My Balance: ~9000Rs
My STB hangs more than 10 times a day, this continues even after replacement of NXT HD model(fault in all NXT HD box) Box, so please refund my amount or
1. Downgrade my STB to SD
2. Upgrade to DishSamartHUB
When I call Call centre they transfer to supervisor, manager and take ~1 hour every time and just waste my time without resolution, SHAME ON YOU YOU ###.
I feel chgeated by DishTV for providing us inferior Hardware and service, elders in my family facing lot of trouble due to faulty service by DISHTV.
Indian Govt has no control over this looting DISHTV who just loot their CUSTOMERs, and i WOULD RECOMMEND TO close this CONSUMERHELPLINE.GOV.IN, WHICH IS OF NO USE, SAVE TAX PAYERS MONEY
