Name - Arun Khosh VC No [protected] Sir, i wish to register my complait about poor service from the part of your local dealer and service persons. I am availing a HD connection of Dish-TV. On 29th of November it was noticed that the set to box is faulty. The service person was called and he confirmed that the Set Top Box is faulty and advised to register complaint for availing free replacement since it was under warranty. I registered complaint and to my surprise, i received a message from Dish TV stating that the complaint is resolved. This happened even before the technician reached my home. I registered the complaint again and the technician replaced the Set Top Box on the third day. But within one hour of the technician leaving the premise, the replaced Set Top Box also stopped working and i am not able to view any program since then. Again a complaint was registered and when contacted with your local representative, it was stated that spare Set Top Box is not available and I have to wait for another week for a free replacement covered under warranty or if i need an immediate replacement, i have to pay the cost of a new one Set Top Box. This is a bad case indicating casual and careless nature of your service agencies. Now a days even govt offices function more proactively to resolve the grievances. The casual replies received from the call centre executives and service centre staff are really irritating. The call centre persons are not trained enough to understand the gravity of the cases explained to them. When I tried to explain that the technician is available on a phone call but cannot fix the issue due to non availability of Set Top Box, the call centre boy again replies that the technician will be sent once again to fix the problem. The person attending calls at BENAKA ELECTRONICS gives casual replies that they are not sure about the availability of Spare Set Top Boxes and cannot assure till what date the issue can be resolved. Also it is to request that i am paying around Rs 15/- a day as rent. My next recharge needs to be enhanced considering the under warranty Set Top Box not working since 29/11/2014.       My V. C. No. is [protected], I am a regular customer of Dish TV, regularly I have recharged the channels but Dish tv is not ready to listin my problem. Last 10 days all most all channels showing SIGNAL NOT FOUND and many channels out in this menu. On 7th December 2014 I have given my problem through my email to customer care but on the side of Dish TV nothing any reply, I can not found any justification that I am paying the amount for watch the channels but I am unable to watch the channels.           Sir/Madam I would like to bring in your kind notice that My Dish TV account was deactivated from the month of Sep.-14 due to my personal reasons. But day yesterday before I called your customer care representative to know what to do to activate the above said account. He said to recharge the account with the Rs.230 as planed taken but after doing the recharge till i am not getting your service and I am facing the problem. Afterword your customer care representative said you have done your recharge with Rs.250 in parts so that you are facing the problem. So you please to rectify the problem as early your side.                 Dear sir/Mam,
                I have dish tv connection no.(VC No. [protected] and VC No. [protected]). When I recharged my connection then the channel AAJ TAK is included in my service pack. But now the company has deactivate this channel in the mid of the month. The SONY Channels have been also deactivated like this earlier.
                Please take some appropriate action against this case. I shall be verythankful to you for this.

                  Such a bad service disappointed!! Tried dialled around 100 times to call centre number but it never ringed. Again they switch off mtv then all channels of sony and aaj tak also.. I don't know why i am paying 400 each month. They never inform me if package price increases and if they are switching off any channel. Very very bad communication with coustmers.. My vcc number is [protected]

                    I am customer of Dish TV since more than last 3 years & my VC number is : [protected]. I made complaint that if i select specific package than its duty of DTH service provider i.e. Dish TV that i may get all packaged channel hassle free where as in present case Dish TV force me to send an SMS for the channels which are part & parcel of my package which cost me Rs.3/- per SMS & again ask for confirmation which again cost me to Rs.3/-.So all over i pay Rs.6/- for subscription of that channel which is part of my package & this not happened for 1 channel but for so many channel i forced by Dish TV to send a SMS & subscribe. I believe that this is cheating with the customer & inappropriate way of collecting money from customers. Herewith on 04th Day of December 2014 i lodge a complaint with Dish TV authority & giving a time of a week i.e.upto 10.12.2014 to activate all the channels of my package & warn that this should not repeat in future otherwise i have due right to lodge the complaint with judicial machinery & seek the justice. Hence it requested to credit the amount into right account i.e. [protected], so that with out any disturbance my subscription will run smoothly.                         Dear Concerned, I have Recharged my Dish TV On 22 november time of 05:01pm 2014 Via Online (Paytm) of Rs 250/- but by mistake recharged done on wrong VC ([protected]) instead of [protected].                           Hello, My DISH TV VC number is [protected]. I have taken yearly subscription plan for DISH TV in which I was able to watch AAJ TAK News channel. But suddenly from few days, I am getting the message that this channel is not subscribed channels. Even if it has been moved to Ala Carte, this clearly is not applicable to me as I have already paid for this channel for 1 year in advance. That is wrong message which is being displayed. Enable AAJ TAK channel as it is already subscribed channels and you can not charge twice for the same channel viewing Rakesh [protected]

                            I have booked a new Dishtv Connection vide request no.15472635 from M/S. R S Enterprise (SF), Bonhooghly, Dunlop through Sri Pradip Koley mobile No.[protected] for my CTV on 09/11/2014 for Rs.1, 360/- with one month free recharge for live TV enjoying alongwith HD Channels upto 09/12/2014. By V.C. No.[protected] & my Registered Mobile No. is [protected] in the name of Battula Easwar Rao. InAfter completion of installation of DishTv I got a message that Request No.15472635 is now closed. After that an another message received that Congrats you can enjoy LIVE TV on the GO free till 09-DEC with dishInline App on androig. But it was observed after a week in my account that last recharge is Rs.1249/- instead of Rs.1360/- and the validity of live tv enjoy is 26/11/2014 instead of 09/12/2014. The Switch Off date is 27/11/2014. Accordingly my Dish tv was deactivated on 27/11/2014. Immediately I had contacted with Sri Pradip Koley regarding this. He had given ahis superior Mr. Subodh / Subhendu mobile no.[protected]. Immediately I Contacted with Mr. Subodh / Subhendu but he could not taken any positive steps beside this he had talking with me by rough behaviour. Ultimately till date my dishtv is deactivated since 27/11/2014. I have not got any positive steps till today.

                              I have applied for a new connection on 30.11.2014, my req. no.[protected]. When I got a call for confirmation, an executive asked me for address proof. As I have newly shifted to my flat, so I don't have the address proof on this address, but I am providing the address proof of my old residence and also the TITLE DEED / REGISTERED DEED of my new flat, but he denied to accept this as valid address proof.                                 My dish antenna and LNB were damaged during the recent Hudhud cyclone which struck our city on Oct 12. I lodged a complaint with the call center. On 28th October a service representative visited my house and replaced the antenna and LNB. He charged a total amount of Rs. 1150/- (rupees one thousand one hundred and fifty only). On checking with the call center we realised that i was overcharged Rs200/- by the service representative. We lodged a complaint with the call center repeatedly but there was no action forthcoming from them. My VC No. [protected]. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    I recharged my dish tv account with 555 Rs on 13/11/2014. My pack is world sports worth Rs 375 without any A-La-Carte pack. Now the system shows next recharge date 29/11/2014 and switch off date 02/12/2014. when contacted customer care ppl on 29/11/2014, they said it will be rectified within 2 hours. I am writing on 1st Dec and still they have not rectified. They are charging more than what they are providing. My account details are: VC # : [protected]

                                    i keep on following up with customer care, they are not ready to correct the charges and keep on saying "we apologise for the inconvenience caused", but dont ready to provide solution and accept their mistake.

There was one problem or other every month .Every month serviceman came and charged for the complaint, they never did AMC even when asked .On 20.10.2014 my complaint 15164172 was registered but was not solved fully for which hey were contacted and they replied, WILL CALL YOU BACK SHORTLYon 24, 25, 26 october and my complaint was resolved on 27 th. Again in november the problem started, the voice was not clear, my complaint was 15640102 the person who visited did not have any tool with him, we have to give him tools, after investigating he told that your set top is not working and has to be replaced.He asked for service charge, when i told him that charges are for month as my previous complaint was attended on 27 oct and i paid for that so my this complaint should be free.But he said that we charge every time and you have to give service charge .He only went after charging the money. Sir 150 is a small amount but the act of your service man are making your company name bad DO SOMETHING
