Since last two months my set top box was not working I had made several requests on phone, also a mail was sent to them dated 6/09/2021, the response received by me was to make recharges, after making regularly all the recharges my set top box not working, after two months they changed the set top box and charged me for it, the technician didn't tell me to recharge on the new vc number, I made the regular recharge of rs 205 dated 19/10/21 on the old vc number after that I came to know through them that the recharge was to be made on the new set top box vc number, and they said they will transfer this amount to your bank account, for which I have the recording of the official Statement, till today I haven't received the balance of rs 205, nor adjustment of the days for which the set top box was not working
Inspite of regular request till today they are not refunding the amount, nor recharging the amount in my new vc number
