Hi, Recharge done through netbanking for the amount of 300 but not showing balance yet. It happened second time . and afraid about the service you are providing. First Recharge 300 rs done on[protected] through sbi netbanking Second recharge 250 rs done on[protected]through sbi netbanking [protected]IG00KUKYK9 TRANSFER TO [protected] ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS. third recharge250 done on[protected] through sbi net banking [protected]IG00KUPFM8 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA.tottaly I recharge 800 rs. Now my dish TV has been activated after 3rd recharge but I want 1st and 2nd recharge amount both balances back to my account ASAP otherwise I have to log a complaint against you in consumer forum.       Connection was shifted in the same city and installed at new place on 21 Jun 2014. After 10 days (approx) intermittent problem of "Signal Not Found" started occurring. Repeated complaints and replacing of LMB went in vain. The interval of occurrence of problem is not fixed. Signal comes and goes all by itself. Now technician is telling me to replace the STB. On questioning about how did he come to know about the fault, he said he is unaware of that. Now customer care is telling me that I've perception problem. My viewer card no. is [protected]. There have been more than 12 requests for visit by technician. Only 5 of them have been lodged with customer care and rest were through call on personal mobile no. of last visited technician. Customer care is giving me faulty information about the request dates.

                Sir, It is submitted that I Kishan Lal serving in border security force posted at Churachandpur (Manipur). I have Dish TV connection No-[protected]-3 all sports pack. On 17 Nov I proceeded for one month leave to my home Town . After arrival from leave on[protected] recharged my above connection for one month by subscribing Rs. 320 which should be expired on[protected] but it was expired on[protected]. After enquiring the matter from customer care, it was told that re-activation charge was imposed. As a force Member, we leave the station frequently. Due to this I am not satisfy with the service of Dish TV. Keeping in view of above, it is requested that activation charge may be not imposed frequently. Contact No.[protected]

                  Dear Sir, My dish TV VC No is [protected] I have recharged my dish tv as on 08 Jan 2015 by cash Rs 500/- but yet my TV screen is showing Signal not found.I have also contacted dish TV Customer Care but I get network busy or call rejected message.What's the use of making payment in time ? We are not getting proper service as expected. Even our dish TV connection gets disconnected 5 days before in advance before the completion of the month. That is we make payment for 30 days and the service is provided only for 25 days. This problem of services we are suffering from last 3 years ever since we have taken the connection in September 2010.

We are having problem from past four days that we are not getting properly AUDIO CHANNELS we have to search the channels and it solves but after some hours it repeats their is no voice in audio channels. the audio channels jump over one to another in different orders .                         From last few week, some of the channel are not coming message showing, "due to heavy rain unable to display the channel ", even there is no rainfall and atmosphere us clear .When I complaint to dishtv they are not supporting to resolve the same, they know that there is some alignment problem and asking to send the technician which will charge 175 for visit, if there is some alignement problem it can be resolve on the call why should I pay 175 rupee for just a small problem, I am not stasified with the services dishtv is providing and I want my security back and want to disconnect the DISHTv connection,

It is a very unreliable equipment and company should take a view on this and arrange to replace my set top box free.

But, for the last three months I am recharging with same amount of money, but recharge is taken place only for 20 days instead of 30 days.                               I am Babu, purchased Dish TV having V.C number - [protected], bill no. - 098 on Nov. 2011(Man galore). Now I am presently working in Odisha for last two years. Set Top box problem happened on 23.08.13. I had called Dish TV customer care for the same. As per the conversation a technician will come to shutout the problem. A technician also came on 23/08/2013 through Sharadha Agencies.Finally he concluded the Set Top box problem and it has to be changed.We replaced the box with another by paying an amount of Rs. 570 having bill no. 12. Again same thing happened on 18.9.2014. Therefore I replace the Set Top box with another one by paying an amount of Rs. 570 having bill no. 34. Again on 28.12.2014, Set Top box is switching on and off automatically. Again I complained for the same with Dish TV customer care. Again he told to replace the box with own money. Therefore I want for the legal action against Dish TV for the above matter. Complaint Status

                                This is the 4th time I m facing this problem.When i call to their customer care no. evrytime they used to say service engineer will look into this & they charge huge amount of money for this. They purposely do this (EPG updating) so that they can earn money. Hate their services..

                                  I have deposited Rs 928 today itself towards my dishtv vc no.[protected] for recharge of one month dishtv hd royale pack plus ala carte pack plus child connection but I am disappointed to find the kind of service rendered to me as all the channels have been connected and not appearing on tv and only a notice is being shown that these channels have not been subscribed by me.                                       Dear Sir/Ma'am, my name ; firoz shaikh Dish tv vc no. [protected] I got a problem with dishtv recharge. Whenever i try to recharge online through many means, but every time it is bouncing back & I could not complete the recharge process & for that every time I have to get it done through a dealer. It is a time consuming for me & it is getting delayed & when I contacted DISHTV costumer care executive, he is asking me to send the transaction details through mail. whether it is the actual process to get my problem solved. from woh's side the problem is, I'm not able to understand. Please look in to the matter & resolve it, so that I can recharge my account in time.

                                        Dear Sirs, Sub : Customer ID [protected] Land line[protected] The subject Dish T.V. connection is not working properly for the past one month. For the past 4 days there is no signal received at all. During the past visit the technician has suggested to change the service provider for better reception????
