My VC card no. is [protected] and last i have recharged it on 25th December for Rs.1000/- for three months. All channels running only for 4 days and from yesterday it showing Unsubscribed. Why this message is showing.? my vc no. is registered in the name of Kiran. kindly do the needful at the earliest.

DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My Vc number is [protected] and all channels are showing as not subscribed! Next recharge date is Feb 24th.
Last recharge was done on 25 11 2017 for the amount of 1237 /- Rupees.
Kindly resolve at the earliest.

Recharged on[protected] of total amount rs 475..
But can't watch channels like cartoon network, pogo, sports channels, eng movies and many other channels which actually is applicable according to the recharge amount of 475 rupees..
It shows, 'not subscribe'.
Please help me out with this..

    I recharged my dish tv vc no.[protected] through sbi oxipay on[protected] for an amount of Rs 250.The oxi pay transaction ref no 10674995IGOOIKDYG5.The amount was transfer from my account to [protected]. But till my dish tv did not recharge .So please rechage my dish tv for Rs 250.

      Hi, My VC no is [protected] and i was recharging it Online. On 23rd of this month i recharged with Rs 300, and the recharge was successful. But, two days later some channels were disconnected and on 27th all the channels are stopped and now within 3-4 days it is showing that my Viewing card deactivated. Now please let me know what went wrong with my connection.

        I have a parent Dishtv HD connection No.[protected] and a child connection No. [protected].mI had recharged Rs.500/- for the child connection on 26th Dec, but your men told me that the child connection is free for a month. But my connection deactivated. I don't know why. Please activate both of my connections and inform me what I have to do for that. I want all Hindi, English and Tamil channels and their HD channels with movies. Waiting for your reply. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com and I am expecting your reply to be sent to it.

          I have recharged my DishTV account (VC No.[protected] Rs 250 each on 27/12/14 through online. Money was deducted from my bank accounts but recharge was not success in my Dish TV account. I have contacted sbi bank custmercare.in and they said recharge were successful.             Please refer the followings:- 1. I have taken super family pack having rental charge of Rs. 220 PM. My VC No is [protected]. 2.Recently I had recharged of amount Rs. 300/- on 14/12/2014 after the lapse of recharge date. 3.Few month ago i had added channel no 659 having rental charge of Rs. 30 PM and last month i had added channel no 105 of rental charge Rs. 5 PM. 4. It is seen from my Account that the next recharge date is 10/01/2015. It is not understood how this next recharge date has been derived. 5. Keeping in view the circumstances, as explained above, it needs to examine the next recharge date. 6.please do the needful and the next recharge date may please be rectify accordingly.

              I have recharged Dish TV subscription on 24 Dec'14 for Rs.230/ against due date 25th Dec.'14 for card no. [protected] towards SUPER FAMILY PACK. But its showing that your next recharge date is 15th Jan 2014. I have received only 20 days of recharge. Kindly rectify the error why this has happened.

                My account in my dish TV connection with VC number-[protected] used to vanish every 15 days. Called the paid customer care and even sent SMS [protected]@3 rupees. Customer care is totally bogus and not able resolve the issue permanently . The information used to vanish often and I am really fade up with this. Please help me to close the same.

                This is still not resolved, I am not sure what DISH tv is doing here. They called me and confirmed me that its resolved but actually not

                      I have recharged by Dish Tv subscription on 16th Dec'14 for Rs.230/ against due date 17th Dec.'14 for card no. [protected] vide Trnx. no.[protected] towards SUPER FAMILY PACK. As per ur scheme 2 day extra should be added for timely recharge i.e. before due date but it has been shifted as per ur account to 18th Jan.15 means timely deposit of money before due date it is also decreased.16+2

                        Sir, I am surprised to note that the services provided by you are not up to the mark now. Mu account has not been updated even after telephonic requests made on the telephone. Earlier you used to give 3 free days after your money has expired now you disconnect the connection without any notice please revert back to ur old practice. do let me know my balance on 21 dec 14 online I had charged my a/c with atotal of RS 700+700+750 = 2150 but it is not showing on the remote of dish tv Please update and email me my balave urgently regds, RAJIV SHARMA

                          I have DishTv DTH connection with platinum package for which I am paying INR 499 per month. I am really baffled the way DisTv block major channels at their will those channells for which a customer is paying in advance. Currently DishTv has blocked NDTV Profit, Bloomberg, Sony Pix, Aajtak, CNBC TV 18, BBC, CNN etc.etc. I will wait for couple of more days if all the channels are not unblocked for which I am paying then I will stop using DishTv and switch to some other DTH service provider.                                   Calling customer care multiple times and for the VC number [protected] of DISH TV the account information used to vanish again and again. Calling customer care 20 times the same issue. Even contacted Sarbani Deb (Kolkata RO), her behaviour was not proper. Previously also I have raised complaint in this forum action has been taken from dish tv but once again issue came. Note: For dish tv the customer care is chargeable and also there is a provision to get a call from dish tv after sending SMS of 3 rupees also sometimes I need to send 2-3 sms's to get a call back.

Also I've been trying to reach you guys through phone but your customer care number is not working or gets disconnected within a few seconds.                                       Dear Dish TV Team, I am one of your customers and I am suffering since last five months because of the poor customer service from Dish TV, It is very sad that a company having brand ambassador like Sharukh Khan providing such a bad customer service and forcing customer to unsubscribe the connection as well as go to other service provider. I believe after you read this e-mail I will get some positive answer which I have not got from Dish Tv associate. My call and issue details as below: Customer name: Nijamuddin Ahamed Registered mobile number: [protected] CV number: [protected] Issue: I requested to deactivate Sony Six channel, first on 20.08.2014 ( Req. no.[protected] but not done, second request on 05.11.2014 (Req. No.[protected] again not deactivated, third time called on 12./12.2014 (Req. No.[protected] for the same and I was told it will be done in maximum two hours. Now you can understand how many two hours over from my first request. If you please help me to know is there any SLA for such case, if then what it is? As per customer service associate channel is not deactivated because I have not done the follow-up, First request was closed without deactivation of channel because of tech. issue from Dish TV end and I am being charged month on month. When ever I call customer I'm being asked to wait. Being a customer and working in same industry, what is my knowledge is service provider should do the follow-up not the customer. This is not the end, one of sudden from last month (Nov. 2014) all Sony channel has been deactivated with out any intimation. I have wasted my time and money for calling customer care. Please look into the matter. Last Call details:- Called on: [protected] Call date: 12.12.2014 Call started: 8:52pm Call duration: 01:14:24 As per the las resolution for Req. No.[protected], I have for refund for 4 days only where in I am charged for 5 months and monthly Rs.30 so it should be Rs 150. I have sent e-mail to nodal officer to [protected]@dishtv.in [protected]@dishtv.in on 12.12.2014 at 23:10 but there is no reply I have got yet, not only that I had spent more that Rs. 50 for calling customer care on [protected] because toll free number never gets connected.
