My Dish TV hasn't function till last 2 days I had complained on 04 .09.2121 they have assured me resolved the problem within 24 hours they have not resolved the problem till now 06.09.2121 3.57 pm also they have not given satisfactory answer in other hand my daily rent also continue.
Kindly help me

    Sir, I mistakenly recharged in wrong vc no...pls transfer that amount to my current vc no from wrong vc no.

        1. does not work start 5/10 times it is new. 2. it is not possible to record or recorded does not play. 3. very slow after start. 4. Login issues. 5. can not change or modify program selection with ease. 6. does not allow more than 2 change at a time

          Dear sir,

          I wish to inform that my DishTV not working in every two month, technician visited more than 4 time in last 7 months.

          This time also my set top box not working wich is under life time warrenty, but still customer care forced to me for technician visit and said me for 200 rs charge once again.

          now i wish to stop dish tv service and start any other service provider.

          I have 1 year pending techarge amount so please give me my balance return .

          after i watching 2 hour set top box stop working now.

          when i call to customer care she said book technician and pay 200 rs once again 😡

          any other way to complain ?
          Today i paid 200 rs and technician change only my set top box .

          you are given old set top box everytime which is stop working in one or two month.

          my Dishtv package charge is low compare to i given technician charge witjin a year.😡

            I had my set top box changed a while ago and hence my VC number changed but by mistake I recharged my old VC number instead of the new one with an amount of Rs. 721 on[protected].
            I registered a complaint on dishTV self care portal but nothing happened there.
            Now when I try to register the complaint again it says that amount is transferred whereas it doesn't reflect in the account.
            I have tried and complained at various platforms and have not even received even a single reply.
            If this issue is not resolved here I will be forced to approach higher authorities.

              I had my set top box changed a while ago and hence my VC number changed but by mistake I recharged my old VC number instead of the new one with an amount of Rs. 721. I recharged it through Google Pay and we don't get a receipt from DishTV if we recharge it from Google pay and in that receipt, the order ID is mentioned. That order ID is required to be filled in the form available at DishTV's website for any such issue where someone recharges a wrong VC number. Now that I don't have the order ID and neither DishTV's Transaction ID ( I have the UPI transaction ID ), I don't know what to do.

                  I am getting tons of promotional call on my registered number even though my number is activated for do not disturb. Is it even fair. Many times will get a call during meetings. Sometimes, if I am connected with mobile hotspot and working on my laptop. Due to all these call i will get disconnected. Already it has caused trouble few times. Really really annoyed about this.

                    On dated 9/29/2021 11:20:57 AM, i recharge my dish tv registered mobile number [protected] from dish tv website through phone pe wallet. Amount Rs. 5712 has been deducted from my account but not showing on my account. I have transaction details from dishtv and phone pe. There is no option to check transaction or order detail from dish tv app/website.

                      When i am recharging dishtv, always status showing is "pending" .But they took money from my account. then they simply say, wait for 24hrs. why i need to wait 24 hrs. In my home aged people are there, we unable to watch tv for 24hrs...this is very worst support.. They did not refund my amount also. Customer care is very very worst.

                          I am using dish tv, due to some reason i was not able to recharge my dist tv at month end, when i am trying to recharge after 1 months they are charging extra 25 rs so called as proccessing fee. This is totaly against the rule. They can't force me to do monthly recharge. Can you take a look at these fraud company dist tv.

                            I cannot receive programming that requires internet service because of my location. I was not informed of this when I ordered service nor during installation even tho i asked. My service was installed in my home during construction and when I moved in, I am totally displeased. I called and spoke to your retention agent, Colin, and he refused to cancel my service. I asked to cancel my service late afternoon on Sept. 20, 2021...as of this morning at 7am eastern, Sept.21, 2021, my service is still connected. If not discontinued asap, I will get on social media to let everyone know...thank you in advance...

[protected] i had taken plan of ₹324 including star sports hd hindi channel.but last 4 to 5 days all channel are working without channel no 606 star sports hindi channel. Ur representative asked me to change that channel hd to star sports channel.last month i had changed it.but same problem also this month.
