    It is very disgusting and unfortunate that You Charged for Sony Bouquet 26 for which i have neither called nor requested by any means. Today when i called your customer care number, Madam is saying that i have requested for this change which is WHITE LIE. when i asked by what mode i have requested, she said online, i asked her to send me the proof then she told, she can not do this. But she may withdraw this plan after my request but what about the difference what they have debited from my amount as the difference, she has no answer for my question that how excess amount will be adjusted. This sudden change of plan occurred THIRD TIME without informing me. I am fed up now by just approach now thatswhy complainig now.
    Pl dont repeat this thing in future otherwise i will have to complaint in some other ways as well. Adjust the excess amount in my account which you have charged for 2-3 days.

      DishTV is Fraud Company of Our India

      When I submitted a Complaint No.[protected] regarding My DishTV's Set Top Box then I really confirmed that there shouldn't be any charges of Money because I paid ₹450/- to DishTV's so-called Technician when My TV worked for only 5 Hours then I again made a call on [protected] which is DISHTV's so-called Customer Care Number and talked to an agent and registered a complaint and He was agreed that there wouldn't be any kind of they sent...

          My vc no is [protected]. My recharge date is 01 sep 21, but after switch on TV, its show that low balance(102 error). When I call to representative, he tell me to switch on my TV for 15 mins. After 35 mins, I call again to representative. But she is not able to provide any solution, not even taking any complaints. When I tell her to connect senior executive, she is deny to connect and disconnect my call. I want justice for this type of behavior..

                Sir I have recharged my dish TV account . But my set top box shows 102 error no account balance. And than I call customer service .. we tell u r account refresh . Now problem solving but my problem still continue and I call 2 time same will happen and I call 3 Time we tell u r box as been problem but 15/08/21 onwards set top box worked good condition . 17/08/21 I am recharged . But we tell my box is problem we arrenge technician that service charge asking 450rs and additional spares cost but how my box damage 1 day ... Please taking action about dish TV . We all cheating.

                  On 17th August, 2021 at 5:01 PM, I made a payment of Rs.1776 to recharge my Dishtv through website: https://www.dishtv.in/ . And the amount was deducted from my account but it is not reflected in the Dishtv account . Please add the amount in my dishtv account or refund me my hardearned money. This is really sad and depressing that our hard earned money is getting wasted due to this . I request the authorities to please help me.

                      This is to highlight the poor quality of Dish TV products. I have 2 Dish TV connections registered with Mobile +91 [protected]. For these 2 connections, I have faced malfunctioning of Dish TV setup boxes in every 6 months. In the past 2 years, I have changed setup boxes 6-7 times for these 2 connections.

                      I believe that this is a devious business technique used by Dish TV to pull hard earned money from pockets of their subscribers. If you calculate the total amount I have spend on setup box replacement in last 2 years (400 + 250 for each time) it will be nearly 5, 000 INR. I would be able to buy 3 brand new Tata Sky connections in this amount.

                      I request Indian Consumer Complaints forum to help me raising this issue against this deceitful DTH company so that other subscribers do not face such issues. Please guide me the necessary legal steps that I can take to get the full refund of this money that I have paid for their poor quality service and flawed products.

                      Here's an update from the conversation I had with Dish TV representative yesterday after putting this complaint. They are saying that I need to pay service charges compulsorily if they send any person to check the faulty setup box. They cannot help me with it and it is mandatory to pay the service charge, without which they cannot help.

                      My question is that how many times I need to keep paying them for their faulty products?

                      I should have switched to other DTH operator in the first place instead of keep paying them for new setup boxes or service charges every time in past.

                      So overall summary of the conversation is that Dish TV is running a deceitful business of looting their subscribers using such devious techniques. NO HELP OR SUPPORT WAS PROVIDED BY DISH TV in this context.

                      FINAL UPDATE:

                      There was NO HELP provided from Dish TV Customer Care. Instead they kept insisting me on paying again for new setup box or service charge without giving any future guarantee of their poor faulty/malfunctioning products. I have decided to change my DTH operator.

                      Please help or guide me how I can opt for refund o[censored]nused DTH Plan from Dish TV. Also, please guide me how I can take refund of faulty products that they delivered to me?

                      Kindly note that I do not want to subscribe to Dish TV again. I need help in getting the refund o[censored]nnecessary money I have paid to the Dish TV.

                                One member from Dish TV Ajit Patil charged me Rs. 450 but still te Set Top box is not replaced and when I called zonal service center they are saying Settop box is not available due to lockdown. Then why did they charged me Rs. 450 for device that will get replaced once it is available. It has been 4 months but no act has been taken

                                    I am AJITA from varanasi .One of your provider named varsha contact no [protected] contacted me for new dish tv dth connection and told me that in new connection for 6 month, set top box and technician charges will be free and 450 rs plan will be activated for 6 months in which all channels you can watch total amt will be 2700 rd only.Your technician came to my place dated 5aug 2021(contact no of technician [protected])and after completing the final procces he took whole amt 2700 plus something insurance charges to my Mother and Father as at that time I was not present there. But most of the channel not subscribed to my dth no vsc [protected]
                                    When I talked to your customer care one of ma'am told me that your plan is for amt 355/- not for 450/-. And when I told her to register my complaint regarding this matter she denied for the same .and when I contacted to Miss Varsha she didn't reply properly.please resolve the same

                                      Sir,
                                      I have got fault in my set-top box on[protected]. So i tried in dish tv app to lodge a complain but i failed to be connected with its provided number[protected]. I also chatted with computer assistant but it just also provided the number[protected]. So i used the call me service sendng a message to 57575. I got a phone call from dish tv and explained that my set top box is getting turned off again and again with blinking red light. From yesterday i am unable to watch tv. A reply came to me that we are a lodging a complain with the engineer will call you in an hour with the message in my registered number"dear subscriber, your service request no. Is[protected]. You will be contacted shortly to fix the service appointment. For any query call[protected]." but no contact even after 28 hours. Then someone called me from puri without his identification and was told about the fault. Then he said that we have no set-top box with us. So wait for 4-5 days. Again i was connected wth customer care to contact a senior consultant but it was not happened and i was told that our senior exucative call you in an hour. But still now there is no response from dish tv. I ve attached the messaging screen shot of dish tv. So kindly please help.
