My dish tv VC no.is [protected].I recharged above account online through debit card with amount Rs.800 on[protected] transaction No.[protected]but neither I received any msg. from your side no more my account is updated till date. So I recharged my account again with Rs.400/-on[protected]transaction No.[protected] as this was my switch off date . But till now my account is not updated. So kindly update my account at the earliest possible...

    I recently ordered HD set top box from the company mainly for the recording feature included in the equipment. I never ordered HD service from the company nor did I was ever asked because I hardly stay at home to watch TV, reason I wanted a recording device. This morning when I called the customer care to pre pay for the next year, I am told that the company is deducting double the amount for the service since I got the new device. Again, I was never told about this through any medium ( including the messages we see on TV) This is not the first time Dish TV is messing up with my bills without prior information. I have taken this before silently but am not doing it anymore. I am fed up with the robot like response from the customer service guys of Dish TV. I hope people up the management have better skills.       Dear Sir, My VC card no [protected] is disconnected in spite of recharging my account with RS 1000 on the 27th of December 2014.             Sir I am Sudip Datta, have taken a TV Channel connectivity service from a Dish TV company. They had provided a dish antenna and the required connectivity as per deal as 599 INR per month. From few days before I am not getting any signal from this connectivity. In this case I raise a complaint to get the proper service from them. In this case they have charged me 175 INR and additional for the parts. My complain is how can they charge me 175 as service charge? Because this company should responsible for the proper service sins they are getting 599 INR every month. It is highly appreciated if you would be able to notice about the matter.

                sir when ever I ask them my problem they cant take it seriously and cant resolve my problem.and when I ask them to put a complaint on my behalf.they refuse it.I have dish tv since 2012.                   my dish tv vc No[protected]. the dealer (INDU ELECTRONIC)of dish tv Trivandrum collected Rs.250/- towards monthly recharge on 01-01-15 and gave receipt for the Amount collected. But only Rs 100/- paid on my account on the day.                     I paid through mobile dishtv android apps paytm gateway 2550 Rs from my SBI netbanking bu till now not credited and they deactivated my receiver.ehat the nonses this..payment deducted immediately from SBI account but the dish tv customer care with showmany followups... now i have to move to another dth ...I am planning to complain inconsumer court anybody has same problem please sharewith me.we can stop thid nonses activities

                      I had recharged Rs320 and Rs350 on 01.01.2015 by Dish TV mobile application via PAYTM mobile solution from Axis Bank Net-Banking but there is no update in my dish tv space.The amount was debited on that day from my account and I am already talked with Axis Bank and they confirmed that the amount successfully credited in PAYTM, s account and Dish TV is saying that there were no update of recharge on that day.                             Attn Customer care MY Dish TV account ( VC [protected]) got recharged on 27/12/2014 ( RCT no wrec[protected] but till date the account is not re activated more over the account was off from 31/12/2014 12. pm onwards I am getting a message screen " vc de activated" at the same time i can read from "my acount" option that the last amount received on 27/12/2014 and next activation date is 31/1/2015 i demand a clarification when i got recharged my account 3 days in advance ( which you confirm) how can you de activate my account.over and above you will charge me rs 40/- AS RE ACTIVATION FEES PLEASE ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIETLY ( W.E F .3/1/2015 TO 04/2/2015) ALSO MAKE A NOTE THAT MY LAST RECHARGING TOOK 8 DAYS TO ACTIVATE AFTER RECEIVING THE AMOUNT PLS DO THE NEEDFUL JAIBY

                              Dear Sir, VC no is [protected]. I have recharged my Dish TV package on 23/12/14. From 28/12/14, the dish is not working and it mentions 102. Viwing Card Deactivated. While checking with the maintenance person they asked us to raise the complain with the customer care for refreshing the Dish TV. So kindly do the process and do the needful at the earilest.

                                    I paid online a sum of rs. 1549 on 18th december 2015 for a new DishTV connection and was promised next day installation for the same over a call. More than a week passed by, I called the customer care every single day but was told to wait and they kept transferring the call. They assured a callback like they do even today but I received none. A few days back I was told that their service center was not functional in my area and hence they can't install a connection for atleast 3 months. The woman, customer care executive told me to just take a refund. And now I've been calling DishTV for 5 days for a refund and they tell me, they can't refund my money just like that. I've told them that their own executive gave the solution and it is to get a refund yet they just keep transferring my call. Booking Id : 536970 Complaint No. : 15927586 I have talked to numerous customer care executives, explained my situation n-number of times. I even know the first person to pick the call has no record of online payments and hence he has to transfer the call to a senior executive in such case. I never got a connection, I never got a refund. I have no faith in their customer service now. Please suggest an appropriate step beyond talking to the customer care. I've had enough with them.

                                      I am Babu, purchased Dish TV having V.C number - [protected], bill no. - 098 on Nov. 2011(Man galore). Now I am presently working in Odisha for last two years. Set Top box problem happened on 23.08.13. I had called Dish TV customer care for the same. As per the conversation a technician will come to shutout the problem. A technician also came on 23/08/2013 through Sharadha Agencies.Finally he concluded the Set Top box problem and it has to be changed.We replaced the box with another by paying an amount of Rs. 570 having bill no. 12. Again same thing happened on 18.9.2014. Therefore I replace the Set Top box with another one by paying an amount of Rs. 570 having bill no. 34. Again on 28.12.2014, Set Top box is switching on and off automatically. Again I complained for the same with Dish TV customer care. Again he told to replace the box with own money. Therefore I want for the legal action against Dish TV for the above matter.

                                        But can't watch channels like cartoon network, pogo, sports channels, eng movies and many other channels which actually is applicable according to the recharge amount of 475 rupees..
                                        It shows, 'not subscribe'.
                                        Please help me out with this..

                                        My VC card no. is ********** and last i have recharged it on 12th sep 2020 for Rs.349/- for one month family sports hindi sony. All channels showing Unsubscribed except free-to-air. Why this message is showing.? my vc no. is registered in the name of Vasant barkule. kindly do the needful at the earliest.
