On 17th August, 2021 at 5:01 PM, I made a payment of Rs.1776 to recharge my Dishtv through website: https://www.dishtv.in/ . And the amount was deducted from my account but it is not reflected in the Dishtv account . Please add the amount in my dishtv account or refund me my hardearned money. This is really sad and depressing that our hard earned money is getting wasted due to this . I request the authorities to please help me....

I had lodged the complaint for dish TV connection. However technician could not come to resolve the problem...

This is to highlight the poor quality of Dish TV products. I have 2 Dish TV connections registered with Mobile +91 [protected]. For these 2 connections, I have faced malfunctioning of Dish TV setup boxes in every 6 months. In the past 2 years, I have changed setup boxes 6-7 times for these 2 connections.

I believe that this is a devious business technique used by Dish TV to pull hard earned money from pockets of their subscribers....

I had mistakenly recharged a wrong dish TV vc no. My vc no. Was [protected] but I mistakenly recharged [protected] can I please get my refund back...

I recharge my dishtv .many days ago but it seems error 102 on the screen. Very bad service by dishtv. I do on off my box many times to update my account. But its not work. I give my T.V screen pic....

One member from Dish TV Ajit Patil charged me Rs. 450 but still te Set Top box is not replaced and when I called zonal service center they are saying Settop box is not available due to lockdown. Then why did they charged me Rs. 450 for device that will get replaced once it is available. It has been 4 months but no act has been taken...

This company and their all Survices are very poor small complains are not taken seriously .every evecutive and their team is useless I want to address the chaiman of the company please look into the matter...

I have got fault in my set-top box on[protected]. So i tried in dish tv app to lodge a complain but i failed to be connected with its provided number[protected]. I also chatted with computer assistant but it just also provided the number[protected]. So i used the call me service sendng a message to 57575. I got a phone call from dish tv and explained that my set top box is getting turned off again and again with blinking red...

I am a DishTV customer it is very bad and pathetic way of handling consumers I have made a complaint but after 15 calls nobody taking responsibility even I have talk to their senior they are useless . I am changing my dish connection due to poor behaviour of their company I am sorry to say don't use DishTV in future...

Online recharge today in 10Am on amazon Pay not found on TV 200rs...

Installed the Dish TV Smart hub android box yesterday on 04-Aug-2021 but from that time its remote is not working. It looks to be used one and not new. Total amount paid to technician for the box is 2500.

Tried calling call center yesterday and they accepted the request for remote control replacement but its not received yet.

Please replace the complete box or refund the amount...

I have recharged my DishTV Set Top Box (VSC-[protected] ) more than 20 days ago (19Jul2021) with my credit card for one year via https://www.dishtvchannel.com/onlinerecharge.php web page and they sent invoice to my email but they never balanced it to my set top box. I sent many email to [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@dishtvchannel.com but no one replay them.
Also I call many DishTV customer support telephone numbers from Afghanistan...

Dishtv customer service not setisfy me.
Mujhe apne setup box ko hd me upgrade karwana hai par old customer hone par bhi sahi se offers ki jaankari nahi de rahe hai...
