I paid through mobile dishtv android apps paytm gateway 2550 Rs from my SBI netbanking bu till now not credited and they deactivated my receiver.ehat the nonses this..payment deducted immediately from SBI account but the dish tv customer care with showmany followups... now i have to move to another dth ...I am planning to complain inconsumer court anybody has same problem please sharewith me.we can stop thid nonses activities...

Recharge Not Done

I had recharged Rs320 and Rs350 on 01.01.2015 by Dish TV mobile application via PAYTM mobile solution from Axis Bank Net-Banking but there is no update in my dish tv space.The amount was debited on that day from my account and I am already talked with Axis Bank and they confirmed that the amount successfully credited in PAYTM, s account and Dish TV is saying that there were no update of recharge on that day. Attn Customer care MY Dish TV account ( VC [protected]) got recharged on 27/12/2014 ( RCT no wrec[protected] but till date the account is not re activated more over the account was off from 31/12/2014 12. pm onwards I am getting a message screen " vc de activated" at the same time i can read from "my acount" option that the last amount received on 27/12/2014 and next activation date is 31/1/2015 i demand a clarification when i got recharged...

Showing All Channels not subscribed

Service Disconnected

Hi, My VC no is [protected] and i was recharging it Online. On 23rd of this month i recharged with Rs 300, and the recharge was successful. But, two days later some channels were disconnected and on 27th all the channels are stopped and now within 3-4 days it is showing that my Viewing card deactivated. Now please let me know what went wrong with my connection....

wrong indication of next recharge date

Please refer the followings:- 1. I have taken super family pack having rental charge of Rs. 220 PM. My VC No is [protected]. 2.Recently I had recharged of amount Rs. 300/- on 14/12/2014 after the lapse of recharge date. 3.Few month ago i had added channel no 659 having rental charge of Rs. 30 PM and last month i had added channel no 105 of rental charge Rs. 5 PM. 4. It is seen from my Account that the next recharge date is 10/01/2015....

My account in my dish TV connection with VC number-[protected] used to vanish every 15 days. Called the paid customer care and even sent SMS [protected]@3 rupees. Customer care is totally bogus and not able resolve the issue permanently . The information used to vanish often and I am really fade up with this. Please help me to close the same....
