    I am a dishtv user since 2013 and having vc no [protected]. Four months ago, i got a problem in my setbox dish hd+. After complaint log at dishtv customercare a engineer visited and without any enquiry and diagnos he told that your set top box is faulty and non reparable, and same need to be replaced. He replaced my old hd+ set top box with new dishtv hd nxt, and also charged rs 620/- as replacement fee. But not replaced my set top box remote control. My old remote control is not compatible with new set box hd nxt and i am unable to use the dishtv connection. I have called many times to your customer care cell, and i got only assurance about replacement of remote control. I am totally disappointed & frustrated with service t. When i write same issue to dishtv customer care to resolve my issue or provide me same dish tv set top in working condition, which is compatible with my remote.in reply of my complain i received a very unresponsive and rude answer from dish tv senior executive ms. Neha as below:

    Moreover, we wish to inform you that there is no refund in case of account
    Closure. However, if you still wish to terminate/ close your account and

      We have the same problem with dish tv. Dd chandana channel cannot be seen. The error dialogue box shows 'signal not found, this could be due to heavy rain or bad weather, please wait for bad weather to clears'. This message is constantly there even if there is no rain for past 1 month. Im sure dd chandana does not need a mandatory hd connection. This is dish tv problem

          I recharged my vc#[protected] with amount rupee 797 on 11th november.
          Amount was credited to dish tv account and new disconnection date was given to me as "01-june-2018". Also i got invoice (Payment confirmation) from dishtv side.

          10 days later i got message on my registered phone number saying, "your dish tv is currently de-active".

          I called customer care toll free number and came to know that amount was bounced back from dish tv account to bank, though i didn't get any amount back in my account. For the same i provided bank statement and invoice.
          I provided all details on 25th november.
          They ensured me that they will followup with bank and will get the issue resolved asap.

          Next day when i contacted them, they told me that their account department is saying that customer has to follow up with bank for the amount.

          My concern is, i paid rupee and dishtv provided me invoice with new recharge and disconnection date. As i have invoice they have to provide me service without any breakage.

          Even after they have seen my bank statement and invoice, service has not been activated. My dish tv is de-active.

          Also dishtv team do not bother to reply to my mail that i sent on 25th november. On 28th november, i sent around 20 mails then got one reply.
          Their customer care is really sick. They are unable to resolve a small issue.

          Overall i want to say, i want service as i paid amount and have invoice from service provider side.

            I have a multiple connection of dish tv with vc number [protected] for parent connection and vc number [protected] for child connection.in spite of recharging on 19th nov, 2017 i. E. Four days before switch off date (23rd nov, 2017), my child connection switched off and is showing notification of "no account balance". Most noticeable thing is that one day before switch off date i had warned through help line that my connection may disturb after switch off date and to take care about this. I have done it from my past experience. However i assumed correct and my child connection was switched off. 23 rd november was my switch off date. Till date my child connection is switched off. Meanwhile i have discussed lot of times with customers care. No action has been taken so far.

              Dear team, i purchased a new dth connection by paying upfront inr 6500 for set top box, installation and 1 year subscription charges. Even before the installation was done, i shared my gstin for invoice. Later, i emailed all the relevant proof for my identity, company incorporation certificate, gstin certificate, company's pan. However, even after 12 days, i am hitting pillars to post for getting gstin added into account. I haven't received any bills for my payment, citing their company's policy.
              Why should i bear the pain for their fault?
              I didn't get any gst-compliant invoice for my payment against the installation.

              Pls help.

                  The old version of dishtv app allowed me to deactivate add ons
                  Now they have removed the feature

                  This is very bad, because i can add packs on the app but for deleting i will have to call them up. When i try doing that my call is put on an unlimited hold and then get frustrated

                  This is totally unprofessional

                    This is regarding my subscription (Mobile:[protected]) where i am unable to view national channels. They stopped "dd bangla" and "dd national" with my subscription. I am not sure why.

                    I contacted multiple times your customer care and reported the same. They told it will be only available with hd set top box, you have to upgrade with hd. Why they are misguiding customer just for sales, not sure. They have taken my complain last time but no result and no timeline given. Their ro also not provided any clarification after sending mail.

                    This is completely unfair, how can you stop me to see free govt national channel without any intimation. Is there any policy in your organization. I am strongly protesting against this and requesting you attention immediately. I am really disappointed with such service of dish tv.

                      Wrong lnbf provide by their dealer which i came to know when i could not able to view dd bangla. On complaining their service agent came & told that the lnbf is not ours. But at the time of installation their agents came to install. We had the hd plus set top box. Even the dealer is not supporting. He told that if the set box is hd than we change the lnbf but they are not sending their man. They are avoiding us. & also they have not provide us the bill at the time of installation saying that you can get it from dish tv. Dish tv doent provide bills at the time of installation but you can see it in your account. My vc no.[protected]

                        I recharge amount 200ru on date 11/11/2017 through the sbi netbanking that's payment id is [protected]uh27410985
                        On wrong vc number [protected] but my correct vc number is [protected]
                        I send thats mail on customer care in 10 time and also i have called the customer care but dish tv don't transfer the recharge amount to a correct vc number and not corporation to a me please alive my problem.

                          Hello team,

                          I am a resident of bhopal madhya pardesh (India). I want to file a complain against dish tv cable operator.. They used to take 590 rs for maintenance and service charge as he is taking this amount without providing gst invoice. When i told him for providing original gst invoice then i will pay. But he refused to give gst invoice. Even he told me we always give this invoice to all customers always.
                          Please take an action against these type of people.

                            Recently i enquired about not getting my dish tv benefits and the customer service was very poor and rude towards me. The executive whose name was 'aprajita singh chauhan' from the gurgaon customer service was unable to help and kept on arguing and implementing her stand on the issue, rather than providing adequate help. Please take this into consideration.
                            Actually i called because my dish tv was getting recurring messages of offer showing 'get 250 off on recharge of 250' so i recharged and i missed called the required number it instructed me to but it kept to showing that my dish tv was inactive but my dish tv was active and running. It only got recharge for 16 days (The amount ₹250 i paid for). This is to inform whomever dish tv executive reading this, please take this into consideration and please improve your customer service and take viable action against that specific personnel.

                            Assume that my Dishtv is running and we don't need to recharge but in case if we recharge then what happen ? My old pack is finished or not ? Will i get recharge validly of new pack plus old pack or I get only validity of new pack ?

                              regarding i dont see any efforts rather than receiving unproductive calls from dish tv team with no solution to simple query on why the NORTH ULTIMATE ANNUAL PACK CANNOT be subscribed and even other packs there is no options of subscription

                                I have normal connection but some one cal'd us from distv customer care asked to switch for hd but i refused again after two days cal'd me i said i have 1000rs amt in my distv account so i couldn't change but blady customer care executive said me if terminate your whole amt will transfer to ur new account so i planned to change and changed also bt this another blady distv customer care executive telling we can't refund or transfer... So this company cheating 1000rs for me. U have to take action against them. So i am reporting to consumer forum right know for my justice.

                                  On 29th oct 2018, i was trying to recharge my dth for 1131/- inr through their website (Dishtv.in). It didn't get recharged and they deduct the amount of 1131/- inr from my bank account than next day i have received a mail from them that your recharge has been unsuccessful we will return your amount within 8 working days but it's been more than 15 days now, they haven't return anything, and they are continuously misguiding us. On 5th nov i recharged again for 500+384 but still not getting services. They automatically active bharat pack now denying to change it into my previous pack. I have not seen my television for 15 days and already paid 1131 + 500 + 384 inr.

                                      I had done recharge of rs 1131 from dishtv's online website.
                                      I used wallet recharge method for the payment and i paid the amount using paytm wallet. I didn't get any transaction details from dishtv's website as i was presented with feedback dialog when payment was completed. I never received any recharge successful/failure sms. I contacted my bank and they said that payment was done successfully so no issue at their side. I tried contacting dishtv's customer care many times but their service is worst. I had explain from the start each time i call to their customer care service. I want to ask dishtv, isn't it possible that payment is successful (You received money on your account) but recharge is not done for any technical reason. How can i provide transaction id in this case if i don't have any?
                                      And why there is no much delay in updating the amount, its been 2 days and still no refund else the amount has been updated.

                                        I had faced channels running issue from last many days, when i had complied regarding the same your team said that i had paid then they will send executive and they will solve this issue, even i had not raised any request for dish change and after changing dish and new setup box i had faced this issue many times, i had already complained regarding in june and then they had solve, all this issue faced by backend system, its simple a fraud that stop running from backend and then said customer to pay money otherwise your channels will never run, then why i had recharged my dish if your team never provide any solution and stop all channels.
                                        I want to stop my services with dish tv, please refund my money which i had paid for recharge.
