Dear team, i have shifted my home on sep'17 and till 26th sep on my old house, i was able to see all normal and hd channels without any disturbance. But since i have been moved new a new house in north delhi adarsh nagar, i have been facing this issue and already spoken to customer care many times. But no one is help full.

Worst pathetic customer care experience. I booked a new connection on dish tv official website on 27th dec of 3 month subscription and today is 6th day has no installation. Contact center is the most ill mannered and etiquettes of speaking be it any language. They hang up the call on customers.

The setup box to me was provided by dishtv and when it could not power on they sent a technician and he replaced the set top box. The charge of technician and set top box was beared by me. It costed me 850. Within three months the set top box is faulty again and dishtv wants me ti buy one more set top box.

I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call...

An employee of ms. Siddh enterprise have called me and ask me to submit the set top box which was not active since few months. He assured me that rs 1000-= will be given back as a cheque by dishtv if i submit the set top box. Mr. Apurva has collected dish tv set up box no. Dst[protected] & viewing card no. [protected]-7 on 18/07/2016. He had given assurance that rs.1000/= cheque will come at home address within a month....

I recharged rupees 963 towards annual bharat pack. My present pack is pick by channel. I want to shift to bharat pack which is not showing in my account. Yesterday 15/12/2017 11:16am i recharged my dish tv vc worth ₹832 for 3 months super family pack and family hd add-on via mobikwik mobile wallet app but my dish tv not recharged yet. Then i contacted dish tv as well as mobikwik but both the services asked me to wait for 24 hours but now it's more than 30 hours and still they are making fool to me by blaming each other....

Since 23/11/2017, i am writing emails & putting complain continuously for my refund and justification for the extra money dish tv has collected without my approval beyond my package. But without any written confirmation they are keep on calling me from call center by a new name every time and disturbing me unnecessarily even though i have told them to send your inquiry by return mail. Please solve the issue as quick as possible otherwise...

The set-top box (Stb) of my (Now disconnected) dishtv connection stopped working within about one year of the connection. When you ask for replacing it, they charges a total of rs. 645/- (450/- for stb + 150/- for technician's visit + taxes etc.). And most unbelievable fact is that they provide the replaced stb's warranty for 3-months (90 days) only.

So that means, god forbid, if the stb again stops working on the 91st day,...

I relocated fro bangalore to chennai. Asking dishtv people to do reinstallation. But they are showing lots of resistance for the same and they hardly have anything to do with customer issue.

My roof is 8 feet tall and its same with 100+ villas in chennai where i am staying.

Dumbs of dishtv are asking me to bring a ladder so that they will do reinstallation, its not thr duty to do the same and on top of it the govt...

I did not cancel my dishtv addon pack of rs 25 (For ist month) with gst, it cancel automatically, this is fraud by dish tv,. After cancel of my 25rs addon plan they tell me you have to recharge with 99rs to avail this addon. They tell you have recharge with 25 rs now you only able to view channels for 5 days not a month.
And when i recharged my dishtv with nonstop plan they tell me 7 hd channels will continue till switch off date i....

I am a dish tv user and i recgarged my dish tv account for 3 months for maxi sports pack on 20th nov 2017 & switch off date is 18th feb 2018 which includes one channel named sony ten 1.
