I was told that i will get coupons worth 2000 when i install the dish tv connection. I got the connection on 4th feb. Now when i asked customer care about coupon. They told me senior will call. After 1 hour i received call from some gaurav who claimed he is distributor incharge of d8sh tv and told me i will not get coupon. I can't view live cricket on dd sports in dishtv. But i can view live cricket on dd sports in tata sky. When i view dd sports it says "dear subscriber as per the court order dd sports channel will not be available during the matches of the ongoing india - south africa cricket series

I had subscribed to sony ten (Channel 615) with charges rs. 2/- per day. But automatically dish tv has stopped this service for no reason.

If i'm paying for a channel than you have to provide me nonstop. Kindly solve the issue at the earliest.

From last 6 moths dish tv is silently removing some channels, they have disappeared from my channel list. Even some of free dd network channels also been removed. When i called dish tv customer care they suggested me to replace the setup box which i bought only two years back. It seems my set top box is obsolete now. I think this is cheating customer, why do they need hd set top box for sd channels like dd chandana....

I have a subscription of world sports pack valid till 08.03.18. The company stopped telecasting sony ten channels suddenly from last few days which is unethical. I paid for the subscription 6 months in advance. It does not make any sense to change the pack whenever you want to. Sony ten1 hd channel have been removed from my fullon hd pack which is bad. Now i have to pay extra rs. 100 to view this channel. I have call from dis tv representative regarding Recharge my dis tv connection. he tell me best offer for you.if i recharge amt 600 rs you will give 3 months subscription with new maxi sport plan.today 31/01/2018 i have recharge my connection with this amount. but after recharge i have got only 2 month subscription. plz exceed 1 month subscription....

I have submitted complaint vide dish tv customer care ticket no[protected] but so far no action has been taken.
I have renewed my dish tv subscription in last week of nov'17 for a period of one year. At that time, it was informed that ten sports channel will be charged wef 1st of dec'1 and presuming that ten sports channel cost was also included in the subscription.

I have all sports pack and according to this plan i had all the sports channel (Non-hd) before this month and as the ind-vs-sa series started, dish tv removed this from my subscription without any notice and also as channels are reduced there is no cutoff in the pack rate. I bought an dishtv hd box last year and made an yearly subscription of 4000 approx. Rupees for viewing channels. Channels included all hd channels and most of the normal channels. Until last month i was viewing all hd channels with no interruption but just before the start of indian cricket team's tour of south africa, these peoples removed sony ten hd channels since that was broadcasting channel of this tour. The complaint is towards the account recharge done on 11th nov 2017 for pack, family entertainment recharge for 3 yrs, amounting to rs. 1179. But the same did not happen. I called the customer care executive on 12th nov 2017, wherein i informed that my pack is not updated online, to which he replied that on expiry of the current pack, the new pack will be automatically be activated.

I took child connection paid 400 plus 250 for subscription this 250 was not credited and child connection not activated gave 50 complaints not resolved finally installed airtel in child connection. Dish tv offer was recharge with 200 and get 2 channels free i called customer care and asked him about it he said yes any 2 channels than i recharged with 200 and called dish tv and asked them for ten hd he said sorry we can't provide you any sports channel this if not in offer lol i was shocked such cheaters feeling very bad as soon as my plan ends i am throwing this dish tv away but still i want justice for this....

I dr bhim chandra mondal have a dish tv connection with vc no [protected]. My switch off date was 17.01.18. I have not requested them for extra 3 days rechrage neither by phone nor by sms. Next day i received a message that "seem you have forgotten to recharge. We give you 3 extra days to recharge. Charge for these 3 day extra will be adjusted to your next recharge.
My question is why i have to pay these days although...

I request you which package is going on my setup box but same chanal is not available on my tv screen. I already complain about this but they are not give me solution. I think dish tv customer service ignore our costumer. Why they give not solutions. If they not able than please me fund refund. So please check my setup box. Thanks
