I have upgraded my setup box but problem occurs from same day. I have raised multiple complaints on their platform but there is no response from dishtv

They are forcefully apply technicians charges and hardware charges which is not good

They break their policies at the time of customer major issues

No single executive able to solve my problem since 5 days

Dishtv Call history available

17 calls are done but no solution till now

Every time there is error like server upgrading
No signal found, dealy picture and sound quality, machine always in hang mode and much more than that .
I have lots of evidence that I can show you any time .
Pls help me to replace my HD smart hub dishtv setup box early as possible
Still waiting

    Hi,

    My Rishta smart hub set top box is not working from last 3 weeks. I have raised complaint many times and technician came twice and he told me that set top box need to be replaced but they do not have set top box. Even after 20 days whenever I call the customer care or the technician they are giving same reason set top are not available. From last 3 weeks the set top box is dead and no action has been taken. Request you to take strict action against Dish tv.

        I'm am from pune
        My vc no -[protected]

        I have upgraded my setup box but problem occurs from same day. I have raised multiple complaints on their platform but there is no response from their.
        Always give false comment and ignore me
        I have upgrde my highest premium plan which more than 600 rs but no one single channel is working .
        Every time there is error like server upgrading
        No signal found, dealy picture and sound quality, machine always in hang mode and much more than that .
        I have lots of evidence that I can show you any time .
        Pls help me to replace my HD smart hub dishtv setup box early as possible
        Otherwise I will take strict action and plan for legal

        Still waiting for your positive feedback within 2 days.

          I received a promotional call from dish tv but cut off it in first 3 seconds. There was no consent given for activating any pack. My V.C no. Is [protected].

                My VC no. [protected] and it is registered for Mr. Narendrasinh Jhala..

                My monthly recharge amount was Rs. 263 for my choice pack and i had recharged online from paytm with Rs. 789 (263 x 3) for 3 months and they changed my my plan without knowing me or without any confirmation and now their costomer care are not responding and they are not changing my plan as it was previous..

                  Hi,

                  I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers every time.

                    Im getting non stop promotional calls from Dish TV. i can't even block the numbers as it keeps calling from various numbers multiple. i had informed one the customer service representatives to take me off the calling list, she replied that she cannot do that, request you to remove me from the dialling list as im not interested in any promotions from Dish TV

                              I have ordered dishtv "DISHTVNXTHD" box on May 3, 2021 with total amount of 1, 733.00 . I have received a message "Your order id is "778843". we will update you as soon the order will be dsipatched". After that i haven't received any call or message regarding that order.                                 I have recharged my dishtv tv. my vc no is [protected] recharge on 09/05/2021 for a amount of 309 and again i have recharged my dishtv on the same day for a amount of 165 to upgrade my dishtv from mpge2 to mpge4 but its being 5 day the technician didn't show up due to covid situation .                                   I am receiving promotional calls from dishtv non stop everyday on my registered number. Its frustrating and there is no option to be opted out from these calls. I asked same from the person calling but he had no idea. This is really exhausting and my registered number is used by my dad who is 60 years+ getting disturbed every single day.

                                    I have been getting non-stop calls from dish tv from different landline numbers for a channel subscription, monthly Subscription renewal, and all the ## on my registered mobile number with them where my number is also in DND. I don't know if that's even legal. MANY TIMEs I have requested them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers because they call from different numbers every time.

                                      I have booked dish tv connection online on 5th May 2021 with transaction number 779026 and booking number[protected]. But till date its not installed i am struggling to follow up with customer care but they just excuses and doing nothing. I even request them to refund my money if they are unable to serve my request but they didn't even doing it.

                                      Its frustrating and a pain. i want my money back and never want their service now. please help me.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I am having Dish TV VC no [protected].

                                        My Dish TV is in off condition since more than last 8 months.

                                        Recently by mistake I did Rs 550 recharge in Dish TV account.

                                        I request you to reverse the Rs 550 as I am not staying at my fixed Dish TV home. I will not go back this place for next years.

                                        Kindly reverse Rs 550 which I recharged around 9.00 AM today.

                                        My registered mobile number with Dish TV is [protected]. You can call me on [protected]/[protected].

                                        I am writing the same complain on CEO desk as well.

                                        Waiting for positive response at the earliest.
