Sir,
Its third time, in a very short period of time my Dish TV connection VC no [protected] & addorn connection VC no [protected] got black out.My both TV was out of services for two days. Both occations, I was out out of station, After two days when contacted to your customer care it was resolved immediately.
My point is that, when i ve paid for 30 days, due to your technical fault why should i be able to watch TV for 28 days.More ever within months how this technical fault can happen .Why not your technical fault ever made me watch all paid channels without package. It also give birth of doubt regarding "technical fault" information.
Please inform me how can i get back my paid days for what i ve already paid.
