All Sony channels are stopped

Dear Sir/Madam, I have Titanium pack which i have renewed on 12th Oct. In my pack all Sony channels were included. From 5th Nov those channels were stopped and after enquiry they said it is chargeable and they shifted my next recharge date from 6.11.2015 to 15.5.2015 and started only Sony, not Sony Sab And Sony Max. No sony Channels are available/forecasting

Decrease Annual charge period

I have two connections Parent VC [protected] and Child [protected]. Both are recharge on October 2014 being the recharge date. Recently I had up grade my parent connection with HD on 3.11.2014. On recharge I have got the message of next recharge for the connection i.e October 2015 but now from my TV screen I observers that my next recharge period is decrease to Sept.2015. All Sony Channels stopped coming

reduced time period inspite of enough balance

[protected], Base pack-super family(230 rs) my current banace is 154 rs even then it shows ur rechharge date is 8 nov 2014.and removed the channels from package without any prior notice.I m trying to cantact customer care from last 3 days but all waste ..numer shows busy, even I dropped sms 'DISH TV CALL ME' but they did not responded.
