    Hi, I have recharged my Dish TV A/C no - [protected] 14/11/2014 morning for Rs.1320/-, but still its not activated & shows 102.viewing card deactivated. I did chat online & then direct me to you, I have been calling customer service but they are keep telling to contact this no, but nothing has been sorted out. they gave me email id which not working at all. would appreciate if this will be sort out as earliest to start viewing same as before. my transaction id[protected] kindly help me and reply once done

      I have a dish TV holder my dish TV a/c no is[protected] mno. [protected]. I have recharged our a/c 12 days ago on[protected] for Rs.1000.but till today a/c status deactivate.We have got the recharge successfull message in our registered mobile also.Again we have recharged for Rs.250 yesterday.Still its showing 102 - VC deactivated.Please do the needfull today itself.

        i had made payments for new dishtv connection on[protected]:19:45 time through web site comparedth.com from Visa debit card. Then i received following sms to my mob from AM- Dishtv and they given me insulation request no as15347625. But when i am check with Dish TV customer care team, they are telling that request no is wrong. How ever by now i have did payment. pls can you check the above details. payment did acc no:[protected] Visa debit card no: [protected] amount INR :1799.00 my Bob no [protected]

          We have recharged our Dish TV for 6 months + 15 free days (as per their offer) on 10.05.2014. Then Dish TV people confirmed us that our next recharge date will be 16.11.2014 and switch off date will be 19.11.2014. But to our utmost surprise Dish TV has switched off our channels on 07.11.2014 wrongly. While we have paid the amount till 16.11.2014, how can they close our channels before that. We are continuously requesting Dish TV people to start the channels, but the same are not started till date despite assurances. We would like to share that customer care service of Dish TV is worst, we have ever faced. We earnestly request higher authorities of Dish TV to immediately do a survey of their customer service and improve it. Most of the customers are planning to shift the company. In the meantime, please start our channels for the period we have already paid in advance in May 2014. Please also extend our next recharge date for the days our channels are stopped.

            I got a Dishtv set top box installed and after a month they change the package without informing us. From the 1st Nov been trying to call the call centre...call just won't be answered...wasted money...wrote to them got a reply but problem not resolved as they have changed the email address...provision made on the web site to complain and track ...that too does not work...the management is hiding and not dealing with the people problem. Dishtv should be penalised for such an unprofessional behaviour

              sir, maine dish tv ka recharge vc no [protected] par 300 ka recharge date 10-11-14 ko evening 6.00 pm pe kiya paymment receive ka msg b dish tv se aa gya tha. but mera connetion tv main abhi tak deactivated h. customer care wale bolte h aapka connetion active h or per day charge kat rha h.or m tv nhi dekh pa raha hu. sir 3 se 4 bar call kar chuka hu par solution abhi tak kuch ni h. inke karan mujhe mentally harassment hua h sir mera per day charge return kiya jaye or jo b karyavahi dish tv ke against banti h ki jaye. or problem ko jaldi se jakdi resolve kiya jaye

                  Ho come they have disconnected my SONY, SAB, MAX, MAX 1 etc etc channels without intimation ? Also when i contacted the customer care ( i was kept waiting for 36 minutes ) they told me that SONY has disconnected channels . Then how come they are a part of the A-LA-CARTE ??? Later again when i contacted the customer care ( kept me on wait only for 25 minutes this time ) they said those are pay channels now . I have already recharged till September 2015 two months back . I had recharged after talking to the customer care and also after taking their opinion as for which package is better . Now as the company is under loss, they are looting public by playing these tricks. DISH TV should be banned & court also should take action against these thugs & culprits . Hope this forum displays my plead

                      Dear Dish TV 1. This is matter of great regret that Dish TV personnel never respond back even after confirming the receipt of messages from customer. This causes not only the irritation but also force the customer to switch to other service provider. The reputation of Dish TV towards customer care is extremely poor. This can be surveyed. 2. I with above subject cited VC No. [protected] deposited Rs 11990/- towards recharge of Super Gold Pack under transaction[protected] during 2013 with the understanding of availing 5 years services up to 2018. But to my surprise Dish TV have changed my initial Super gold pack to Platinum one without my consent there by making validity of services up to Jan/2017. Why ? This is highly unprofessional, breach of contract and case of cheating. You are requested to set my account and validity of services as committed at the time of depositing the amount of 11990/-. Unquote: On 22/10/14 I received another SMS from BW-Dishpy (20:39 hrs) Quote: Dear ARAVIND, Congrats ONTIME recharge of Rs. 2460 received towards Ur SOUTH PLATINUM SPORTS Pack under Trnx No.[protected].                                   Hi my name is mustafa and my vc number is [protected]. I have many complaints against dishtv which are as follows - 1) Dishtv recently introduced new packs without giving any prior notice to the existing customers 2) sony and sab have been discontinued from my pack and further i am not able to add it as an a la carte pack too b logging in online it shows error that sony sab are not allowed for Vc number for ghostly reasons known to company only 3) Not receiving a call back too from many days another breach of their service after charging rs 3 for the sms too 4) customer care lines always coming as busy. 5) My account section also is never updated Dont know how can such a big company behave so irresponsibly and that too after claiming to be the number 1 DTH service provider Planning to change the provider after the current recharge expires.

                                      Hi Dish tv team my name is Khemchand and my VC No. is [protected] and I am facing some channel package issue since last two weeks and i have already log a complaint at your customer care but i didn't get any solution and my complaint number is[protected] which i have log in last week and one of your executive Ishita told me that my problem will be solve in 24 hours but so far no information or solution from Dish TV side and i have already explain all my issue but i am again putting some detail here. I have two connection at my home of Dish TV and I was using my family pack which is costing 430 INR for both the connection for a month and recently i have upgrade one of my SD connection into True HD+ on 31st Oct and before that i have recharge my account on 16th Oct by 430 INR so according to my channel plan it should be sufficient for a month for both the TV but when i have upgrade my set top box on the same day (31st Oct) all my balance gone suddenly and no body from your Dish tv inform that by changing the box our package will also change automatically as i want just to upgrade my set top box not my current package so without my knowledge you people charge excess amount from my and that's why you stop my services on 3rd Nov. due to insufficient balance but as per my package my recharge data should be around 15th Nov so i have all you service center team and explain about my issue and i have again recharge by 430 INR which is also going to finish soon because you are charging for the services which has not started from my permission and your team automatically started without my knowledge so i am not liable to pay any extra amount for these services and additional channel which you have started so i want my money back into my account which you have charges in excess from my side during 1st Nov to till today and please also convert my current package back to the older one (430 INR for one month for both connection) Regards Khemchand Saini [protected]

                                        Dear Customer,

                                        Thanks for voicing your concern. We wish to inform you that IndiaCast channels like Colors, UTV Action, UTV Movies, Bindass, Comedy Central have been added to various base packs with Colors HD! Sony channels may still be viewed at nominal cost (a la carte) by calling customer care.
