    Respected Sir,

    I have talk too many time with customer care of DishTv and them my problem as mentioned in subject. Everytime they said need technical support to fixed this problem.

    Till date I have paid to technician 5 time even it's not my fault.

    Send messages to given number 57575 with Rs. 3 per message for call back but never received any call from company representative.

    By mistake if some one call back then same think repeated number of times .

          SIR,

          I have not added any channel, but some channels are automatically added to my account. Whose recharge amount comes to Rs. - 2100 (NEAR ABOUT).

          I recharge July 9 this month. But yesterday (16.07.21) this connection is closed

          Your executive informs that the channels are added from the corporate website through the dealer. This is a very bad thing that happened to me.This COVID - 19 This time is very difficult to recharge the huge amount. Please help by removing all the channels from my account.

          Please help, and your dealer will take appropriate action for this. It is very difficult for ordinary people like us to recharge so much money.

          Please help Sir I will be of great benefit to you.

              From 1st July 2021 I requested to upgrade my settop box but dishtv customer care not given me new set top box...and today on 18.07.2021 I recharged my dishtv VC No. [protected] RMN [protected]. Now dishtv deducted my recharge amount for new set top box which they have not given...1st they told me that they will send technician who will give new set top box & I have to pay him the set top box price. but the technician never came till date at my place nor e called me. Now if I recharging amount is for my channels then why they deducting it from set top box price. Now I don't want dishtv service and I want all my balance money return cos dish tv not giving me proper service.

                Discrepancy in services

                The switch off date for my account with VC number [protected] is 20/07/2021. Upon switching on my television and connecting to my DishTV today, i.e., 17/07/2021, my services were already switched off with a screen which stated the same.

                Even after having made a payment for the same today, my services have yet to be reactivated, while the screen on the television says that the same would be resumed 15 minutes after the payment...

                This is to inform you that we recharge our dish tv ([protected])on 22th April 2021 I have pay 1095 rupees so as per the recharge my tv will be switch off around this month of end ..but it’s already switch off from 15th of July 2021..as per the validity I did 3 months recharge and in that I have to get 7 days extra which is not given by you..kindly check and reply

                    On 31 May 2021 i recharged my addon channels which price was 44 rupees but i recharged 100 rupees so according to company my next addon recharge was done after 68 days but on 15 July 2021 my channels are removed by dishtv and tell for next recharge. Remove this problem ASAP

                        मैंने 10 जुलाई को सेट टॉप बॉक्स खराबी का कंप्लेंट दर्ज कराया 12 जुलाई को इंजीनियर द्वारा मुझे कॉल करके ₹600 मांगी गई जबकि मेरा सेट टॉप बॉक्स वारंटी में था मैंने इसकी कंप्लेंट फिर से कंपनी को की कंपनी द्वारा 24 घंटे में कंप्लेंट ठीक करने के लिए कहा गया 14 तारीख को मेरे पास मैसेज आता है क्या आपकी कंप्लेंट दूर कर दी गई है जबकि किसी इंजीनियरों ने मुझसे मुलाकात नहीं की मैं फिर कंपनी को 14 तारीख को कंप्लेंट करता हूं 15 तारीख को फिर से मेरे पास मैसेज आता है कि आपकी कंप्लेंट दूर कर दी गई है जबकि मुझसे किसी इंजीनियर ने कांटेक्ट नहीं किया और ना ही मेरी परेशानी दूर की गई मुझे इससे मानसिक तौर पर काफी हानि हो रही है और आर्थिक नुकसान भी हो रहा है पता निवेदन होगा इसका उपाय तुरंत किया जाए

                              This incident happened on 13/07/2021 from around 10;00 pm to 10;30 pm one of the star sports HD channels was active on my dish plan but they want to subscribe to the channel so I contact customer care but he refused to do that work without extra charge so after I disconnected the phone and after a few moments later around a few minutes later one call comes by customer care person which I talked the issues on the channel and suddenly he using abuse words to me and for my mother. I want strict action against him

I called Customer Care for my issue & what happen executive put the call on mute & didn’t respond anything. This is a complete mental harassment.                                   After requesting many times to not call me without any reason, Customer care personal called many times repeatedly even 4-5 times daily. I said many times that I didn't need any offer I should call when it was needed. But when I pick up the call and request them to kindly activate ' Don't Disturb' and to add all free channels, they never did it till now.

                                  Now, I have decided that further occurence of same event, I will unsubscribe DishTV subscription.

                                    Getting harrassed by frequent telemarketing calls from Dish tv to my registered mobile number. Received 17 marketing calls in just one day[protected], 5.30PM) as by the time I'm writing this. This is pure harrasment and abuse of the personal data that I'm forced to give to the company. Customer service is pure scam which doesn't help either.
