I have recharged the dishtv on[protected] my switch off date was[protected].
I called the customer care they said it is showing recharge in their database but my dishtv got deactivated even i have done recharge. My vc no is [protected]

    I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call log for yesterday n today is attached

      I am getting non-stop spam calls fron dish tv. I am fed up with them. Can't even block their number since they use different number each time they call. If someone from the admin post of DishTV is seeing this, please stop this if you really want your hard earned customers to stay.

              My STB was hanging so i registered a complaint with customer care. The technician came and replaced the STB box with a different model older previous generation Set top box because of which i am facing degradation in picture quality on HD channels.
              I complaint to customer care again but no response from them.

              Updated by MDhiman               The Set Top Box should be replaced with either same model or a newer model, but not a previous generation model so that i dont face degradation of picture clarity.

                  I have contacted DishTv via phone and email but no help.. they always force to do recharges and I used to get 5-10 calls daily.. i travel a lot and sometimes I have to skip my TV recharges but they never miss a single day to bug me with spam calls .. look like torturing customers with mental pressure just for few bugs recharges which is obviously prepaid ..

                    I am facing error 301 in many channel, I complaint in customer care they was saying technical person will come and I have to pay 200 Rs. And other part charges, I am facing this problem from 4 days, and why should I pay for this its your problem, If dishtv can not resolve this free of cost then, refund my recharge amount i will not use dish tv any more

                        Hi,
                        I have bee getting non stop calls from dishTv on my vc connected number. Though I've activated DND on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls. In case i cut the call, they keep calling.There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
                        I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible.

                              I am receiving multiple promotion phone calls from the Dishtv. I have deactivated the dishtv services in mid of 2020.

                              Since then I keep getting phone calls to activate the service or promote with an offer. I get calls on daily basis. (8-10 calls a day)

                              I had requested several times to remove my number from the system and since a year there is no positive response.

                              I have even blocked multiple numbers and i still get calls from new numbers.

Now dish tv closed some channels with remarks" that these channels doesn't supported by our dishtv set-up box.": Now they want to sell their new set-up box so closed some of channels so forcing consumers to purchase their new product. If this setup box was supporting all channel's from last 15 years so how it get unsupported from last 4 months. SO kindly restore all channels which are subscribed by me immediately or upgraded set-up box free of cost if necessary.

                                        DishTV TEAM,

                                        LET ME SEE YOUR SHAMELESSNESS, EVERYTIME YOU WILL CLOSE MY COMPLAINTS WITHOUT RESOLUTION, LETS SEE WHAT YOU DO NOW

                                        My Balance: ~9000Rs

                                        My STB hangs more than 10 times a day, this continues even after replacement of NXT HD model(fault in all NXT HD box) Box, so please refund my amount or

                                        1. Downgrade my STB to SD
                                        2. Upgrade to DishSamartHUB

                                        When I call Call centre they transfer to supervisor, manager and take ~1 hour every time and just waste my time without resolution, SHAME ON YOU YOU ###.

                                        I feel chgeated by DishTV for providing us inferior Hardware and service, elders in my family facing lot of trouble due to faulty service by DISHTV.

                                        Indian Govt has no control over this looting DISHTV who just loot their CUSTOMERs, and i WOULD RECOMMEND TO close this CONSUMERHELPLINE.GOV.IN, WHICH IS OF NO USE, SAVE TAX PAYERS MONEY
