I am continually calling dish tv customer service team and field technician for the replacement of set top box but they are denying that set top box are not in stock.
I officially complaint dish tv on 14th but till now My issue is not resolved.

It’s almost a month now and yet the complaint no is active[protected]...

They provided me old service setoff and instead of dishtv lnb they provided me tata sky lnb and even before the connection they took of the otp.first time i had bad experience with dishtv i never suggest anyone to take this connection. my txd id for dishtv is #796344. i paid 2849/- rs....

I ordered new dishtv connection they provided me old setoff box disht nxt hd + which was 2 years old and lnb they provided me tata sky.very bad experience first time.i paid 2849 rs/- for nothing .i will cancel my connection as soon as possible...

I am receiving too many calls in a day from dish tv that is totally unnecessary. It’s disturbing too much...

This is regarding the recharge done on 26th June of Rs 573 through Dish TV app by HDFC credit card. Payment went to wrong VC [protected] which is our old account.
I have called several times to customer care also I have registered the complaint through Dish TV website in Do it yourself section on 29th
June. I also received the complaint no.[protected]. But no revert has been given at your end. I have sent mails to nodal officer...

I will be going to shut down this Dish TV because of their irritating and repeated promotional calls.
Stop these promotional calls, else I have to stop using this DISH TV.

I have bee getting non stop calls from dishTv on my vc connected number. Though I've activated DND on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls. In case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm. in night. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers. I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible. Thank you....

Customer Care Told Me That There Is No Charges For Updating You Setup Box When You Will Recharge With Our 499 Plan. After Recharging, the Next Day Service Executive Updated My Setup Box And Asked Me To Pay 200 Inspite Of Free Upgradation.
And When I Refused To Pay 200 He Was Behaving Unethically And Started To Take Away The Upgraded Box.
Lastly My Father Paid The Amount Which Was Not Supposed To Be Paid....

DishTV harrased me to a great extent from 25/06/2021. His customer care fake answer and technician rude behaviour disheartened me mentally and economically. Details of mail sent to dish tv follows:
1. My setup box and remote malfunctioned on dated 23/06/2021.

2. I lodged complain to customer care on 24/06/2021( complaint no.[protected].

3 .From 24/06/2021 to uptill now they are unable...

Kindly mark my number in DND. I don't want to receive any phone call from Dist TV.

I have recharge 23/06/2021 at night but today also the recharge is not done why.I have done recharge of Rs 222 today also there is showing that no account balance why ??????...

Recharged on wrong vc . I asked for transfer. They gave me this lunk. I entered all the details, wrong vc no, new vc no, transaction id, payment screenshot etc. It is flashing .. Sorry wrong vc is in dl location. I talked to customer care thrice. They are saying they have no information about this error. It is frustrating....

I have recharged my distv through Google pay ( super sports pack HD ₹614) but the service is not provided till now. Please look into this matter at the earliest or refund my payment....

My old vc number [protected] amount transfer my new vc number [protected] my complain number is[protected]. Dish tv customer care executive solve your problem 24 hours but not solved...

By default Audio language in telangana and Andhra Pradesh we want in telugu not in hindi we don't want hindi please understand consumer pains...

I have an account with DishTV that I recharge every 12 months.

But now the service is not available for past several weeks and it asks to recharge, despite my account having sufficient balance, cut-off date in August and paid subscription active.. On contacting DishTV customer care they are saying to keep settop box and tv open on their advertisement channel(channel#96) for 15 mins after which all the problems will be solved...

Dishtv I have recharge 23/6/2021 but now also the recharge is not done I have call many times in zing helpline please do something i have done it online for rupees 222 now also the recharge is not done why?????...
