not able to deactivate add ons on the new mobile app

The old version of dishtv app allowed me to deactivate add ons
Now they have removed the feature

This is very bad, because i can add packs on the app but for deleting i will have to call them up. When i try doing that my call is put on an unlimited hold and then get frustrated

This is totally unprofessional

Why should consumers be forced to call...

stopped free national channels

This is regarding my subscription (Mobile:[protected]) where i am unable to view national channels. They stopped "dd bangla" and "dd national" with my subscription. I am not sure why.

I contacted multiple times your customer care and reported the same. They told it will be only available with hd set top box, you have to upgrade with hd. Why they are misguiding customer just for sales, not sure. They have taken my complain...

They used to take 590 rs for maintenance and service charge as he is taking this amount without providing gst invoice. When i told him for providing original gst invoice then i will pay. non resolvance and unethical behavior of consumer executive.

Recently i enquired about not getting my dish tv benefits and the customer service was very poor and rude towards me. The executive whose name was 'aprajita singh chauhan' from the gurgaon customer service was unable to help and kept on arguing and implementing her stand on the issue, rather than providing adequate help. Please take this into consideration.
Actually i called because my dish tv was getting recurring messages of offer...

overcharged installation fees

Yesterday i asked dish tv people to install 2 connections at my home. By default one has to primary and other one secondary which will fall in category of muliple connection.
As both the connections were registered on same name.
But with the negligence of customer care people. They charged for 2 individual connections.
Now we are calling them but there is no one to answer....
