comparedth.com offer not received for buying dish tv connection

I am dr ajit avinash bhurke,
Existing dish tv customer with id vc no [protected].
I have not recharged my account till many months now.

I had booked dishtv connection from comparedth.com.
They promised to give a pair of shoes and free vouchers if we took dish tv connection.

I waited for more than a year and a half now.
Please look into the matter.
Being a doctor big company...

This for full sport package.
Now from 1st december company informing us pay extra for three sport channel else will be remove.
I argued how this is possible once pay till december'17 how can they remove my channel, they did not listen to me and stop these sport channels from 1st december.

channels not available even after making annual payment

I got recharge of one year with add-on pack of english movies but no channel of english movies is available. I am told they have added HD channels but even they are not available. I had specifically asked for adding normal channels and not HD. i feel like cheated as they have not explained any conditions before and now applied so many conditions....

very poor and unresponsive service

I am a dishtv user since 2013 and having vc no [protected]. Four months ago, i got a problem in my setbox dish hd+. After complaint log at dishtv customercare a engineer visited and without any enquiry and diagnos he told that your set top box is faulty and non reparable, and same need to be replaced. He replaced my old hd+ set top box with new dishtv hd nxt, and also charged rs 620/- as replacement fee. But not replaced my set top box remote...

We have the same problem with dish tv. Dd chandana channel cannot be seen. The error dialogue box shows 'signal not found, this could be due to heavy rain or bad weather, please wait for bad weather to clears'. This message is constantly there even if there is no rain for past 1 month. Im sure dd chandana does not need a mandatory hd connection. This is dish tv problem...

10 days later i got message on my registered phone number saying, "your dish tv is currently de-active".

I called customer care toll free number and came to know that amount...
