Getting harrassed by frequent telemarketing calls from Dish tv to my registered mobile number. Received 17 marketing calls in just one day[protected], 5.30PM) as by the time I'm writing this. This is pure harrasment and abuse of the personal data that I'm forced to give to the company. Customer service is pure scam which doesn't help either.

    One of the worse service given by dish tv.

                  I am continually calling dish tv customer service team and field technician for the replacement of set top box but they are denying that set top box are not in stock.
                  I officially complaint dish tv on 14th but till now My issue is not resolved.

                      They provided me old service setoff and instead of dishtv lnb they provided me tata sky lnb and even before the connection they took of the otp.first time i had bad experience with dishtv i never suggest anyone to take this connection. my txd id for dishtv is #796344. i paid 2849/- rs.

                        I ordered new dishtv connection they provided me old setoff box disht nxt hd + which was 2 years old and lnb they provided me tata sky.very bad experience first time.i paid 2849 rs/- for nothing .i will cancel my connection as soon as possible

                            This is regarding the recharge done on 26th June of Rs 573 through Dish TV app by HDFC credit card. Payment went to wrong VC [protected] which is our old account.
                            I have called several times to customer care also I have registered the complaint through Dish TV website in Do it yourself section on 29th
                            June. I also received the complaint no.[protected]. But no revert has been given at your end. I have sent mails to nodal officer but no revert.

                            This is humble request to transfer the amount to our new VC account [protected].

                            I am really fed up with customer care service of Dish TV.

                                Hi,
                                I have bee getting non stop calls from dishTv on my vc connected number. Though I've activated DND on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls. In case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm. in night. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers. I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                  Customer Care Told Me That There Is No Charges For Updating You Setup Box When You Will Recharge With Our 499 Plan. After Recharging, the Next Day Service Executive Updated My Setup Box And Asked Me To Pay 200 Inspite Of Free Upgradation.
                                  And When I Refused To Pay 200 He Was Behaving Unethically And Started To Take Away The Upgraded Box.
                                  Lastly My Father Paid The Amount Which Was Not Supposed To Be Paid.

                                      DishTV harrased me to a great extent from 25/06/2021. His customer care fake answer and technician rude behaviour disheartened me mentally and economically. Details of mail sent to dish tv follows:
                                      1. My setup box and remote malfunctioned on dated 23/06/2021.

                                      2. I lodged complain to customer care on 24/06/2021( complaint no.[protected].

                                      3 .From 24/06/2021 to uptill now they are unable to resolve the issue.

                                      4.Customer care disconnect my call often.

                                      5. I have recharged my tv and days are passing without using it.

                                      6. Local technician says product is unavailable so wait. They also talked me very rudely and disturbed me badly so that I can't call him again.

                                      7. I have mailed to each and every email of Maharashtra DishTV customer care as well as nodal officer as per mail Id on Google.


                                      I am very much harrased mentally, emotionally and economically. So I request you to kindly help me to resolve my issue as soon as possible and proper action against DishTV so that from they can't harrash any one as they done with me.
