Dear Service Desk, I have Subscribe Dish TV, I have 2 SD connection, my connection ID is [protected]. I have subscribe super Gold Package.from last one week I am not able to watch sony network channel like Set Max, Sony, Sony Pal (which is already in my package). I had call several times form customer care no [protected] but always respond "busy". Even I had tried to get complaint register online through there website www.dishtv.in.but I I fail get register complaint as they my register mobile no [protected] is showing in vaild, on which I have recieved all sms from DISH TV. " I am helpless to reach dish TV consutomer cases as all contact no always repond "busy". please do the needful on priority.

      the channels choosen in pick by channel facility, among them few channel are not coming..even they told that we have to pay 600 rupees more an accesory to watch this channel..i want to know, , that when first you broadcast the channel, at that time no such accesories was required, sudden such requiremnts are born from where..i m not willing to pay any more..i am just fed up from your services..please refund my amount for the channel which you are not able to provide..

      they called us, nd then they provide the channels as per our request nd recharge done by us..but the problem of sony pal not broadcasting, for this they informed us that there wud no charges taken for it bcoz it wud activate only after the accesories purchase and attached to the antenna by us..

          Sir, my vc no. [protected] and i am watching dish tv since 2008.but this year you are switching of many channels at your own will and charges have been increased from 280 to 320.each time you switch off channels when a recharge has already been done.this month you have switched off all sony chanels and add those which we do not want.please look in to the matter.

                vc no:-[protected], I had done the recharge of Rs.650 by keeping in mind the pick by channel facility..but still no response by them that they confirm my request..even after doing so many call to them, they didn't pick the call and for this i spend 100 rupees for calling them..please let us know are you going to make us fool by this..take a step or refund the money..otherwise shut down your company and sit on the street..because you deserve to be a beggar..

                8744077421- they called from this number for the problem resolution..they told us about the addition of new accesory to watch the channel-sonypal...we denied..also we are asked that is there any deduction took place for sony pal bcoz we had already paid for it..they replied that without activation, no deduction could take place... thanks to the consumer complaints forum for help...

                  Dear Sir/Madam, Thanks for the payment confirmation. Please be informed that payment has been made under protest and much against our wishes due to your unjustified charge. Please refer our mail below. We cannot put this mail in the link provided by you but we have booked a ticket while doing the recharge and inserted this mail. We look forward for your prompt reply to our mail below. "We had paid for super world pack in Sept 2013 for Rs 3840 for one year with 45 days free. This included Zee, Sony, Starplus etc. Our switch off date was 18th Nov'14. Since yesterday, Sony network stopped and we were getting code 101- Unauthorised, a La carte. We called up customer care on[protected] and understood from them that sony network has become a la carte. If we need sony channel, it would cost us Rs 5 per month. It was difficult for us to digest the fact that Dish TV has breached the contract by taking away Sony from us despite paying for the super world pack for one year which included Sony at that point of time and the contract was valid till 18th Nov'14. Despite this breach of contract, we agreed to take Sony at a cost of Rs 5/-. There should not have been a significant change in switch off date since it is a matter of Rs 5/- only. To our disappointment, the switch off date has been changed to 8th Nov'14 (reduction by 10 days) towards the charges for Sony. When we asked customer care as to why they have reduced 10 days, they told me that our package cost is Rs 370 per month and if we include Sony in it, it cost us Rs 375/- which works out to Rs 12.50 per day. On that basis, our swittch off date has been reduced. Now what does this mean ? We had asked only for 1 channel which is Sony which costs Rs 5/- as per customer care. Effectively, days reduced from our account is 10 days which works out to Rs 125/-. This means that one Sony channel has costed us Rs 125 and not Rs 5/- which again is not only breach of faith but FRAUD. Why is DISHTV acting in such a cruel and greedy manner ? First of all, our Sony channel has been taken out without any information. Subsequently, the channel which costs us Rs 5/-, you have taken Rs 125/- from our account. Your method of computation is absolutely incorrecta and very unfair. If you need Rs 5/- from us to restore the switch off date from 8th Nov to 18th Nov we will do so certainly but please do not cheat us in such a manner. Please direct this mail to your senior management and then give us a positive reply by restoring our date to 18th Nov plus consider my payment as excess payment and give me credit for 10 days more . Else, we will be compelled to take this matter externally. I am sure that you would not like DISH TV to come into disrepute limelight. Further why have you stopped taking compliants thru [protected]@dishtv.in. You should have some easy email address wherein we can communicate to you. Please reply me to my email address which is [protected]@gmail.com Looking forward for your positive reply after discussing with the senior management." Best regards, Mr. P. Menezes.

                    Why Sony, SAB and many other channels are deactivated ???

                    I am having platinum HD Pack with 1 year subscription. At the time of activation Sony and sub tv was in my plan but now it has been deactivated without any prior notice.

                    The services provided by DISHTV are useless such as CALL ME service. As i havn't got any single response for my last 10 request which i have sent from my registered mobile number. The Toll free number's are never been answered.

                    I think providing the service to the customer is not at all the prime MOTO for DISH TV.

                    Hope you understand my concern and come up with a satisfactory solution.

                        Respected Sir I am using Dish TV services for more than a year and I have always kept my plan to Silver. Since Monday I have not been able to access Sony Channel and the SMS sent to get a call or GET 105 to 57575 yield no results (however charges apply at Rs 3 per SMS) . The plan has got changed to All Sports MG with a monthly rental of Rs 320 pm without my authorization and it is very frustrating that how these mishaps have been occurring at your end. It is shocking to learn from Mr Devender (Nodal Officer Dish TV) that Sony Channel has been added as a Ala Carte only from Dish TV however no such action has been made from other cable and Satellite cable providers like TATA, Airtel etc. If this is the case a notification on the channel should have come and it should have been approved from TRAI (marked in the email). I have been trying to login to my account but I am not remembering my password and reset password facility is also not working. Since all ways to contact Dish TV customer care are not working I have been forced to write this email. It seems that Dish TV is suffering a multiple breakdown and I want the resolution for the same.                           Dear sir/madam I have recharged my dish tv a/c ([protected]) .on dated 4/11/2014 at 10:22 am from my HDFC net banking a/c bia paytm .but unfortunately I mistake to press one wrong number I.e ([protected]). so now it has been recharged . I want to recharge my proper number of ([protected]) instead of wrong number ([protected]) . I have already try to your customer care but they could not help me .finely Mr Pankaj from your customer care call me from "[protected]" number .and recharged my dish tv a/c for 3 days .I specially want to thankful him . and he also give me advice to registered my complain in this form . I also go to HDFC bank okhla industrial aria phase 3 for that transaction number .they help me and give this txn no of "[protected]" .they also give me trace no of 93869558 . now please kindly do my recharge . thanks and regard .

                                  My name is Y. Rastogi. My VC no: [protected]. I am two years old customer of Dish TV. When I get a new connection from Dish tv, they provided many more channels in my super family pack and my monthly sub. 220/- ( Includes all taxes), After one year dish tv displayed a line on mostly channels:- ( This channel provided only demand and if you want this channel send a SMS by your registered mobile no. and you will enjoyed the above channel. If you not subscribe this channel we give you extra 10/- amount in you’re A/c. SMS charge Rs. 3/- also reimburse in you’re a/c) I am mostly channels viewing so I am send the SMS, But after sending SMS mostly channels are closed and without my knowledge my monthly pack amount increase Rs.220/- to 230/- ( Rs. 10/- not a value but I am recharge of 3 months pack Rs.660/- than dish tv give me extra 5 days time. I have recharge my A/c on 26/10/14 for 3 months pack Rs.660/- but dish tv not give me 5 extra days because I have recharge Rs.660 not to Rs. 690, and all Sony Channels has blocked without any information. I have tried to contact Customer Care Centre No.[protected] but each and every time line was busy. I request to start the all Sony Channels immediately. I was note down one thing Dish TV a company by ZEE Entertainment if so by joules they closed Sony Entertainment channels.

                                    i have requested to cancel the request to install new DISH tv(which was ordered through booking no.[protected], token no.-534079, mobile no.-[protected]). after 27.10.14 i got so many calls per day having said that your refund has been intiated but still i am waiting my refund to be credited to my bank account. My Bank statement which clearly indicate that on 26.10.14, deduction of Rs.1549 has been made but after nothing has been credited from ur side. kindly refund my account as u told me that my refund has been credited which is totally wrong. i have filed so many complain, out of those one is:[protected] hare ram kumar [protected]

                                      my dish tvbearing no [protected] stopped working 10 days before i sent an sms to 57575 but no responce after a week they called me and registered my complaint on 6th of nov two persons visited my house and diagonised that the set top bux has stopped functioning one of the guys said that they will replace the same within half an hour since then he is not picking the phone the worst part is that the call centre people do not know the cell no. of ASM or RSM of the company they provide you the no. of distributor only who never pick the phone at all.they make a joke of costomer complaints

                                        Dear sir/ma'am, I had done a online recharge for 250 on my vc no. [protected] but the channels are not active yet instead they are still saying to pay the recharge even after paying it. I kindly request you to fix this problem as soon as possible
