I am not able to watch dd chandana since 15days ... on calling service centre they are giving non sense reasons ...Now they are informing unless i upgrade to hd i cant watch this channel ... i recharged upto 8 - 8-next year ... now trapped ... its money making business by dish tv ..

    I have purchased two dish tv dth in online from comparedth. And i had two invoice and also they installed in my two places. I follow up from 3 months. And complained here also ni response from dish tv and now finally came to know that two vc no were alloted to some other customers. Till now since three months no tv channels from dish tv. We are without dish tv connections. Pls help me i paid 2800 per each connection for 3yrs plan. Please help. Iam requesting u to help me. And my number is registered in compharedth.
    But not in dish tv. They will msg that there persons will contact but no response.

      I have been receiving unsolicited calls and sms alerts on my mobile phone bearing no:[protected] from dish tv of which i am not a subscriber. I have sent many mails to dish tv customer care highlighting this error. Dish tv customer care has denied sending any sms to my mobile number and washed their hands off this issue. I have also complained to trai and my mobile phone service provider had promised me that it will not be repeated in future. The problem is that i am still receiving unsolicited sms from dish tv referring to payment alerts of subscriber no:vc[protected]. The last message was received today (20/10/2017). Kindly sort this issue out or enlighten me on how to take this matter to its logical end legally.

        I book new connection online to dish tv executive and at the time of booking dish tv executive assure me to give a coupon voucher of rs. 2000. But after installed the connection they not give me any voucher. After many complains they just tell me to solve my problem but not solve it since 2 months and customer care executives misbehaving with me and shouted on me.

        After telephonic conversation with dish tv customer care on[protected] he assure me to share a link for 2000rs Voucher here on same day but after waiting 2 days he still not share anything here. This is really very bad service provided by dish tv. Dish tv is very good cheat fraud company.

          This is purushotham karapa, i have 2 connections (One is original and another is mirror connections) since last 3 years approx, last 3 years so many problems with dish tv every time we are give a call to customer care executive but they are not respond and not solve our problem in these period we are loss our days but they are not returned. My viewing id is[protected] i have mirror connection also. I have loose of 6 days for your executives irresponsibility.

          So please kindly reverse to us other wise deactivate of my 2 connections with a intimation.

            I did recharge of rs.200 of my dish tv through www.dishtv.in by using sbi internet banking and i have tried twice but recharge not success. Balance got deducted from my account twice (Ref. No. 1 ccaej1amu615igacesvzc9) and (Ref no. 2 ccaej1amu613igacesvus8). But no recharge no refund, kindly look into the matter.

              They even nit check my status asking again to recharged..

              Below answer from dishtv care.. Irresponsible answers there not able give the here. Blaming customer's easily through calls and mails again and again 20 days same story answer's. Target is money... Please look into this issue. I have attached my account recharged by me before 20 days still not active my truehd connection.

                I am dish TV HD viewer from last 2 year..and have 2 connection child & parents. And pay regularly RS.850/- per month.
                I m unable to watch dishtv from last 3 days

                I m complained customer care...
                Then customer care executive say pay 600/- approx for service of this type of error.

                I am not understand ...why I pay service charge pay for setup box or VC Card error.

                I am ask to customer care executive, I don't want to any service charges for setup/vc card error problem . Customer care executive say must pay charge 600/- then u can avail this dist tv. Service.

                I am ask to executive I disconnect the dish TV both connections..Executive say of course this is your choice.

                      Hi dish tv,

                      Vc : [protected]
                      This connection is deactivated from 12th sep 2017 till date for 2 months but you have deducted monthly subscription charges for sep and oct month for a deactivated account. This is illegal, how can you charge subscription cost for dis-continued service of 2 months, when account itself is deactivated since 12 th sep. When the account itself is suspended since 12 sep till date why have you deducted 281 for sep and 281 for oct month from the available account balance. Request you to immediately refund the rs 562 [281+281] to the available balance.

                      Regarding re-activation of connection request will be raised separately once above issue is resolved. Thanks.

                          Few days ago i got a call from dish tv. Vc no. [protected] dish tv coustomer from 2006. She told me about the offer of 1299.in which she told me that in rs 1299 my standard box will be replaced by hd setop box. And the 1299 ₹ will get refunded in my dishtv account. She told me incomplete info. About the offer. All the terms and condition was not given. Dish tv has looted 1299 from me. I uses a normal tv crt one and the offer was about hd channels for lcd/led. Now the technition has taken my working stb. I want my stb back and not at all satisfied by dish tv customer care. Pls i beg of you this is my hard earn money i had plan all my earnings and this 1300 ₹ had created probkems.

                            Since yesterday iam getting no account balance error when switching on my stb. My current vc validity / subscription is valid until 18th october 2018. I had tried resetting on/ off switch several times but it displays the same error message that is no account balance
                            Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest. My vc # is [protected]

                                Have dish tv set top box. So DD National ( on channel 192) was one of the channels on Dish TV. Today on 7th oct there is aus- india T-20 match. So they removed DD national channel (stopeed broadcasting). So that subscriber should subscribe to sports package. This is extremely un-ethical.

                                  Hi, i used dish tv from 4 years. But first time i was not satisfied with dish tv. Because when i want to see cricket match on ddnational channel, there was a msg about start sport channel by paying 60 rs per month. But ddnational is free to air channel. Hence this is wrong. Show ddnational on cricket time.

                                    My account is showing deactivated because my verification is failed. I didn't get any calls from dishtv. After talk with customer care they ask me to send my documents to [protected]@dishtv.in after 2 hours it will be activated.

                                    But its 12 hours gone, nothing has been solved. Please solve this issue otherwise take your connection back and refund me the amount as i found your service is too bad and irresponsible.
