Antena Not Installed Properly

I hv taken Dish TV connection 2 months back by every 2nd am having problem with signal. In 2 months I hv called the tecnician more than 8 times to rectify the signal. The problem is they hv not installed the Antenna properly. Without chk'ing with us the tecnican and installed the antenna just beside the wire on which people put their cloths to dry( on the terrace of the flat) so when ever they put the cloths on wire signal stops coming....

NOT SHOWING CHANNELS EVEN WITHIN RECHARGE DATE

We have recharged our Dish TV for 6 months + 15 free days (as per their offer) on 10.05.2014. Then Dish TV people confirmed us that our next recharge date will be 16.11.2014 and switch off date will be 19.11.2014. Call centre not taking calls nor site responding to mails.

I got a Dishtv set top box installed and after a month they change the package without informing us. From the 1st Nov been trying to call the call centre...call just won't be answered...wasted money...wrote to them got a reply but problem not resolved as they have changed the email address...provision made on the web site to complain and track ...that too does not work...the management is hiding and not dealing with the people problem.
