My VC number is [protected] . After following the due procedure for upgradation of my Standard definition Pack to High definition, the so called best dth service provider company sent me a SMS which included a request number, which is 15386702, and the details as to when my pack will be upgraded by their agent. It even contained the timing as to when their agent will come. According to the message the pack had to be upgraded by 3 November 2014 . But no one came and not even a assurance call came from the worst DTH service provider, that is the Dish tv. I am really frustrated for I have called them up for 6-7 times but every time they say that we have arranged a call back for you, but no such call came in these three days. I even went to the local Dish care centre (SHIVALIK TRADING CO.) but it was also a waste of time. It is a sham that these companies extract such huge fees for their product but disappointingly cannot cater to their customers even after so many calls and visits. Its my request that either stop fooling the customers or stop branding the company as number 1 DTH service providers. You are worst. Registered mobile number is [protected]

    To whom so ever concerned, I am Narendra N Nagrani from Ahmedabad, Gujarat having V.C. No. [protected] Since last week I am not able to view some channels i.e Sony TV, Sony Sab, Sony Max, Sony Max 2 and Sony Pix. I am getting an error as a unsubscribed channel. I have a platinum pack, so I have paid for all of the above channels. Your customer care no. [protected] and local customer care no. for Ahmedabad [protected] is either coming busy or is not responding. I complained with our local retailer Vimal Electronics, Paldi, Ahmedabad and he said there are more than 150 complaints regarding this channels. As a loyal customer for many years I request you to take this matter urgently.

    I am also facing the same problem. I am Mehulkumar Patel from Visakhapatnam, AP having V.C. No. [protected]-7 Since last week I am not able to view some channels i.e Sony TV, Sony Sab, Sony Max, Sony Max 2 and Sony Pix etc... I am getting an error as a unsubscribed channel. Your customer care no. [protected] and local customer care no. [protected] is either coming busy or is not responding.
    Further when I sent SMS it asks for subscribing the channel with Rs. 5/- as monthly charge whereas as I have these channels as part of my base pack.
    I am loosing my money which is paid in advance with no entertainment.
    Requesting concern to look into it on priority.

    Poor customer service.
    Hi, I have the same issue. And I am not even able to reach them on phone. Callme now does not work.

        i have two connections with vc numbers [protected] & [protected] recharged upto 2018 straightaway for 5 years together with an understanding that during this period, the channel and packages would not be altered/removed nor the prices would be raised for my package. however, every few days i am harrased by interrupted dth services asking me to recharge or discontinuing few channels. Presently, I m not able to view Sony, SAB AND SONY PAL channels since past 6-7 days. Last time, this happened in month of May and ref your reply dated 12 May 2014 on my email id. Earlier, Colors was discontinued and refer emails of 28 Nov 2013 to 5 Jan 2014. kindly look through your system and takeout some efforts to explain.
        DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Respected Sir, We are very sorry to say that customer service is very poor to response to it's customer. We ( VC no [protected]) made a complain that there was no channels since the past 10 days but there NO response for your side.

              i like to change my pack after 4 months using that dumb pick my channels.. but every time i login it show error message "This VC is not allowed to login (Pick By Channel Subs)". never use Pick my channels bcaz pure cheating.. VC:[protected]

              Very irritating that I am also facing this problem.
              I wanted to add one more channel in existing "Pick By Channel", but not able to log in. Even customer care team is NOT having any idea on this. I do NOT know how these people serve their customers.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I have Titanium pack which i have renewed on 12th Oct. In my pack all Sony channels were included. From 5th Nov those channels were stopped and after enquiry they said it is chargeable and they shifted my next recharge date from 6.11.2015 to 15.5.2015 and started only Sony, not Sony Sab And Sony Max. Where as Sony channels come with all basic packs and they had sent an SMS where it was mentioned that all these channels are already included in my pack. This is a complete cheating and Dish Tv should take immediete action to rectify their fault. In spite of all they are not responding over any customer care numbers. You can keep +91-[protected] as an alternate point of contact. 2) I am unable to view my account on Telivison 3) I am getting a message for Sab, Sony and few channels as Available on request. In my few mails earlier I have clearly messaged you that I don’t have with any channel and any content, so please make sure that all channels in my package are included and I can see them all and I need not send you message to unblock them separately. You can take this mail as a reference to unblock all the channels included in my package. The details of the recharge, due date, Address, VC number and amount paid is attached in the screen shot. Awaiting for your kind response so that my problem gets fixed at the earliest

                          My VC No; [protected]. I recharged with Rs.350/- vide Trans ID: RI[protected] Dt: 31/10/2014 11:20 PM which is confirmed by Dish TV vide their SMS & mail. However, so many channels vanished aeration. I immediately send SMS by my Registered Mobile Number (RMN) "CALL ME" on 57575. SMS Charges of 3/- deducted. NO RESPONSE. Than I lodged complaint with CEO DishTv as well as their Complaint Forum. Copy Of The letter as follows:- " subscriber Request Name: DR.ANIL PANDEY VCNO: [protected] Mobile: [protected] Category2: Not able to view channels EMailText: • I recharged on 31/10/2014 with Rs. 350/-. • First, Rs. 21/- was deducted instantly on the name of processing. • I send message “Call me” on 57575 from my RMN on 1/11/14 11:23 AM “NO RESPONSE” till date & time while Rs. 3/- paid for sms. What a quick service? • As soon as I recharged, various channels vanished. Details as follows: 1. Sony 2. SAB 3. Aaj Tak 4. Sony pal 5. Sony max 6. Sony Max2 7. CinemaTv 8. Dish Box Office 9. Dish Box Office 2 10. Sony Pix 11. HBO 12. SudarshanTv & IBN7 (while these channels are in my existing pack but not viewed since more than 1month) and so many other channels too. All above channels 1 to11 were viewing by me before the RECHARGE. I do not find any suitable reason for the above unjustified act. I had never selected “All Sport Pack” but my pack was “Super Gold Pack”. I am sincerely thinking about discontinuing Dishtv & planning to switch over to some other DTH company, if I am not getting quick favorable response along with refund of the charges collected for the vanished channels, restoration of channels, reverting Rs. 21/- and Rs. 3/- mentioned above. Call me urgently on my RMN. - Dr Anil Pandey V C No. [protected]" Instead of solving the problems DishTV deactivated my Veiw Card (VC) no: [protected] from 04/11/2014 11:30 midnight. Again I send SMS CALL ME to 57575 and [protected]. Again "NO RESPONSE". Than I called their 24X7 customer care Nos.[protected] /[protected]. I hold the Telephone for more than 12 to 15 minutes, listening their sweet advt. "Sab par Dish sawar hai" & "kindly wait represantative will be attending you soon". on 4/11 00:30 hrs & 5/11 08:30 hrs." Without attended. Will you help me in this matter & help me refunding the charges for the days NOT veiwing the channels/ deactivation of VC/ money I spend on SMS & Telephones. - Dr. Anil Pandey, Vadodara cell: +91 [protected]

                              My dishtv connection no. is [protected]. I have been facing problem with the connection for the past 5 days. I have been trying to call their customer support no.s and it just says the line is busy. I have tried their number early morning and late night. How can the line be busy all the time. Complaining to the nodel officer also has not helped. They seem to be just not bothered. They seem to be very unprofessional in their service. Guys think before you go for Dish.

                                My VC no. is [protected] My complaint is that none of the sony channels are available since 31.10.14 (app). The channel no. for eg. 105, 106, 210..etc on switching says to sent the message regarding how to avail the channel and thereafter on sending message it asks for monthly rental amount separately for every channel. Kindly resolve, what actually is the scene. Whether all sony channels are now additionally paid channels for dish or there is some other issue.

                                  i am a dishtv subscriber with vc [protected] 1st on 31st oct i have changed my pack to pick by channel Before change pack my balance was 662/- but after change it was 589/- now where is my 72 RS/- 2nd, i have recharged of rs 501. as offer my account should updated with 552 but i got only 501. i have complaint to your ccare but they gave me following answer. As per our records, we regret to inform you that your recharge of Rs.501/- is not eligible for Offer: Recharge with Rs 501 get Rs 552. As the offer is applicable only on recharges done between “switch-off date” to “minus 15 days”. If you are due ahead of 15 days from switch-off date will NOT be eligible for this offer. But here i have get message on my dishTV there is no mentioned that its only for switch off customers. so its totally wrong. its not my mistake you should mention in the message. even i have mailed to nodal office miss mona khana but no action from dish tv

                                    I have already transferred an amount of Rs 230.00 for 1(one) month super family pack recharge amount but failed to understand as to why next recharge date shown in my account 25/11/14 instead of 04/12/14.I am disgusted with this unprofessional attitude of yours as after making repeated calls to your helpline nos, but both the nos are always busy/ not responding.This is really not expected from a reputed Dish Tv .This is your mode of cheating customers like us by taking our money and then making us run after you guys.

                                      i have dist tv customer id [protected] In my this dish tv connection, I have Super family pack in which Sony & Sub channels included.But after 01 nov, 2014, both channels discontinued with giving any prior information while I gave the money for the complete pack.Dish TV cheated its customers.Pls. continue Sony & Sub tv on my customer id [protected].                                         i have dist tv channel v[protected] i renewal my package in june for 6months next reneval date 20th jan 2015. in my package sony channels included. suddently sony channels stoped and i enquiry i got reply for additional charge. when my package included sony channel how extra charge demand and why stopped the sony channels pl clarify upto my renuval date pl add sony channels immediately
