I am a dishtv user since 2013 and having vc no [protected]. Four months ago, i got a problem in my setbox dish hd+. After complaint log at dishtv customercare a engineer visited and without any enquiry and diagnos he told that your set top box is faulty and non reparable, and same need to be replaced. He replaced my old hd+ set top box with new dishtv hd nxt, and also charged rs 620/- as replacement fee. But not replaced my set top box remote control. My old remote control is not compatible with new set box hd nxt and i am unable to use the dishtv connection. I have called many times to your customer care cell, and i got only assurance about replacement of remote control. I am totally disappointed & frustrated with service t. When i write same issue to dishtv customer care to resolve my issue or provide me same dish tv set top in working condition, which is compatible with my remote.in reply of my complain i received a very unresponsive and rude answer from dish tv senior executive ms. Neha as below:

Moreover, we wish to inform you that there is no refund in case of account
Closure. However, if you still wish to terminate/ close your account and
