      I have been recharged two time my DISH TV pre paid through online Rs.220 on 21.01.2015 & Rs.270 on 22.01.2015. Payment debited in my bank account at the same day itself, Still there is no service provided from DISH TV. MY Dish TV VC no is [protected], Paid ref 1. BIL/[protected]/D[protected] Rs.220 on 21.01.2015 . 2. BIL/[protected]/D[protected] Rs.270 on 22.01.2015. Every time the customer service person asking details and not providing me the service. I am very much disappointed. Pls help me get the service immediately

        I have recharged my dish tv online through dish tv site through net banking and payment gateway was ccavenue the recharge done was of rs 700/- after recharging this amount was reflected on my dish tv account after 30 but all of sudden this amount got again vanished after 1hr and the mssg started blinking for recharge. We have contacted dish tv customer care 20 times they started saying they haven't received this amount it's been still with third party ccavenue and they haven't credited this amount to dish tv so kindly contact to ccavenue. I have contacted to my ICICI Bank they have told me the amount was credited same they to dish tv and dish tv has provided them confirmation reference number of receiving this amount I. e.[protected] and transaction I'd is[protected] after giving this detail to dish tv they are still saying they haven't received this money though it is been detuned from my account.We have nearly called on dish tv number for 100 times and been writing mail to dish tv and ccavenue but no reply.

            I received a call from Ms Puja at 3.31 pm who insisted for activating the sports channels free of any charge upto July 15 and without disturbing my existing pack and its recharge date. While I repeatedly refused for activation of the offered channels Ms. Puja insisted for activation of the same. The dialogue between Puja and me may also be checked and confirmed from the recording. On the contrary an sms informing change of my pack to Rs.320 pm from existing Rs.230pm pack and prepone of recharge date by more than 2 months received. This is cheating and I request to shift my pack and recharge date as it were. MY VC NO. IS[protected].

                  Hi I am Veena would like to complaint about my Dish tv VC number is [protected] and registerd mobile number is [protected] .I have been using Dish tv from 5years but recent 3months I am facing these problems, they are adding the channels without our consent, and they increased our monthly charge without any reason . When we contacted dish Tv customer care they are not providing us with the satisfactory reply . THANK YOU

                    I Deepak singh sajwan with my registered mobile no want to get this into ur knowledge that in past one month i am facing the problem of fraud upgradation of package, this is the second time when i am facing this problem on the first time i got a message stating some more channels in the current package for first month free then this time again on 23rd jan2015 aagin i got a call o[censored]r recorded message stating that get 26 channels in only Rs.29 for first month then onwards you will be charged full month charges to start this package dial 1 i dialed and got a message that my pak has been changed to rs.320 per month i don't understand how a company like this type of frauds can survive this is my last complaint to rectify this asap otherwise i will have to take some severe step on this.I have complaint nos. also first complaint no.[protected] second complaint no.[protected].

                        I Parvez Shaikh have distv connection [protected]. I have requested multiple times for installation by calling customer care and mechanic had also came to our house on request but the 1st one said he wont be able to install and hence he will send another guy next day and had requested to tell installation is done once we get the call from dishtv .but did not got the response till 1 week and I had again called customer care for installation and guy came and had said he need wire and he will come again and he also said to tell installation is done once we get the call from distv. He also broke the stand on antena which was already craked. And its been more than one week and did not get the single response on request. I want you to take strict action for this. We have also lost recharge money as our tv is off for so many days.

                              I have bought dishtv in year 2012 but 9th of January 2015 I converted my connection SD to HD with payment of 700 hundred rupees after a day I.e 10 th of january dish was showing signal problem i camplaint to customer care but they never have sought problems of my dish till 20th of january 20th january they told u have setup box problem and given me used old set-up box but i not received that kind of bo, but till date company have not given box for which i paid 700 hundred rupees .

                                SIR, I have two set top box. First set top box's v.c.No. is [protected] and Second set top box v.c.No. is [protected].First set top is running box but second set top is not running for about 2 years.wrongly Dish Tv's worker Mr. Ravi carried my first set top box. He carried my box at 25/11/2014.He is not returnning to my box.Mr. Ravi carried my box from my boy, when my boy was alone at home.When he carried my box, than he did not inform to me.Please help me for this problem.

                                  My VC No:[protected] set of box was replaced on 6th Jan 2015 for Rs.380 + service charge Rs.175
                                  through SATVISION DISHTV DISH CARE CENTRE, Tharamani, Chennai-600 113. They told warenty for 6 months.
                                  Now that set of box is not functioning properly. Today( 18th Feb 2015) I complaint to customer care they ask service charges and etc again. I hope necessary action to be taken

                                    Sir, Its third time, in a very short period of time my Dish TV connection VC no [protected] & addorn connection VC no [protected] got black out.My both TV was out of services for two days. Both occations, I was out out of station, After two days when contacted to your customer care it was resolved immediately. My point is that, when i ve paid for 30 days, due to your technical fault why should i be able to watch TV for 28 days.More ever within months how this technical fault can happen .Why not your technical fault ever made me watch all paid channels without package. It also give birth of doubt regarding "technical fault" information.                                       Hi, Recharge done through netbanking for the amount of 300 but not showing balance yet. It happened second time . and afraid about the service you are providing. Now my dish TV has been activated after 3rd recharge but I want 1st and 2nd recharge amount both balances back to my account ASAP otherwise I have to log a complaint against you in consumer forum.
