P ke distibutor ka land line no jie se call aaya tha ki problem solve ho gay hai magar technician abhi tak nahi aaya mujhe request karni hai ki mera dish tv return karke air tel ya tata sky lena hai mera refund karvane ka kasht kare

    I have paid for all the hd channels for one year but all the channels are not working properly even after advance payment. I made complaint about it several times contacting the customer care services of dishtv. 6 times i have been calling customer care services but, without any issue being solved, i have got frustrated it is wastage of time even after paying for the service, call was disconnected from dish tv customer care service.

      Am using dish TV with vc no. [protected], I had opted for a plan with all sports pack with kannada south pack, but suddenly from Dec 1st 2017, dish TV has made Sony ten 1and ten 3 as Ala carte channel and has blocked the channel for us and is demanding money to view. Dis is cheating as I paying money for total all sports channels.Pl resolve this

        Local dealer (Kartic) of dish tv of pin code-722205 is totally fraud and cheater. I ordered Dish TV HD Connection. But he installed set-top box with normal LNB and he had submitted to company(dish tv) that my connection has been installed by HD LNB. After installation DD BANGLA channel is not found. I have complained 3 times but they(COMPUTER SALES n SERVICE IT POINT) did not reply till now and show me an issue that my number-[protected] is not contactable. This dish tv care center is totally fraud. After every 24 hours since 31st december, 2017 I have logged a complain by fresh call and booked a technician but I have received call only for one time and I was informed DD BANGLA is not in your package though call center's officer informed me 'you must get DD BANGLA'.

          Dishtv is cheating on its customers. When we purchased the set top box they said unlimited recording with set top box for free. And now suddenly they are charging rs 30 per month and that too with our storage device only. That's ridiculous, they haven't informed us about this before and the customer should be given time till expiry of their plans, so the customer can switch over to other operator and leave this cheating company.

            When i purchase dish tv the give a promise that a customer will get free unlimited recording facility to sd box and hd box now when i purchase hd box and use free recording for the past 2 years now they are charging me and maybe other customers also by saying that they have applied charging on recording facility, which is totally contradictory to there earlier statements in this way they are cheating their customer.                     Dear team, i have shifted my home on sep'17 and till 26th sep on my old house, i was able to see all normal and hd channels without any disturbance. But since i have been moved new a new house in north delhi adarsh nagar, i have been facing this issue and already spoken to customer care many times. But no one is help full.

                    Please consider this compliant as final and last compliant from my side, i don't have so much time to write this kind of complaints again & again. Will try to look for some alternative or other brand's connection, who believes in offering good customer service.

                      Worst pathetic customer care experience. I booked a new connection on dish tv official website on 27th dec of 3 month subscription and today is 6th day has no installation. Contact center is the most ill mannered and etiquettes of speaking be it any language. They hang up the call on customers.
                      The advisor transfers the call to the supervisor and he than gives a fake story, or advisor would say you will get a call back which i never receive.

                        Dear sir,
                        The setup box to me was provided by dishtv and when it could not power on they sent a technician and he replaced the set top box. The charge of technician and set top box was beared by me. It costed me 850. Within three months the set top box is faulty again and dishtv wants me ti buy one more set top box.

                        The dishtv setup box are weak in installed fuses and capacitors. The technician never opens the box and replaces the faulty with new one for which customer has to bear 850 charges. Dishtv is not taking any responsibility of there weak and pathetic boxes. This is a planned cheating strategy by dishtv. Giving weak set-top boxes

                        I hv installed dishtv before installation they said peace of mind Chanel will work.. but after installation we got to know that it will work till 8 to 10 pm.. but i want this channel at all time.. plz make it possible

                          getting non stop calls from dish tv hu

                          I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call...

                          I keep getting messages and calls from dish tv for vc no.[[protected]] on my mob. No.[[protected]].

                          I'm not a dish tv consumer. I do not know why i keep receiving these callls and messages. I informed about this when i receive calls from dish tv., but i still keep getting the messages and calls.

                          Please stop harassing me like this. I may have to escalate this if i continue to get messages and calls.

                            While opting (Changing) for custom made package in pick-by-channel section, after pressing "payment submission button" error appearing for "minimum balance of rs. * + gst required" see attachments.

                            Actual prob. Which i hate is... Why there is no simple solution explained in any replay so far for so many victims, or on there faqs, or on in any replay to any forum, or even on call no one predefined all requirements for the same.

                              Mera dish tv ka vc card number. [protected] meri permission ke beena terminate kiya giya hai aur mein tv nahi dekh pa raha aur company ka kaihna hai ki app nai call karki terminate karvaiya hai par mere pass koi detail nahi hai meine koi request nahi dali.
                              Aur company mujai bol rahi hai ki app
                              Bar bar call kati ho jis karn connection terminate kiya giya hai so mera vc card number activate kro
                              Company ka koi hakk nahi banta ki bo customer ka connection terminate kari
                              Aur mein customer care mein 42 bar call kar huka ho par company mujai ignore kar rahi hai aur mein 18 bar mail kar hoka ho par company connection ko activate nahi kar rahi hai aur mujai koi avidens saboot bhi nahi de rahi ki yeah connection meri dubara terminate kiya giya hai

                                I am using dish tv serices last 1 year.
                                I am really dispointed with your service, every month your service stop "show i got message over the tv screen signal not found".
                                After that i call your customer support they provide technical person at my home and he does demand of heavy amount with excuses hardware issue like your setup box, charger, cable etc. I
                                Am facing this issues every month. I am really very dispointed with dish tv support.
                                If you solve my problem so i very thankful for you other wise i will change with tata sky and i will never suggest to any one for purchase dish tv

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have purchased dish tv connection on 15 of december 2017 through your sales team noida they told me new connection charge is 1750 rs and 2000 rs coupons after 2 hr of installation and they give me ref. No.[protected], after that your company technician call every day that he is coming for installation but finally on 18 of december 2017 your technician installed dish tv connection. New dish tv connection nc no.- [protected]. But i have not received rs 2000 coupons message. I called your customer care he said no offer of 2000 rs coupons is there in your account than his senior talk me and their behavior was so uprooted and spurious that straights way nullify the image of dish tv. I again called your customer care and talk with your senior executive kapil i give my ref. No.[protected] and told him that i have purchased this connection on 15.12.17, he said he mailed to his senior and tomorrow you will get the message of coupons link but i have not received any message from your side, on 19.12.17 i again called your customer care he said no offer of 2000 rs coupons is there in your account and he told me that his senior will call me but i have not received any call from your side. So i request you to please give me 2000 rs coupons. And please tell the staff of dish tv to satisfy the customers at least with the words, if not possible to satisfy them with the services of the company. I think dish tv is a big company & committed for his product and service. Hope that you could look into the matter.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      An employee of ms. Siddh enterprise have called me and ask me to submit the set top box which was not active since few months. He assured me that rs 1000-= will be given back as a cheque by dishtv if i submit the set top box. Mr. Apurva has collected dish tv set up box no. Dst[protected] & viewing card no. [protected]-7 on 18/07/2016. He had given assurance that rs.1000/= cheque will come at home address within a month. But till today i haven't received the same. He has given me receipt of the set top box collection also. I have receipt of same. The number which is displayed on the receipt is not working also. Can you please help me in this. Either give me refund or get me my set top box so that i can re start it.
