Dear sir,
I have dish tv connection with dish tv c. No. [protected], on 20.10.17 signaled were failed on same day i try to register my complaint but on their toll free no no body lift the phone and last i sms call me on 57575, that was also not been replied. On 21.10.17 again i sms then my complaint was register no.[protected], but today 22.10.17 up to 1400 hrs. No positive reply from their end, i have given one mb. No. [protected], and i called him twice still no positive response from their end.
Kindly look into it.

Updated by susheel1960 Strange I have contacted their service team at Ahmadabad, on said mobile No. [protected], they give false promise but from their side no call or any message. I feel cheated. Still position is same.

Updated by susheel1960 Thanks to your compliment, keep your promises in your book, it is very bad experience, I have moved with your connection all our the places but it is horrified experience in Gujarat, I am sorry to write to you I feel to break the long relation with your organization may be expiry of my connection 09.12.17. You check how many time I spend the money to rectify my connection in Gujarat in that money I have the new connection. Once again sorry to your compliment I refuse to take your service engineer services today after 05 days of compliant. Thanks one more time.
As per the telephonic conversation with your executive, family HD &
entertainer pack will be discontinued only after 30days of subscription,
how come both the packs have been discontinued midway & that too without
intimation. Kindly look into the matter & contact me on my registered no.
