I bought an dishtv hd box last year and made an yearly subscription of 4000 approx. Rupees for viewing channels. Channels included all hd channels and most of the normal channels. Until last month i was viewing all hd channels with no interruption but just before the start of indian cricket team's tour of south africa, these peoples removed sony ten hd channels since that was broadcasting channel of this tour. They say i got to make a monthly recharge of 20 rupees to view those channels again. Its just complete *dhokha* with me. I made an yearly subscription for all hd channels, why should i pay more now. Customer care representative said that those channels have increased their prices. But, there is a disclaimer shown on other channel of sony that "if your operator have removed sony ten channels, contact them and ask them to view it without any further cost". Kindly please resolve my issue. I have been unable to view any match of this series

    The complaint is towards the account recharge done on 11th nov 2017 for pack, family entertainment recharge for 3 yrs, amounting to rs. 1179. But the same did not happen. I called the customer care executive on 12th nov 2017, wherein i informed that my pack is not updated online, to which he replied that on expiry of the current pack, the new pack will be automatically be activated.
    On 20th jan 2018, i got the message for recharging my account due to low balance. I called twice on 21st jan 2018, wherein the customer care executive (Cce) did not have any solution for my problem and tried connecting to the senior person but he was unable to do so and promised for call back. When i did not receive the call, i called up again to cce and the person said that he is putting it high priority on the same.
    After, some time i did got the call from ivr system, wherein i was put on hold for around good 25 minutes then i disconnected the call. I once again got the call through ivr and again put on hold, but this time i disconnected immediately.
    I called the cce again in the morning around 1030 am for call back and my complaint, but there was no revert. I called the cce around 2:15 pm and spoke to cce geetanjali, who informed that the pack could not be recharged since the free pack option was going on and the family pack for 3 yrs could not be activated during the free pack and also they would be checking the call recording of 12th nov 2017, whether the cce confirmed regarding starting of non stop pack.
    The information of the same was not given to me on 12th nov 2017, why the option of recharge for 3 years non stop pack was given to me.
    I have registered my complaint vide complaint no.[protected].
    Now the company has refused to start my non stop pack stating that they are unable to locate the call recording and also that i do not have the sufficient balance in my account.
    The company is making me suffer for their flaws.

      I took child connection paid 400 plus 250 for subscription this 250 was not credited and child connection not activated gave 50 complaints not resolved finally installed airtel in child connection. Now whenever i want to recharge my original connection all money is diverted in child connection dish tv asking for 800 rupees to deactivate child connection which is not a activated till today this is unfair practise even senior officers are not cooperating
      Finally i have decided to install airtel and file case on dish tv my registered number is [protected]

        Dish tv offer was recharge with 200 and get 2 channels free i called customer care and asked him about it he said yes any 2 channels than i recharged with 200 and called dish tv and asked them for ten hd he said sorry we can't provide you any sports channel this if not in offer lol i was shocked such cheaters feeling very bad as soon as my plan ends i am throwing this dish tv away but still i want justice for this.

          Dear sir
          I dr bhim chandra mondal have a dish tv connection with vc no [protected]. My switch off date was 17.01.18. I have not requested them for extra 3 days rechrage neither by phone nor by sms. Next day i received a message that "seem you have forgotten to recharge. We give you 3 extra days to recharge. Charge for these 3 day extra will be adjusted to your next recharge.
          My question is why i have to pay these days although i have not requested them at all?

            Today i have received mgs regarding recharge

            But i have not given any request regarding my plan change.

            I have selected my plan rs. 99 + 3 add-on pack each rs 25 + gst.

            I have done yearly reachable as per palm accordingly as my last recharge my plan continues till july but dish tv have changed my plan at ur end.

            I have written my complaint to customer care as today i come to know but they not ready to accept the same.

            Request you to help in thiss metter and reverse my amount which they have debited wrongly.

            Earlier I have made complaint regarding setup box in August 17, as engineer has visited and ask for change of satup box and we have do it.

            It that time company has changed my plan also without inform me or not taking any consensus.

            My pan was monthly Rs. 99 plus 3 add-on pack each Rs.25 plus GST. But company has change my plan Rs.283 plus.

            I request you to please refund my amount 109 per month from August 17 to till date which extra debit from my account as monthly rent. Aslo change my plan as I have selected earlier.

                Hi,

                This is Gautam Rajasekaran. I am associated with dish Tv for last 4-5yrs . My registered mobile number is 814*****35. I did a recharge on 21/11/2017 for rs.775 were I received confirmation in mail regarding my switch off date as 21/02/2018 but without any intimation they changed my switch date to 22/01/2018 .

                Apart from that my monthly rental is Rs.230 + Rs.50(A la carte). But now their executive is telling me that my monthly rental is Rs.400 + without any intimation dish Tv is playing with customers money.

                I got a call from[protected] &[protected] on 21st Nov & 25th Nov regarding the free upgradation of set up box for existing customers & asked me to pay only installation charges of Rs.1299 or odd to technician once work done & offered me 1yr free selected HD channels. But only few HD channels were given to me instead of all. And now they connecting this HD as upgradation as I requested them for the upgradation.

                I asked them to send a mail confirmation for free HD installation but till now there is no mail .

                Request everyone not to subscribe for Dish Tv & try switch to some other network.

                  I don't know what and why DISHTV playing Games with me even after I paid full of Amount at the time of recharge My DISH TV VC including ADD ONS for three months and their Representatives always giving silly and meaningless excuses forever. Today I received a sms message that's "FAMILY HD has been activated at Rs.83.90+18%GST=Rs99 per month. Your revised Switch Off date is 27-01-18. Please tune into channel 96 for smooth updation"
                  I need to mention that they are doing this same every week.
                  Please help me. I don't know what to do? DISHTV Representatives are not listening to me and doing as they like.

                  Each and every friday dishtv deactvate my family hd pack. Last friday dishtv deactvate my family hd pack again and again then i submitted issue on dishtv app. Today again dishtv deactivated the same. When i talk to dishtv customer care service their representatives are always helpless forever. I don't know how to deal with them. Representatives always giving silly excuses to avoid my issues.

                  I'm really fed up with DISHTV'S After Sale Services. My Family HD PACK always deactivate by DISHTV and Sending me a SMS regards it that Your FAMILY HD ADD-ON PACK has been successfully deactivated on your request but I need to inform DISHTV I never requested regarding deactivation of any PACK. I will never recommend anybody to buy or Installation of DISHTV. DISHTV is really fraud and cheater Connection of Our INDIA. Also I need to inform DISHTV to reinstall the FAMILY HD ADD-ON PACK because I already paid for it for 3 Months. I also complaint on website consumercomplaints.in but DISHTV never cared for it's faithful cum innocent customer. Please Restart My FAMILY HD ADD-ON PACK now.

                    I am a subscriber of Dish TV for the last 10-12 years. My VC No. is [protected]. I have subscribed to All sports pack with all malayalam channels. I have already remitted by subscription upto Feb 02, 2018. From today ie., 18/1/2018 evening onwards, I am not getting any channels, except the poor Doordarshan channels which comes free of cost. I gave a missed CALL TO your number as advised in the screen. In the screen it is shown that I have not subscribed to any of the channels. After repeated calls, I was told to switch off/on the set top box and keep the TV on channel No. 96 for 15 minutes for updation, which I did for one full hour. When nothing happened, I made a CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE representative, The call was discontinued in between. The whole evening I was deprived of any channels. This ### redressal system of your TV has prompted me to approach Consumer Protection Court to alievate my problems, which I will be doing if the connection is not restored by tommorrow.

                        This is in reference to the complaint raised to ceo form no. 83129 dt 09/1/18.

                        This is to highlight the complaint raised by me, first to the call center and then to the ceo. They declined service for a faulty f connector of a low quality, which breaks in 3-4 mths.

                        The below message posted on my mail.

                        Please note that rs.200+gst = rs.236 as technician visit charges and
                        Hardware charges (Consumable) will be applicable for the service visit.

                        Please look into the same at the earliest.

                          I recharge my dish tv in last may2017 with the offer in which recharge 8month and get 12month subscription free (After watching this offer on tv screen). I done but now after 8 month my dishtv got switched off. Before recharging i called to customer care regarding to know the pack so that i can recharge according it.
                          Now on 8th jan i called to customer care and convey that i recharge my dish before 8month after discus with customer executive. I convey them to listen the recording of mine with executive. They give me complaint no[protected]on 8th jan 2018. It has to be resolve with in 24hrs still not resolved today. I again called on 11jan regarding it the executive reply that we forward request for the conversation but not get reply from company than i asked for the executive now what should i do my dish tv will shut today after extension of 3days grace period. She replied that plz recharge for 100/-

This is not my issue, when i talked customer care before recharge i change my package on that time i close HD Channel and the automatic generated some addon, than i ask for the amount for 8+4 package . after it i recharge my account Sir/Madam, if you don't believe than Plz check how much time i called before recharge to customer care this is just because k there should not be any mistake which make problem in future, and see same happen now.

                            I am having dish tv connection. Since october 2017 the operator is not transmitting dd chandana channel. Other dd channels i am getting except chandana. On inquiring the operator asked me to change the stb by paying extra amount. Kindly clarify whether it is mandatory for the private operator to transmit this channel or not? Kindly do the needful.                               My dish tv recharge does not even work for a month.in every 20 days i have do recharge. May i know the reason why, for card no : [protected]

                              The last recharge was done on 19 dec and again showing me to re charge otherwise money deducted.

                              First of all tv is pay and use, nobody can force us to recharge saying that 25 rp will be deducted from next recharge. Please let me know how to proceed on this issue and where do i need to escalate this issue.

                                  Approx 2 month ago there is a call from dish tv and gave me offer to change your old dish tv setup box by new dish tv hd setup box in just ruppees 1299 and get 1 year free family pack, so i will changed my setup box by new hd setup box and in one month the dish tv hd stop working and there is message of recharge your setup box. When i called to customer care then they said sorry for misguiding. But sorry doesn't give my money back. I want a satisfied justification.

                                      I have paid for all the hd channels for one year but all the channels are not working properly even after advance payment. I made complaint about it several times contacting the customer care services of dishtv. 6 times i have been calling customer care services but, without any issue being solved, i have got frustrated it is wastage of time even after paying for the service, call was disconnected from dish tv customer care service.
