    Dear sir, I want add more kannada channels to Dish TV. Other DTH services have more kannada channels up to 22 kannada channels. But Dish TV has only 14 kannada channels.       I had recharged for Super Family Pack of my VC No [protected] at 17/10/2014 on recharge date by online Payment through SBI Maestro debit card for Rs 230/-only, eventhough dishtv had diduced Rs 410/-for Platina Pack by transaction no[protected] and the amount of Rs 411.25 deducted from my SBI Account Transaction No[protected].The said amount deducted from my Account and not credited against VC No [protected] on recharge date.I had already talked with dishtv customer care centre through telephone and advised to wait for twenty four hours to activet dishtv connection.However the dishtv not connected and deactivated.So I had recharged again by unother service centre.Now my next recharege date is 20/11/2014.Please credit the Rs 410/-to continue connection.If not possible Returnback to me online on my AXIS Bank Account No [protected].Requisted for Immediate action please. Thanking you.

        Dear Sir/Ma'am, I m a dish tv viewer and my VC no. is VC [protected]. i have recharge my dish tv account on mid of 2014 for 1 year which last till 2015. and also see below e-mail regarding payment confirmation from Dishtv. For last month my family was out of town, and after returning back. when they On dish tv receiver it is showing message that 102.Viewing Card (VC) Deactivated. Please recharge your dishtv to avail services. so i request u to look in this above mention matter and start my access to view dishtv as soon as possible. Please look seriously regarding this matter.           Dear Concern, I Rupesh Kumar choose Dish TV for Entertainment on 21st Oct 2014. I have taken Dish TV from Dish TV not any other dealer. That time he gave me a printed paper with channel list. I have chosen "New Super Family" pack on 230/(with service tax). that time validity of this pack was showing 18th Nov, But it expires on 14th Nov(4 days before). When I complain to customer the person told you have activated a channel, due to this reason, it expired 4 days before. I was shocked without my permission how it happens. My another complain regarding missing of Sony Channels. The paper with channel list which I got from the employ of Dish TV, according to this paper, Dish TV provide me Sony channel, But he disconnected without any confirmation.             Hello sir my dish tv VC no is [protected] & my register no is [protected] And from some days ago i not able to see sony channel and some more channel. Please help me and subscribe all channel according to my pack. When i call dish tv customer care from my registered number and other no. the call automatically cancel.               They have increased monthly recharge and no proper signals and mainly CUSTOMER CALL SHOULD BE FREE OR LESS CALL RATES. IT IS TO MUCH OR U SHOULD CALL US. My dishtv vcno.is [protected].I recharge from Rs. 1980/- for one year on 15/10/2014 and received a message from dishtv next recharge date is 05/12/2015 and I given request for temporary deactivation for 15 days that means my next recharge must be 20/12/2015 but in my account the next recharge date is 18/12/2015.Regarding this issue I written email and spoken several times on their toll free no [protected]/[protected].But their reply is very very rude.Please look into matter and do need full asap

                      I hv taken Dish TV connection 2 months back by every 2nd am having problem with signal. In 2 months I hv called the tecnician more than 8 times to rectify the signal. The problem is they hv not installed the Antenna properly. Without chk'ing with us the tecnican and installed the antenna just beside the wire on which people put their cloths to dry( on the terrace of the flat) so when ever they put the cloths on wire signal stops coming. Even though it was informed to tecnican that people uses this wire for drying their cloths but still the tecnician has installed the Antenna. Now every 2nd day I hv signal problem. Am tell Dish people to change the place of Antenna but they are not ready and want to charge me Rs 450/- of re installation of Antenna. Y should I pay once again to Dish TV? When it is not my fault? While asking to your customer care, they had replied that after six month Dish TV itself increases the amount of package but at the time of giving connection no such information available/given to me. I had recharged my account on 07-Oct-14 by Rs.750/- and my next recharge date becomes 11-Nov-14 as per the calculations. But surprisingly on 30-Oct-14 I had received a massage from your side that today is the last date of recharge else my connection will be deactivated. So on 30-Oct-14 I had recharged by account by Rs.750/- and got the next date of recharge 30-Nov-14 instead of 15-Dec-14. I had also received massage “Post recharge of Rs.750.00 MOD Non-Stop has been activated on CH.254 for 36 days. Accordingly, Your Recharge date is shifted to 09/11/2014”. But I had not sent any request for the same. I had deactivated my child A-La-Carte of Rs.79/-. As per the calculations my daily package amount was Rs.24.26/- per day and the same will become Rs.21.60/- after the deactivation of A-La-Carte. Hence my recharge date will be increased atleast by 3.7 days (15-Dec-14 on the lower side). But at this time also there was no change in my date. On 30-Oct-14, I called your customer care for the correction of my next recharge date but got unsatisfactory answer and they also told me they are forwarding my complaint to their accounts department for further action and the same will be resolved in next two hours. But I have not received any call from your side. The total call duration was 1hour 14 minutes. I have recording of the same for your reference which was harassment for any customer. Later it was just became impossible to reach your new customer care number as the old number has been not reachable and Sony related channels were became under A- La -Carte category that too without any prior information to the users. After deactivation of Sony and SAB Channels, I had sent SMS for activation of Sony and SAB TV as per the activation instructions given on the TV screen and in the SMS received from your side on those particular channels. But again surprisingly you had activated some “Dramabazz” package and deducted Rs.50/- for the same instead of adjusting my child connection A-La-Carte amount. On 09-Nov-14 somehow I called your customer care for resolving the above mentioned “Fraud” done by Dish TV and had a word with Mr. Pankaj (Senior Staff). Again I explained entire above mentioned scenario/ calculations and he agreed that there is a double payment deducting form your account and he is forwarding my complaint to their accounts department for corrections. The same will be resolved in next 2 hours and my complaint number was “[protected]”. But as expected no return communication has happened. Again I am having the recording of the call for your ready reference. On 11-Nov-14 I had received a call from call centre; again I had explained the entire scenario/ calculation to your representative and he was also agreed that there is a double payment deducting form your account and he also told me that he had forwarded my complaint to their accounts department for further action and explain me that the same will be resolved in next 2 hours and my complaint number was “[protected]”. But as expected no return communication has happened. Once again I am having the recording of the call for your ready reference if require. On 12-Nov-14 I had received a call from Mr. Apurva (Floor Supervisor) again I explained the entire scenario/ calculations and he also agreed that there is a double payment deducting form your account and he also forwarded my complaint to their accounts department for further action and told me that the same will be resolved in next 2 hours and my complaint number was “[protected]”. But as expected no return communication has happened. Here I no need to say that I am having recording of this call for your ready reference. Till date my problem is not resolve regarding the Fraud/ cheating done by Dish TV. This kind of cheating will not be tolerated by any regular customer and due to all these compliant customer will loose their faith in your company. I request you to resolve the same as soon as possible to avoid any further action in this respect else I have to look for Consumer court for getting justice in this matter.                             Hi, I'm Dr Asha Varma and I work in Oman. Recently I took a Dish TV connection from one Sujana TV dealers for Dish TV n Hyderabad, India in September. I paid for the whole year's subscription (9000 Rs and more). They said all I had to do was give a call and they'd activate it. I've been calling him several times. At first he said it was activated but all I'm getting is the opening page of Dish TV. And when I go to 'My Account' it shows the name of a 'T Mahender' with a recharge expiry date of Dec 2014. When I called him again he asks fr my subscriber Id again and pretends not to hear. I think there's some fraud somewhere. He seems to have sold a used connection. Now after paying a whole year's subscription by August, I'm still not getting the channels and it's the end of November!                               I have 1 parent and 2 child connections. Among these I want to terminate 1 child connection since the user has relocated to outside India. For that I submitted request 1 week back calling the customer care. The connection got deactivated immediately, but my account is still active and I am being charged. I am calling the customer care everyday and they are telling the account will be removed in 1 day. But that is not happening. Since I had only 1 account from where the payments from all 3 connections were made, I am not able to recharge that account. So the other two connections have also got switched off. I am totally confused what to do now. I can go to other operators, but then again I have to pay for the installation charges. But looks like I have no other way to go with that option.

                                    Respected Sir/Madam, I am the regular user of DISH TV since last 3 years. Since from inception, I am using Super Platinum pack, which is now renamed as Platinum Sports with Rs. 440/- per month. First of all Dish Tv hiked the price in just two months as previously, I was paying Rs.421/- per month and just after one month they hiked as Rs.440/- per month for the same pack. But still I was ok situation as I was getting the channels as per the pack subscribed. But suddenly from this month onwards i.e. from November, 2014, they disconnected most of the popular channels such as Sony, SAB, Travel XP, VH1 etc. even if those are included in the package which I took. Now when I am sms them to call me to resolve the problem they are not at all responding to those smses.As the matter of fact today my wife called them at [protected] i.e. the customer care of Dish Tv and first of all they didn't pick up the call for 10 min, then when they picked the call, the customer care executive was behaved so rudely with her and when she inquired about those disconnected channels, he kept on arguing by saying that if we need to opt those channels, we need to pay extra Rs. 5 for each channel. So, as a matter of fact a particular channel "Travel XP", when she inquired about it, the customer care executive replied that to watch this particular channel, we would have to switch over to another package worth of Rs.499/- per month and noted the other channels such as Sony, SAB .. will not be available even then. As a consequence, we need to bear them as they will not reconnect those channels in the pack even if those are included in the pack, which means they are actually cheating us by asking extra money i.e. for the pack subscribed and extra for the disconnected channels. Now even though such channels are not there, still we need to pay for that as the package cost @ Rs. 440/- per month. On top of that the customer care executive is not at all feeling sorry for behaving so rudely and don't care about the customer queries or disconnecting the channels without any prior notice along with the hiking price. I am requesting you to take the strict action against them so, that they cannot cheat others. Hoping to hear from you soon I conclude here.
