Recharged on wrong vc . I asked for transfer. They gave me this lunk. I entered all the details, wrong vc no, new vc no, transaction id, payment screenshot etc. It is flashing .. Sorry wrong vc is in dl location. I talked to customer care thrice. They are saying they have no information about this error. It is frustrating.

    I have bee getting non stop calls from dishTv on my vc connected number. Though I've activated DND on my phone number. In case i cut the call, they keep calling. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.

            I have an account with DishTV that I recharge every 12 months.

            But now the service is not available for past several weeks and it asks to recharge, despite my account having sufficient balance, cut-off date in August and paid subscription active.. On contacting DishTV customer care they are saying to keep settop box and tv open on their advertisement channel(channel#96) for 15 mins after which all the problems will be solved and other channels I am subscribed to will work. This has happened atleast half-dozen times. But I am yet to receive my paid channels.

            My younger brother then tried to recharge account for 220 rs which is supposed to be for one month.

            After this channels worked for another 15 days.

            Following sir are the details:

            (Which were provided by DishTV themselves in sms)

            Please help me as DishTV is blatantly cheating me and not providing the services as per their advertising.

            What I came to know is that there another 400 such complaints against DishTV with the same concern.

                I recharge 31st of May 2021for Pack of Rs287.That time it was showing 30th June 2021 as switch off date. Now today 26th June i checked, now it is showing 29th June 2021 as switch off date. So that means 29th June 2021 at 00:00 it will switch off meaning total of 29 days instead of 30 days.That means they are stealing 1 day. I tried talking to 3 customer care Agents but they are cutting call as soon as i am telling about they issue like i talked to people named Munmun, rohit and 2 more.And this is not the first time they have been doing this creating different type of issue and once you call them they just flag they the from which you call and next time you will not be able to call customer care number for sometime.This company is such a fraud.Stealing from customer.I would want to get the issue corrected and apology from Managers and what action they are taking for these Agents the names which I have given.I have exact time of calling.

                      I have recharged my DishTV dated on 19/06/2021. But not updated from last 3 days. Now showing Error 301 Signal not found. Called to customer care several times to solve the problem. This problem is still now showing 301 signal not found. This problem exists 3 times in every month. Last week I talked to customer care. Then executive arranged call with senior. We requested for engineer visit without no cost. She agreed but no technician came to me to attend complain and engineer called me and demanded complain code which received from cus care. I didn't know why he was demanding. I gave to him. Then without any confirmation to me, without attending complain, he closed complain. He said that if this problem persists continuously, it will be done without no cost on that complain Request no.[protected]* Now again called to customer care she told me that she is doing work from home. So can't help you. Complain No. is[protected]. How can be closed complain without attending complain? My concern is that I want engineer visit at my place to attend complain mentioned before complain no.[protected] which was agreed by senior lady person in CR department at Foc basis. That time it was non-attended complain. I want to be resolved now mentioned Request number[protected]
                      Now I have called from last 4 days to CR department, she responded to me it will be resolved complain at chargeable basis 200/- and disconnected phone many times. I don't want to expense single rupee. I am highly dissatisfied with Dish tv customer care service.
                      Pls take strict action against this, otherwise I will go to media for complains resolving.

                            I'm sick of the dish tv promotional calls everyday, while sleeping, while in meeting, while driving, while having lunch, while s*x... and I have tried blocking it many times, calling their trustworthy customer care, they say you won't get calls now on but of no use. Else I'll change the cable connection.

                                      I'm am from pune

                                      I have raised multiple complaints on dishtv portal since last 18 days .

                                      Recently I have raised complaint through mail to the Nodal officer but there is also no response from Nodal Officer.

                                      Complaint not closed from 12 June till today nobody responding to me .

                                      Pls help to refund my Rs 5000 from dish tv early as possible .

                                        Last month I installed new dishtv when I changed my flat. I don't know how your guy installed it. My channels are gone. Now I'm calling for this but you guys are disconnecting my call. Why I should pay again for visit. It's your fault. We're from your oldest customers. Please send someone and repair it. Otherwise I'm shifting to other dishtv service providers. And will suggest do not go for dishtv. Thankyou.
