My dish tv set top box show after power on this message - booting please wait, and nothing happens after it and only came continuous green light in stb. I complaint to customer care about it and they say that they swap the stb with 450 rs. Charge taken But my 1500 rs. Ac balance not transfer to new stb that they swap for it and forced me to do a recharge for new stb to watch channels. And they don't transfer my remaining balance of old stb...

From last 5-6 days, I am getting non stop spam calls on my registered mobile number. I am fed up of it..Every time they call from a different number....

I requested for dish tv installation on urgent base but it was not.
So I am looking for other ......

Getting unwanted calls from DishTv. Want to stop it .....

Hi,
I have bee getting non stop calls from dishTv on my vc connected number. Though I've activated DND on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls. In case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm. in night. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible.

My dish tv is not working from last two weeks. I have called at customer more than 100 times, but my issue still not resolved. They only forward the complaint. Customer care person said to me go to online site and complaints there they will help you.
Seriously Very very poor thirds class services with high rates with limits channels.

My Top Box Not working...

My vc no is [protected]. My recharge date is 01 sep 21, but after switch on TV, its show that low balance(102 error). When I call to representative, he tell me to switch on my TV for 15 mins. After 35 mins, I call again to representative. But she is not able to provide any solution, not even taking any complaints. When I tell her to connect senior executive, she is deny to connect and disconnect my call. I want justice for this type of behavior.....

Sir I have recharged my dish TV account . But my set top box shows 102 error no account balance. And than I call customer service .. we tell u r account refresh . Now problem solving but my problem still continue and I call 2 time same will happen and I call 3 Time we tell u r box as been problem but 15/08/21 onwards set top box worked good condition . 17/08/21 I am recharged . But we tell my box is problem we arrenge technician that service...
