Im dish tv customer from 2 years and i accidentally recharged wrong vc. After recharging i contacted the customer care and lodged a complaint for transfer of money from wrong vc to my correct vc. The dish tv service is pathetic to the core and the executives behaviour is very arrogant.
My service request[protected] which was raised on 31st oct for non working settopbox was closed on 02 nov by providing me a refurbished stb which was of a older model than what i had. They charged me 610 rs for the same.

I am famsheer and owns a dish tv set up box with v. C # [protected]. I recharged my set up box last day thru online banking. But the setup box shows no amount credited and am not getting any channels. The transaction number is as follows. Please update and troubleshoot the issue.

My dishtv set top box is not working and as per there technician we have to change the set top box and for that he was offering 1250rs for the box which is an old and alreadt repaired one when i confirm with him and even the customer care person they both told me that we will not give you a new settop box you will get an old repaired one in its place with 3 months warrenty.

On 25.10.17 my dish tv has error. So i call at call centre. They send the technician same day. He didn't find what the error is so he took my sat top box & vc card & said that he will look into it & bring it tomorrow. Since then he didn't bring, not call me what the problem is.
