I'm getting non stop calls from dishtv, I'm disconnecting the calls still they are harassing me...so I'm switching to other company ...worst from dishtv...I advise everyone stop buying dishtv onwards...they will harass you by calling you constantly and disturbing you. ..vc no. [protected]

    Hi,

    I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers every time. below is my mobile details.

    Note : I was no dish tv customer but getting calls.

          Dish TV is just ###. I get 'channel not subscribed' error EVERY DAY. They are just telling me how to send a refresh command. For that moment it solves the problem, but next day I get same error.
          Once in a while it's ok to refresh the account, but not every day!!
          After paying for channel I just don't want to see this error. But ### at dish tv are not willing to fix this bug permanently :(

          [I was out of station for a week, so replying late. I have sent email also.]

          Only for one day I could see channel that I wanted. Next day same problem again.
          I can see subscribed channel only after sending refresh command. But why I am required to send this command every day??

          Issue is NOT resolved. Fix it immediately.

          I called your customer care people representative. She kept telling me "refresh command is sent, check now". My problem is "why I am required to send this command every day".
          I called 4 times and talked to your 4 representatives. Nobody could understand real problem.

          Unfortunately you people don't have technical skills required to fix this issue permanently. Looks like I have to move to Tata sky.

              Sir iam Patil Sunil Uttam i was recharge my dish tv on 30 Aug 21 for the amount of 164 through net banking to nauriaim pvt ltd. My recharge was not successfully done by naukriam pvt Ltd then my refund amount not credited to my account till date. This is fourth time iam sending my complaint you. Please suitable reply send mi.

                    Since last two months my set top box was not working I had made several requests on phone, also a mail was sent to them dated 6/09/2021, the response received by me was to make recharges, after making regularly all the recharges my set top box not working, after two months they changed the set top box and charged me for it, the technician didn't tell me to recharge on the new vc number, I made the regular recharge of rs 205 dated 19/10/21 on the old vc number after that I came to know through them that the recharge was to be made on the new set top box vc number, and they said they will transfer this amount to your bank account, for which I have the recording of the official Statement, till today I haven't received the balance of rs 205, nor adjustment of the days for which the set top box was not working
                    Inspite of regular request till today they are not refunding the amount, nor recharging the amount in my new vc number

                        My dishtv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 21-12-19. I still have balance in my account and my next recharge is on 14-01-20. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen I am not able to change my channels. Kindly do the needful. Kindly rectify the problem and solve it.I have followed all the instructions of the customer care officials still no channel is coming

                          Hi, I had updated my mobile number for a Dish Tv connection which my grand dad was using. My grand dad passed away but still I am getting calls fro Dish TV for account recharge and stuff like this. I have told them multiple times that I am no longer a user. Still they keep calling. This is very irritating.

                          Please deregister my number ASAP.

                            This is not a one month observation. I'm observing from a year and finally complaining. It seems they add and activate channels without customer ask and increase the cost of the pack even they change the pack and charge more amount.

                            I had finalized a pack as per my need with a fix monthly charge but after 2 month what I realized, initially they added some channels(some active play channels) and my monthly charge got increased and paid it and again next month they changed the plan and again amount got increased and when I finally called them and ask for the clarification they don't have any answer and transferred the call to senior but then even senior doesn't know anything and they disconnect the call.

                                  As I recharged the dish tv I received enormous calls from dish tv to add so and so channel, though I have selected my pack, my child is 6 is six years old and she received the phone by mistake
                                  Please forgive me to choose dish tv, .
                                  This is my only registered phone number from where I operate many things, even the online classes of my daughter
                                  There is no option to block the calls of dish tv and they are from unknown numbers, so I don't know who is calling

                                      My dish tv vc no. ([protected]) and registered mobile no. ([protected]) and I am facing the issue continuesly for 102 (low balance) and 402 (faulty vc card) but my balance is valid upto next 6 months. And if I turned off the setup box form main power and switch on again then it was working fine. It's continues harrassment for me

                                        I have been getting 2-3 calls from dish tv daily, Some in the middle of important meetings. Just because I use my personal number for home TV doesn't mean you call me always for subscribing to new channels or packs.
                                        It's borderline mental harassment. Thinking of changing my setup box but I recharged it for the whole year.

                                        Please stop this, I don't need a single call from you.
