I have faced issues with dish tv while taking the connection itself, but recent issue i am highlighting and have consulted a lawyer also to file this in court.
I have recharged my tv with 169+taxes plan for 3 months altogether,
They told 7 hd channels free with this, i have recharged in december 2017, validity up to 25 feb 2018.
In between from 31st december 7 hd channels stopped, and when i called customer care they said you have to recharge another plan, now
How could they change there benefits after accepting price,
It's like i ordered a car with some price and in between they took out engine and said now pay more.
Really dish tv is worst company i have ever seen and i will take them to court where they will pay 20 times what i have lost.

you are just running a froud company, and by anychance government mandats 1 set up box for all companies, then you can't fool some one for more than 1 month..
but anyway quality of Pics are good(which is surprise)
and about you complain mail id, no body gives a [censored] if mail send over it.

Bcoz you have this kind of consumer policy just to eat there money
