I am unhappy to your service... I was multiple time called your customer care but my problem not solved him... Last almost 10 years I am Dishtv Customer But last 2 months Dishtv not providing better quality service

Without prior intimation almost 4- 5 marathi tv channels and 2-3 radio channels (one marathi and one vividhbharti) completely removed from Dishtv platform.

If I call to Dishtv Customer Care number, Both numbers not dialed from BSNL Landline The message comes that numbers are not in service if i dial from BSNL...

My vc number is [protected]. I am getting below message on daily basis from dish TV, "We have been UNABLE to contact you. NON VERIFICATION of VC No.[protected] will result in DishTV being SWITCHED OFF.Pls pick our call to verify contact details".

How is it possible that they are unable to call me? Is this a joke?

Please help me in VC verification....

For the last 7 days most of the channel is missing especially in hindi entertainment zee, star plus etc are missing, however these all are included in this pack, please rectify it as soon as possible i had same problem before..in hindi entertainment few channel s are showing. I have ordered dishtv through www.dishtv.in
24/10/2017 was the date given for bringing the product and the installation. So i contacted customercare were they told their representative will call back which never happened. I even emailed their customercare which they are not responding.
So i contacted the agency they have mentioned in my email which will be carrying out the installation but they told they dont do dishtv anymore.br...

On my Dishtv connection I had done recharge for hd channels which costs Rs. 220(including GST). But these channels are not activated. I got error 301 "CHannel not found". my sd channels are visible. I called customer care, they told me that your dish is not alligned properly, so I told them that 'This is not my fault. I want my refund as soon as possible.' but my request is not accepted. Please resolve my issue....

Dish Tv verification call not coming in hindi or English language, but only in kanada And getting repetitive sms that my connection will be disconnected due to pending verification. Pls help

I got a call in the month of june 2017 that your setup box if not in use please surrender it & we will give you 1000 rs back against your setup box after deposit it with us in one month time. On 21st june, 2017 mr. Gautam from siddh enterprise ahmadabad, dish tvs own agent for collecting of setup box was come to my home & give me receipt of when i surrender my old disttv setup box.

I have purchased a dish tv connection at 13 october 2017, it's still not verified. I can not contact to customer care coz they are asking for any registered number. I have been receiving unsolicited calls and sms alerts on my mobile phone bearing no:[protected] from dish tv of which i am not a subscriber. I have sent many mails to dish tv customer care highlighting this error. Dish tv customer care has denied sending any sms to my mobile number and washed their hands off this issue. I have also complained to trai and my mobile phone service provider had promised me that it will not be repeated in future....

I book new connection online to dish tv executive and at the time of booking dish tv executive assure me to give a coupon voucher of rs. 2000. But after installed the connection they not give me any voucher. I did recharge of rs.200 of my dish tv through www.dishtv.in by using sbi internet banking and i have tried twice but recharge not success. Balance got deducted from my account twice (Ref. No. 1 ccaej1amu615igacesvzc9) and (Ref no. 2 ccaej1amu613igacesvus8). But no recharge no refund, kindly look into the matter.
