I had done recharge of rs 1131 from dishtv's online website.
I used wallet recharge method for the payment and i paid the amount using paytm wallet. I didn't get any transaction details from dishtv's website as i was presented with feedback dialog when payment was completed. I never received any recharge successful/failure sms. I contacted my bank and they said that payment was done successfully so no issue at their side. I tried contacting dishtv's customer care many times but their service is worst. I had explain from the start each time i call to their customer care service. I want to ask dishtv, isn't it possible that payment is successful (You received money on your account) but recharge is not done for any technical reason. How can i provide transaction id in this case if i don't have any?
And why there is no much delay in updating the amount, its been 2 days and still no refund else the amount has been updated.

    Hi team,

    I had faced channels running issue from last many days, when i had complied regarding the same your team said that i had paid then they will send executive and they will solve this issue, even i had not raised any request for dish change and after changing dish and new setup box i had faced this issue many times, i had already complained regarding in june and then they had solve, all this issue faced by backend system, its simple a fraud that stop running from backend and then said customer to pay money otherwise your channels will never run, then why i had recharged my dish if your team never provide any solution and stop all channels.
    I want to stop my services with dish tv, please refund my money which i had paid for recharge.

          Dear sir/ ma'am,

          Below mentioned is the subject and email sent to [protected]@dishtv on 11th nov 2017 and 13th nov 2017:

          Sub: north: all sports quarterly pack not activated.

          I have recharged v. C no [protected] with rs - 891 (All sports quarterly pack) for 3 months as mentioned in the dishtv.in website. Screenshot of the website is attached with this mail.

          After the recharge i checked messege displayed in t. V - my account. And i realized the recharge has validity for around 2 months only not 3 months as mentioned in the dishtv website. I contacted the customer care rep. They informed me the price of all sports pack for 3 months will be around 1100 rs.
          I seek clarification on this issue. I made payment of 891 rs for 3 months all sports pack. But now i feel cheated. Kindly do recharge my account as mentioned in the website.

            Yesterday i asked dish tv people to install 2 connections at my home. By default one has to primary and other one secondary which will fall in category of muliple connection.
            As both the connections were registered on same name.
            But with the negligence of customer care people. They charged for 2 individual connections.
            Now we are calling them but there is no one to answer.

I want to ask dishtv, isn't it possible that payment is successful (You received money on your account) but recharge is not done for any technical reason. How can i provide transaction id in this case if i don't have any?

                    They are just making fool to customer!! I would recommend never buy dish tv connection. Just 2 days back i have subscribe their super family pack. Today when i switched on for cricket it was not available. Once i inquired from customer care i came to know sport channel will not work when there will be cricket!! What the #...!!                             Im dish tv customer from 2 years and i accidentally recharged wrong vc. After recharging i contacted the customer care and lodged a complaint for transfer of money from wrong vc to my correct vc. My registered complaint no. Is[protected]. It's already more than 72 hours and nothing is done by them to resolve this issue. Also, evertime i call their customer executives, they keep on repeating the same thing that issue will be resolved in 24 hours. So, after running out of patience and harassment from last 3 days, i'm want to lodge a complaint against dish tv.

                                I am having this problem from last 4 days, i have complaint this issue before as well about no signal (301) technician came and changed the mono l. N. B and charged 177+350 on 13/09/17 then again after few days the same problem occurred again thr technician came and changed the setup box and charged 413 on 25/09/17 and now again i am facing this problem, i am contacting the same person from dishtv to resolve the problem everyday he is saying i will come or send other person but no one is coming. There is 3 months warranty for both. I want strict action to be taken. I am not able to watch tv and paying unnecessarily. My vc no is. [protected].

                                  I called dish tv sales team for new connection. At the time your sales executive promise me to provide new titanium full on hd pack for 1 year in 5690 ₹. Your sales executive also promised me to provide 500 ₹ 4 coupons With it which can be redeemed together on home shop 18 site. But now Dish TV provided me with a platinum club full on hd annual pack. And I am also unable to shop with your coupons together for 2000 ₹. This is pure cheating from dish tv platform.
                                  I request you to solve my problem otherwise I have to file a Complaint against dish tv under section 420(B) for cheating and I will also charged against you for the violation of customers right.
                                  I provided a recorded call of your sales executive on 16/04/2018. Please find the attachment for proof via email but still I am waiting for your reply.

                                    The dish tv service is pathetic to the core and the executives behaviour is very arrogant.
                                    My service request[protected] which was raised on 31st oct for non working settopbox was closed on 02 nov by providing me a refurbished stb which was of a older model than what i had. They charged me 610 rs for the same.
                                    The refurbished stp stopped working 90 minutes after the technician left and i had to raise 1 more request since they closed my old request. The new request number is[protected] which you had provided an sla of 24 hours. Your technician visited home and said the refurbished box is faulty and require replacement. There is no sign of the technician even after 24 hours. I have called your technical center multiple times enquiring about the status and i am been informed to wait for 24 hours.
                                    It is more than 3 days now there is no eta. Your service manager mentioned than he would provide me a old box and thats what he can do. If i do not need an old model then wait for a week. His contact number is [protected]
                                    If this is the kind of arrogance you guys behave with customers then i would not hesitate to file a complaint in the consumer court forum. I am a dish tv subscriber from 2006. For being your customer for 11 years this is the kind of treatment you provide. Shame on you guys. Please shut your shop if you cannot cater to customers needs.

I was using swagat pack from last few months but this time when i recharged on 1novembr for this same pack with the amount of 300 bt this time plan is changed by ur peoples. They changed my plan swagat to bharat without any confirmation to me n even they didn't inform me for this change. Now i cnt see any channel. From last three days m continuously calling on customer care to solve this problem bt no body give me proper response even and some time they disconnected my call in between and they saying they can't help me in this n saying that i have to pay more to resume all channels.
                                      I belong to middel class family i can't pay more money as now it's beyond my budget so pls resolve my this problem and change this plan in my old plan.

                                        Hi, it has been more than 10 days that we are following up with dishtv to solve the connection problem but there is no proper response and resolution. We have paid all the required amount but still not able to see the channels. While talking to customer care, they always promise to get this done in 24 hours but then no calls, no visits thereafter. We have called more than 10 times to customer care and local sales office but then no one turned to be good and provided resolution.

                                        We are now reaching out to higher level at consumer complaint to broadcast this pathetic service from dishtv and customer dissatisfaction.

                                        We are residing in pune/pimple saudagar area (400117 area code) and registered with annual package from dishtv. After registration, it worked for 1 month and then after next payment it stopped working.

                                        I request dishtv to make his service more responsive and trustworthy. Else customers will loose hope and stop using the services.
