked me a lot of questions. Why have you engaged this type of illiterate people?

                              Please also note that my bank also had lodged complaint against dish tv on 24-11-17 and requested you to refund the above amount to me. But still there is no response.

                              After that, i am recharging with little amount only.

                              Now this is my request to dish tv to refund rs.2109 to my bank account within one day, as already 15 days have been past.

                              Now i understand why people are not interested in dish tv.
                              Please try for betterment of your service.

                                Hello public grievance officer,

                                This complaint s against fraud sales offer of dish tv.
                                I received multiple sms from dish tc for 100% cashback of recharging of rs.250/- or more and the sms was received on 21st november, 2017.
                                Based on this, i made recharge of my applicable pack amount of rs.361/- on the same day using paytm wallet on 21st november, 2017and gave the missed call to the requested number.

                                Then after that, i sent multiple request and sent all the applicable screenshot to dish tv.

                                But after receive all the necessary screenshot and valid evidences, still disv tv team is doing fraud commitments and they are not calling me back and activating the applicable offer.

                                I am creating this complaint in consumer portal to receive necessary compensation after i wasted enough of time to receive the applicable offer.

                                Please take necessary action against dish tv consumer officers and provide me the solution for this complaint

                                  Hello... I have recharged my dish tv before a month for royale hd packet... I have a message now that is saying that i have to pay extra to view te 1, 2, 3 sports.

                                    I was using a pack of rs 389 in which i was getting channels like sony ten1, ten2, ten3 but suddenly it stopped and when i contacted customer care they told me that due to increase in input cost they have removed that channel from my pack but my issue is that i have paid for my pack for next 1 month and any changes made by company should must be effective after that duration as i am prepaying for that product. This is pure monopoly shown by dish tv company if such issues will not be taken into consideration they might remove many other channels from list.

                                    As per our conversation on 7002258099, informed you that you have to subscribe Sony Ten 1, 2 and 3 channels as an Add-on pack at the cost of Rs. 13+18%GST- Rs. 15/- per month with 60 active days lock-in period. However, you do not want to subscribe the same. Moreover, your feedback has been taken that Sony Ten 1, 2 and 3 channels should be available in Super Sports pack.

                                      So shocked and surprise to draw your attention that how come without our concern and knowledge the esteemed administration (Dish tv) can transfer our paid subscription to unknown vc account? After several tele conversations with call center did not pay any attention to this matter of huge subscription amount.

                                      Is it the admin support the system to white collar robbery and defend it against the injustice to vc amount paid by real subscriber!

                                      We will appreciate if your good service will help and justify to our hard earned subscription money paid to you on good faith.

                                      It has been more than 2 months but Dish TV is unable to solve the issue or even look into it properly. Need explanation for the same. Its a horrible service.

                                      Is it the admin support the system to white collar robbery and defend it against the injustice to VC amount paid by real subscriber? I have paid Rs 13, 788.00. Its a big amount for me.

                                      stopped working. Appreciate if you could tell me why it has been
                                      di-activated.

                                      differs. Could you please investigate & update us why it was de-activated.

                                        My recharge date for dishtv is on 30.11.17. I have done online payment on 29.11.17.

                                        However, due to some technical issues with the dish tv website, the same was not updated in the system and also i have not received any payment confirmation also. From my bank amount has been dedcuted.

                                        After repeated calls, i am not getting a reply from them and also complaint is not being taken by them. On 1.12.17, i have raised a complaint through mail.

                                        So the person called me and informed they will look into the problem and try to solve it within 24hrs.
                                        However, he is informing that they will deduct additional charges it i have paid the recharge amount by 1.12.17.

                                        They are treating the customer very badly. I am the customer of dish tv for a period of 10 years.

                                        They are not taking into account my amount which i have paid. Even if there is any refund, there should be some mail communication which is not there.

                                        How does a customer can believe the amount will be returned back to account?
