Still not stopped the calls and messages from dishtv since 2 years
getting it every single day.. telling 100 times to the customer service to delete in their database still they are not understanding troubling me every single day with infinite numbers and calling continuous simply don’t understand.. no reply on mails as well..

I would want to take some strict actions against dishtv so that you will not trouble me...

Payment not Received
Payment already done...

Even DND is on .Received 5 calls per day for promotions, please stop calling this is a harrasment....

I have made a recharge of Rs.3989/- to get 1year + 30 days extra and free service visit offer.
But the next recharge date is on[protected].
I had complained about no signal last 7 days, but they asking charge on service visit.

so i don't want any more dish tv, kindly cancel my payment and refunded the whole amount....

Sir show the msg many times.sir esa kya hua koi set top box right nahi jo company ko 2 months m 4.5 bar change karne p bhi customer k upar sari responsibility dal diya y koi justice nhi ki har bar visit charge pay karne pde customer ko pehle mera set top box without card wala tha c the matter...

I am receiving multiple promotion phone calls from the Dishtv. I have deactivated the dishtv services in mid of 2020.

Since then I keep getting phone calls to activate the service or promote with an offer. I get calls on daily basis.

I had requested several times to remove my number from the system, for few days the calls will be stopped and then I face the same issue.

I have even blocked multiple...

I am dish tv customer since long time. Every momths many problem are facing by company new scheme.

I am doing amc in my dishtv, some days ago some problem in my dish i am call the provider agent.
The company agent was said our septop box is dead by company installation cause.

Amc rules are company will provide 18 months total coverage.

But box is not...

I want to recharge the Rs 791- wala plan shown on your website. But customer care refuses this not shown on the website.

My Dish TV hasn't function till last 2 days I had complained on 04 .09.2121 they have assured me resolved the problem within 24 hours they have not resolved the problem till now 06.09.2121 3.57 pm also they have not given satisfactory answer in other hand my daily rent also continue.
Kindly help me...

Sir, I mistakenly recharged in wrong vc no...pls transfer that amount to my current vc no from wrong vc no.
My current vc no is [protected] and wrong vc no is [protected].....

Wrong vc number=[protected]
Correct vc number=[protected]...

1. does not work start 5/10 times it is new. 2. it is not possible to record or recorded does not play. 3. very slow after start. 4. Login issues. 5. can not change or modify program selection with ease. 6. does not allow more than 2 change at a time...

I wish to inform that my DishTV not working in every two month, technician visited more than 4 time in last 7 months.

This time also my set top box not working wich is under life time warrenty, but still customer care forced to me for technician visit and said me for 200 rs charge once again.

now i wish to stop dish tv service and start any other service provider.

I had my set top box changed a while ago and hence my VC number changed but by mistake I recharged my old VC number instead of the new one with an amount of Rs. 721 on[protected].
I registered a complaint on dishTV self care portal but nothing happened there.
Now when I try to register the complaint again it says that amount is transferred whereas it doesn't reflect in the account.
I have tried and complained at various...

I recharged it through Google Pay and we don't get a receipt from DishTV if we recharge it from Google pay and in that receipt, the order ID is mentioned. That order ID is required to be filled in the form available at DishTV's website for any such issue where someone recharges...

I am getting tons of promotional call on my registered number even though my number is activated for do not disturb. Is it even fair. Many times will get a call during meetings. Sometimes, if I am connected with mobile hotspot and working on my laptop. Due to all these call i will get disconnected. Already it has caused trouble few times. Really really annoyed about this....
