My dish tv vc no. ([protected]) and registered mobile no. ([protected]) and I am facing the issue continuesly for 102 (low balance) and 402 (faulty vc card) but my balance is valid upto next 6 months. And if I turned off the setup box form main power and switch on again then it was working fine. It's continues harrassment for me

    I have been getting 2-3 calls from dish tv daily, Some in the middle of important meetings. Just because I use my personal number for home TV doesn't mean you call me always for subscribing to new channels or packs.
    It's borderline mental harassment. Thinking of changing my setup box but I recharged it for the whole year.

    Please stop this, I don't need a single call from you.

      I recharged my dish tv account with vc no. [protected] on. 23rd October at 7:20pm with 380rs using Amazon pay and the amount was deducted for the recharge but my DishTV is still not working it's still displaying "recharge your account" I called around 5 times to the customer care and they keep on giving me other number which is already not in service pls help asap I have attached the screenshot of successful payment for my DishTV account

          I am receiving unnecessary service calls from DishTv even after telling them not to call. They keep on calling me with different numbers and locations. Even after blocking lot many numbers I keep receiving calls from them. It seems like torture.

              Hi, I am getting non-stop promotional calls from dish tv for over a month. I get 3-4 automated calls per day. They are all automated and I have no way of stopping them. This is mental harassment. I do not want to get any calls, I don't even use dish tv services but I still get so so many calls. All the numbers are landline and start with 044(Chennai). I have blocked more than 30 numbers so far but I keep getting calls from new landline numbers. It is infuriating.

                  harassment by promotional and service calls

                  Hi,
                  I have bee getting non stop calls from dishtv on my vc connected number. Though i've activated dnd on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls.in case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm.in night. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
                  I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible.

                      Still not stopped the calls and messages from dishtv since 2 years
                      getting it every single day.. telling 100 times to the customer service to delete in their database still they are not understanding troubling me every single day with infinite numbers and calling continuous simply don’t understand.. no reply on mails as well..

                      I would want to take some strict actions against dishtv so that you will not trouble me anymore with calls and messages.

                            I had complained about no signal last 7 days, but they asking charge on service visit.

                                I am receiving multiple promotion phone calls from the Dishtv. I have deactivated the dishtv services in mid of 2020.

                                Since then I keep getting phone calls to activate the service or promote with an offer. I get calls on daily basis.

                                I had requested several times to remove my number from the system, for few days the calls will be stopped and then I face the same issue.

                                I have even blocked multiple numbers and i still get calls from new numbers. I have sent multiple emails to dishtv but there is no response. This is very bad I cannot tolerate this no more.

                                The calls will be stopped for few days after raising complaints and then I get calls again. This is continuing for more than a year, I even thought of changing my number but unfortunately cannot due to other personal reasons. Dishtv is such a pathetic company i have ever seen, even after soo many complaints they continue to trouble people.

                                  सर, मैं ऋषिदेव कुमार dish tv का परमानेंट ग्राहक हूँ मेरा vc no. [protected] है । मैं पिछले 1 वर्ष से परेशान हूँ, बार बार खराब हो जाता है हर 2-3 महीनो में 200 रुपये देते देते परेशान हो गया, 3 बार तो सेट टॉप बॉक्स बदली किया फिर खराब हो गया, लास्ट टाइम जब सेट टॉप बॉक्स खराब हुआ था तो 24 अगस्त को बदली करवाया, फिर 25 सितंबर को खराब हो गया, जब केअर सेन्टर को बताया तो उसने फिर बदलने को कहा और ये भी बताया कि पिछले वाला सिस्टम में चढ़ा हुआ नहीं है इसलिये पैसा देना पड़ेगा, मतलब सीतामढ़ी, बिहार केअर सेंटर वाले गलत काम करता है जब आपके माध्यम से बदली कराया तो लोकल मार्किट कहाँ से आ गया । जितना पैसा पिछले 1 वर्ष में मैं रिपेयर में खर्च किया उतना में मैं तीन कनेक्शन किसी और कंपनी का ले लेता । आप कुछ करें नहीं तो मैं grievance में complaint करूँगा

                                    I am dish tv customer since long time. Every momths many problem are facing by company new scheme.

                                    I am doing amc in my dishtv, some days ago some problem in my dish i am call the provider agent.
                                    The company agent was said our septop box is dead by company installation cause.

                                    Amc rules are company will provide 18 months total coverage.

                                    But box is not worrking from 24th september, now upto not provided the new septop box . And say the box is not available in services center.

                                    I am doing recharge done by 20th september.

                                    Sir kindly help us i am total helpless.
                                    Your some help i am getting benefits in this situation.
