I paid online a sum of rs. 1549 on 18th december 2015 for a new DishTV connection and was promised next day installation for the same over a call. More than a week passed by, I called the customer care every single day but was told to wait and they kept transferring the call. They assured a callback like they do even today but I received none.
A few days back I was told that their service center was not functional in my area and hence they can't install a connection for atleast 3 months. The woman, customer care executive told me to just take a refund. And now I've been calling DishTV for 5 days for a refund and they tell me, they can't refund my money just like that. I've told them that their own executive gave the solution and it is to get a refund yet they just keep transferring my call.

I have talked to numerous customer care executives, explained my situation n-number of times. I even know the first person to pick the call has no record of online payments and hence he has to transfer the call to a senior executive in such case.
I never got a connection, I never got a refund. I have no faith in their customer service now.
Please suggest an appropriate step beyond talking to the customer care. I've had enough with them.
