my dish tvbearing no [protected] stopped working 10 days before i sent an sms to 57575 but no responce after a week they called me and registered my complaint on 6th of nov two persons visited my house and diagonised that the set top bux has stopped functioning one of the guys said that they will replace the same within half an hour since then he is not picking the phone the worst part is that the call centre people do not know the cell no. of ASM or RSM of the company they provide you the no. of distributor only who never pick the phone at all.they make a joke of costomer complaints

    Dear sir/ma'am, I had done a online recharge for 250 on my vc no. [protected] but the channels are not active yet instead they are still saying to pay the recharge even after paying it. I kindly request you to fix this problem as soon as possible

                I am a customer of dishtv since 2005.i subscribe world sports pack before but now i've talked to the operator to change my pack to super world.my pack was changed but after two months, the channels were different again.all my subscribed channels appeared ''signal not found".star movies, wb, sonysix most of the subscribed channels appeared like that.so what happened to "dish sawar hai"???????

                    I'm writing this to inform you that, Dish TV has committed a straightway breach of trust. We are not able to see the SONY, SAB, SONY MAX and SONY MAX2 channels from last 6-7 days. Dish TV didn't inform us prior the revocation of broadcast, though they have all my contacts. We are paying the full price for the channels but we have been bluntly cheated by Dish TV. A proper and appropriate step may kindly be taken.

                      At first i had lodged complaint no.[protected]&of which request no. 14489657 which was closed without any query from customer regarding the complaint, also it was not attended. When i had again tried to know from .customer care then they had not given any satisfactory reply.My problem is this when ever i have a problem of few channels missing, some times after 3 or 4 days it comes back & some times it not comes .when ever i had contacted to customer care then i find it very hard as it takes 2to 6 hours or some times in days to connect with customer care, when your customer care executives attends the call then they tried to mislead, & never had resolved the problems, they use to told that there is problem in my antena, which was also once corrected by calling yours person by paying 225 rs even though problem could not resolved .some time channels disappears and after few days it comes back . in same manner right now i am facing the same problem again as few channels we are not able to see like NEWS 24, INDIA NEWS, APN, SUDARSAN TV, SAAHARA SAMAY AND FEW CHANNELS OTHERS . When anywise i had called the customer care then your executive had told that these channels are deleted & few other channels of regional languages channels are added.This was not informed to customers by your DISH TV, as this is totally betray with customers, Also these few channels like NEWS24 & SAHARA SAMAY are FREE CHANNELS ..Also it was informed by your executive that IBN7 IS ADDED BUT I HAD NOT FOUND, & APN IS NOT DELETED BUT THAT IS ALSO NOT COMMING . LIKE WISE OTHER CHANNELS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SEE AS THERE IS SYSTEM OF DISH TV NOT TO INFOPRM THE CUSTOMERS AS WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO WITH THEIR HONOURED CUSTOMERS .. TOTAL BETRAY BY REMOVING MANY CHANNELS, NOW WHAT THE HELL AS WE TO SEE ONLY DISH TV. ...DISH TV MEANS FRAUD ... VERY SOON WE WILL GO TO CONSUMER FORUM REGARDING THESE ISSUES AS WE ARE FED UP & WILL THEN AFTER DISCONNECT THIS DISH TV.

                        VC: [protected] Since 05Nov2014, subscribed channels are unavailable. Tried almost all contact numbers available on DISHTV to call them. All numbers either busy or invalid tone. Tried Call me now options for them to call me, no call yet. Wrote twice to CEO, he too seems not bothered. On twitter, dishtv assured, I will get a call back, no call even after 6 hrs.

                            My dishtv acc no is [protected]. I used to pay Rs 385 pm for a HD pack.Last date of my payment is 17/10/2014. I received a SMS from your end to pay the next subscription by 08/11/2014 and I am not clear why I have to pay the same within 21 days.                               Hi I am an OLD customer with DISH TV having VC no as [protected] . I have paid yearly payment of Rs 2640 for the Family Pack in May 2015 . Suddenly I am getting message that "VC card has been deactivated, Recharge your account" When tried to connect with customer care at [protected] or[protected], absolutely there is no response .I am not even sure if these numbers ever works. Seems to be a great example of highly unsatisfied customer experience. Not sure but if I can expect a call on my registered mobile numbers with respect to the said details.

                                I am Arun Kumar Singh from Kolkata, having V.C. No. [protected] Since last week I am not able to view some channels i.e Sony TV, Sony Sab, Sony Max, Sony Max 2 and Sony Pix etc... I am getting an error as a unsubscribed channel. customer care no. After attempt 20 times call is got connect & dishtv person told that I have charges Rs 5/- monthly for subscribing the channel. whereas as I have these channels as part of my base pack. I am loosing my money which is paid in advance with no entertainment. Now the company will decide which channel is to watch by us. They disconnect one channel and open another channel. Even they didnot inform to us for doing so.

                                  Till date no resolution, we should not recharge in future and buy new connection from Tatasky, Airtel.
                                  This network are far better than Dish TV. You can records 2 channels at a time which was not faciliated in Dish TV.

                                  I ADVICE AND REQUEST ALL DISH TV CUSTOMERS TO GO FAR CHANGE NET WORK.

                                    FCDA No. [protected] Transaction done by free recharge: VC [protected] : Mobile no [protected]. Recharge amount Rs 440 /- made by PNB debit card. Please redress our complaint and make the programs visible immediately as we are facing very hardships.

                                      My Dish TV V.C.No.[protected] .I have paid for platinum sup package. DishTV has blocked channel Sony105, Sony Sub106 Sony Max 1, 2, 210and211, Sony Pix 406 with out any reason.Since last six days onward 6th Nov2014 Costomer care centre are not tanking any call .DishTv is openly cheatng their customer, not providing services for that already money taken., doi.ng fraud with public.I request to start Sony channel, and compensate. Sony channels may still be viewed at nominal cost (a la carte) by calling customer care.

                                        I am Mehulkumar Patel from Visakhapatnam, AP having V.C. No. [protected]-7 Since last week I am not able to view some channels i.e Sony TV, Sony Sab, Sony Max, Sony Max 2 and Sony Pix etc... I am getting an error as a unsubscribed channel. Your customer care no. [protected] and local customer care no. [protected] is either coming busy or is not responding. Further when I sent SMS it asks for subscribing the channel with Rs. 5/- as monthly charge whereas as I have these channels as part of my base pack. I am loosing my money which is paid in advance with no entertainment. Requesting concern to look into it on priority. Poor customer service.
