We are customer of DishTV from 8yrs.we are getting so many Telugu channels. We want some only not all. We want following: SVBC, DD Saptagiri, All Maa channels, All Gemini Channels, ETV Telugu, Zee Telugu and News Channels:TV9, TV10, TV5, Sakhshi, NTV, ABN Andhra Jyothi. We do not want the following if these are paid channels. ETV3, Subhavartha, Tollywood, T News, V6 news, HM TV, Studio N news, Vanitha, CINE21, DD Yadagiri We want following two channels which we not getting now Gemini Life, ETV2 My V.C.No:[protected]

    have recharged my DishTV account (VC No.[protected] times Rs 190, 250, 185
    each (Total Rs 625 on 02/12/14 throughpaytm.in. Money was
    deducted from my bank account 3 times but only Rs 250rs was credited to my
    Dish TV account. I have contacted paytm.in and they said all 3
    recharges were successful. But till now remaining Rs 375 has not been
    credited to my DishTV accoun

      I bought a dish+ product from dish tv service center(Govandi).they charged 1900 rupees for 1600 rupees product and now they are not giving me the bill also. Now they are saying that person is not the employee of our firm so u should contact him and collect the bill from that person.only("He is now no more our employee", ). what should i do now? can u suggest me any solution?

My ICICI bank account has been debited 440/- and as per the bank the money has been debited to the payment gateway. Transaction number - BIL/[protected]. However i have not received this amount as recharge credit from DISHTV. I have called and complained to customer care several times. NO response at all. Have writen several emails again NO RESPONSE. Pls resolve..

                I have a Dish TV Connection since last 2-3 years. Since last 1 years I am facing lot of problem regarding Dish Antena. I had made complaint in Dish TV Customer Care and they send their representative/technician and rectify the errors in Dish Antena and they also charged for it. I had paid for it for 4-5 times for the same problem and i have many other problems regarding the Channels. Dish TV had remove Sony, SAB, Set Max, Set Max-2 from my Package without intimation given to me. Kindly look in to the matter and solve it. Thanks, Sanjay Sharma

                    I would like to draw your attention towards cable maafia operating under brand name Dish Tv. I am 3 yrs old subscriber of world HD pack for which they had revised monthly subsciption to rs 450 per month from Rs.399 without any information to customer. To make services worse they have deleted entire sony pack even at this increased price which includes basic channels like sony and sab. This DTH revolution was to ensure freedom to customer to pay for what they watch but this operational method as they add and delete channels without customer's consent. They had removed Colors HD which was available at subscription of Rs.65 per month. Though i didnt subscribe but today its available as free preview after sony pack deletion. I had written so many mails to their ceo on his blog but didnt receive any reply. Their facebook and twitter wall is flodded with complaons without any solution. When i started i Paid monthly rate Rs135/so many channals. now they reduced channals. Now they incresed Rs 155/ without customer any information. When i paid they are taking money for a-la-care pack for Rs30/. I called customer service I dont want a la-carte package. they deleted. they have not incresed my renewual due date. actully my rate is Rs155/ per month( I received messeage). they are taking Rs185/ why. dish tv useless customer service not taking any care.                                 I had recharged my dishtv onlline through rechargeitnow.com.on 17/11/2014 for Rs. 400 Trans.ID is[protected]. V.C. No. [protected] The recharge does not seem to have been done as I do not receive any channel. In fact I get a message asking to renew my account. A further message says no signal available. Could you please look into the matter at the earliest and kindly send a technician to check the dish / connections, urgently. It's already 5 days since I renewed.                                   Account information in my dish TV used to vanish again and again .For that I need to call customer care again and again else need to send SMS to get a call from customer care. All these are char gable. For few days its works again information vanishes. VC number-[protected]

                                    I subscribe to Dishtv Titanium bouquet and my subscription is upto March 2015. Recently, BBC news and Sony channels have been withdrawn from the bouquet. No reason cited? I had taken Titanium bouquet because it had BBC news and Sony channels in its list. To me that was a contract with Dishtv and it cannot be broken now.                                       Iam unbable to view channel no.105, 106, 117, 202, 204, 210, 213, 250, 251, 254, 409, 410, 416, 454, 459, 462, 465, 471, 466, 558, 562, 765, 916, 918, 923, 924, 929, 930, 931, 932 & some other channels from today afternoon.I have lodged a complaint with dish tv vide complaint no.[protected] dt.20.11.2014. They informed that your technician shall visit my address to resolve the issue within 24 hours with a fee of Rs.170 plus service taxes for misalignment of dishtv antena & other charges for any faulty part. I would like to mention here that why so many times a technician has to visit us for adjusting misalignment of dishtv antena frequently.By this I am spending money unnecessarily. may I know what is the technical defect for which Iam compelling to pay again and again for unforeseen problems. Moreover what is the codallife of dishtv antena? Why the company is not offering any replacement for the same free of cost or a reasonable price. I want to know why I should suffer for the misalignment of the antena or any other technical difficulty even though I have to pay in advance for my subscribed pack. I am paying the channels cost in advance without viewing most of the important channels of my subsscribed pack untill rectification of the same by your authorised technician. For the above reasons I ask you why shouldn't I shift to other available DTH services cancelling dishtv.

                                        From Chinnamma P Maithanathu Veedu, Kottiyam P O, Kollam, Kerala. 691 571 Mob: [protected] I have subscribed Dish TV – H D Setup Box with DTH Connection Vide V C No: [protected] and the card No: [protected]-2 from the distributor of “Chirayil agencies, TVM Road, Kottiyam Ph:[protected]“ in my native city itself. I have paid directly Rs. 2000/- for HD Setup Box and 250/- for the connection charges by consolidating of Rs. 2250/-( Rs. Two Thousand Two Hundred and fifty only), with relevant bills. The main purpose to subscribe the DTH was to watch many local programmes associated with the State Festival of Onam. The Onam festival does not cover the celebration alone, more over the social, political, educational and other entertainment programs might be broadcasted in all local TV channels. I have subscribed the DTH before[protected] aimed to cover all these purposes. But, on the evening of[protected] at 6 PM, two young boys studying the I T I came to my house to give the connection and these I T I Students were totally unaware and inexperienced people in the field of Dish TV connectivity. It is very easy to establish the Dish antenna in the open terrace- parapet of my house but unfortunately these people have taken much time and completed at 9.30 PM ( ie they taken 3 and half hours). Meantime, a woman from the call center of Dish TV- Kollam, telephoned me and asked me to pay the service and connection charges to these boys by Rs. 500/-. I have paid Rs. 500/- to these young unknown boys. Finally the total charges for the Dish TV connection forcibly paid by us by Rs. 2750/- ( Rs. Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty only). The Dish TV Channel Installation was not successfully completed on that day due to delay of time in installation. From the next day morning ie 07.09.2014 onwards, I have called the agency people and the call centre people without any interval; they were responded to me after seven days. Meantime the Onam festival and Onam related TV programs were totally gone off from Kerala. On the evening of 12.09.2014, some people called me over telephone from the call centre stating that they can assist me over telephone for the installation. As per the guidance given to us over telephone, the installation came to possible. After some days, we have done the same procedure and got 100 channels but Doordharsan ( DD) channels are not still available. Kindly note that the Jumbo Family Scheme mentioned in the brochure for the Dish TV HD connection was preferred by us while we rush to the Agency and this scheme consists of the services of 185 TV channels and 22 Radio Channels respectively. The payment to the JFS has also been collected from us by the agency. I have been regularly telephoned to the agency and customer call centre to get the additional 85 TV channels and 22 radio channels but they are not ready to come to my house to take up the work to get this additional channel services. It shows the utter business negligence and cheating the customer in the name of Dish TV. After a month, on[protected], When I called them again, they gave me a phone number of the service centre of some other District ( Even though the Kollam city is a Corporation) and asked me to call them for the further service and installation; and agency and call centre withdrawn their responsibility by warning us not to call them again. The next due for the recharging the Dish TV is[protected]. If the promised offer of 185 channels are given before this date, I have a plan that I will extend to subscribe some of the additional TV channel Plan. The regular inquiry of these problems with the Call Centre and Agency, they feel that it has become a hectic headache to them. It is now come to understand that taking new subscription to the Dish TV is a Deadly Sin and the subscribers are the Sinners in the view of the Agency and Call Centre People. Hence I request you to take immediate action to 1. get all offered channels in the Setup Box purchased by me in the JFS Offer; 2. get become customer friendly attitude and behavior among the Agency and in particular the Customer care Centre People; 3. and to give me intimation about “What to do” to the additional top up to the Tamil Bonanza along with JFS Offer just before the recharging period of[protected]. As I do not like to undertake any legal action at present under the Consumer Protection Law and Cheating under Indian Penal Code, I would like to establish a good cordial understanding with you and expect to do the above mentioned three areas of responsibility at the very earliest. Don’t loose the business flourishment of DishTV in Kerala by these kinds of negligence shown by your bottom level employees.
