I have not give my pf and i don't know how can apply pf. But i leav the job. Please help how can apply the pf. I have been dishtv in my book. I have never been able to do anything like that but i do not know what i'm saying. I do not know how much you can do in my life, but i can do my pf windrow. I can tell you what he has done.     Hi,
    My dishtv set top box is not working and as per there technician we have to change the set top box and for that he was offering 1250rs for the box which is an old and alreadt repaired one when i confirm with him and even the customer care person they both told me that we will not give you a new settop box you will get an old repaired one in its place with 3 months warrenty.
    When i have to change my settop box
    Then why they are not exchanging it with a new one i m ready to pay the price.

        On 25.10.17 my dish tv has error. So i call at call centre. They send the technician same day. He didn't find what the error is so he took my sat top box & vc card & said that he will look into it & bring it tomorrow. Since then he didn't bring, not call me what the problem is. When i phoned he most of the time he didn't pick the ph. If he pick the ph he says that he will see it today, & cut the ph. Yesterday i call at call centre that says they will look into the matter but no response on either side. Since one week we cannot watch tv. & these people ignoring & harassing me.

        entertainer pack will be discontinued only after 30days of subscription,
        how come both the packs have been discontinued midway & that too without

          My dish tv vc no is [protected] & i have subscribed for lifetime offer hd royale on 02.11.2013 by paying rs. 19490 which is valid upto 03.10.2018. From the last few days i am getting message on hd channels as upgrade to hd pack, this hd channel has not been subscribed by you.

          I mailed my complaint to customer care, they replied as marathi hd channels are not available in your package.

          Dishtv is not loyal in the offer it offered to the consumer. Regarding the package it cheated in number of days and given 28 days instead of 30 days. When i make call to customer care they unnecessarily changed my package before two days. Please respond to the complaint.

            They give us two sports channel in this new super family pack.
            1. Star sports first
            2. Dd sports

            Today i called them on customer care they said to me the free to air channel dd sports is also a paid channel.
            I just want to know that if both channel are paid channel.
            The both channel are in my package and i paid for it than why they ask me for money for it. Now i am unable to watch these two channel in my package. They also said as per sc (Supreme court) order these channel are paid till the match between india vs newzeland are going.
            What is the meaning about they decided a package which include these channel.

              I am bikash kumar sahoo is a customer.
              Last 2 weeks i had converted my normal dish into hd channel..
              It's very good sound and quality of picture.
              Last 2 days i don't hear the hd channel sound, only picture available.
              But other normal dish channel sound good.
              For this reason i have complained to your employee having phone number [protected]. But he denied that don't have any phone call received from me..
              And telling you give a complain then i resolved your problem...
              It's already 2 days..
              I still don't have any service from your employee for the solution..

                    Last almost 10 years I am Dishtv Customer But last 2 months Dishtv not providing better quality service

                    Without prior intimation almost 4- 5 marathi tv channels and 2-3 radio channels (one marathi and one vividhbharti) completely removed from Dishtv platform.

                    If I call to Dishtv Customer Care number, Both numbers not dialed from BSNL Landline The message comes that numbers are not in service if i dial from BSNL Landline

                    Anytime i must call to Dishtv from my registered mobile number or any other alternate mobile number means i pay for my mobile bill

                    From landline all thse numbers are not dialed

                    I pay for my time to dishtv always half an hour their call center executive they dont have any proper information regarding any channels

                    Any satisfactory information, If I want from them I am always unhappy with their solutions.

                    Now last 6 - 12 months from dishtv platform channels are removed from dishtv platform without any prior information.
                    I decided to deactive disconnect dishtv because of no proper satisfied information
                    Nowadays I am not satisfied with their services and Dishtv

                        For the last 7 days most of the channel is missing especially in hindi entertainment zee, star plus etc are missing, however these all are included in this pack, please rectify it as soon as possible i had same problem before..in hindi entertainment few channel s are showing.                           I have ordered dishtv through www.dishtv.in
                          24/10/2017 was the date given for bringing the product and the installation. So i contacted customercare were they told their representative will call back which never happened. I even emailed their customercare which they are not responding.
                          So i contacted the agency they have mentioned in my email which will be carrying out the installation but they told they dont do dishtv anymore.
                          Now i dont know what i am supposed to do.

                            On my Dishtv connection I had done recharge for hd channels which costs Rs. 220(including GST). But these channels are not activated. I got error 301 "CHannel not found". my sd channels are visible. I called customer care, they told me that your dish is not alligned properly, so I told them that 'This is not my fault. I want my refund as soon as possible.' but my request is not accepted. Please resolve my issue.

                                I got a call in the month of june 2017 that your setup box if not in use please surrender it & we will give you 1000 rs back against your setup box after deposit it with us in one month time. On 21st june, 2017 mr. Gautam from siddh enterprise ahmadabad, dish tvs own agent for collecting of setup box was come to my home & give me receipt of when i surrender my old disttv setup box.

                                He also tole me that i m getting cheque of rs. 1000/- after one month of submission of set up box.

                                After three months when i contact dishtv customer care they told me that they are not pay me a single rupees.

                                This is cheating with customer at all.

                                  On 16th oct 2017 sombody transfered by balance of rs. 3132 to unknown vc number and disactive my vc.
                                  From that date i continuosly calling to our customer care dish tv team and senior team, but they have not able to resolve my problem.

                                  I am also surprised that what can you transfered my account balance of rs. 3132/- to another unknown person's vc no. And disactive my vc no. Without my confirmation and nothing any communication with me.

                                  My. Old vc no is[protected] in sd and recently i converted the same into hd vc no [protected] after payment of rs. 799/- on 28/09/2017. I am recharge my vc on 29/03/2017 for rs. 4380/- package new all sports for the year and taking benefit of 1 month free.

                                  You are requested that kindly transfered my balance to my vc account and activate my vc no and take into consideration of my in convenieance.
                                  Kindly treat the same is very urgent and i expected your favourable replay.

                                    I am tejashwini singh and my vc no. Is [protected] & my rejistered no.-[protected].
                                    Sir for the non-stop pack activation i was recharged my vc no. Rs-590 on 15th oct.2017 at 02:14 pm and after that i contiue conacted with the customer care for the same but till date my packe is not activated on this vc no. And my service is stop totally at this vc no. While when i call the customer care they all are spoke to me this is happen early or after 48 hrs. I allready talk for this to mr. Jalesh, miss. Nisha, md. Wajid, mr. Anurag and mr. Madan and others also from 15/10/2017 to till now.
                                    Sir now i fill totaly confused & helpless i dno't think what i do now for this even if i talk to customer care loudelly they are disconacted my call also, so plg sir help me asap.

                                      I have dish tv connection with dish tv c. No. [protected], on 20.10.17 signaled were failed on same day i try to register my complaint but on their toll free no no body lift the phone and last i sms call me on 57575, that was also not been replied. On 21.10.17 again i sms then my complaint was register no.[protected], but today 22.10.17 up to 1400 hrs. No positive reply from their end, i have given one mb. No. [protected], and i called him twice still no positive response from their end.
                                      Kindly look into it.

                                      Thanks to your compliment, keep your promises in your book, it is very bad experience, I have moved with your connection all our the places but it is horrified experience in Gujarat, I am sorry to write to you I feel to break the long relation with your organization may be expiry of my connection 09.12.17. You check how many time I spend the money to rectify my connection in Gujarat in that money I have the new connection. Once again sorry to your compliment I refuse to take your service engineer services today after 05 days of compliant. Thanks one more time.

I can not contact to customer care coz they are asking for any registered number. I can not even text to them coz my connection is still unverified. Are these guys sleeping or what??
