MY VC NO IS [protected]
I am facing error 301 in many channel, I complaint in customer care they was saying technical person will come and I have to pay 200 Rs. And other part charges, I am facing this problem from 4 days, and why should I pay for this its your problem, If dishtv can not resolve this free of cost then, refund my recharge amount i will not use dish tv any more

I have bee getting non stop calls from dishTv on my vc connected number. Though I've activated DND on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls. In case i cut the call, they keep calling.There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
I'm mentally harrassed by such marketing. Please look into this as soon as possible.

Hello, i am getting continuous promotion calls from dish tv - i have attended a few and asked them to stop but still i have almost got some 50 calls since morning. Can you please help get this sorted. I don't want any calls to my number : [protected]...

I am receiving multiple promotion phone calls from the Dishtv. I have deactivated the dishtv services in mid of 2020.

Since then I keep getting phone calls to activate the service or promote with an offer. I get calls on daily basis. (8-10 calls a day)

I had requested several times to remove my number from the system and since a year there is no positive response.

I have even blocked multiple numbers...

I recharged but showing 102 number error no balance, I refreshed many times but not updated even mobile no not updated, customer care is worst service, responding negligently, reluctant manner...

I am getting 20/30 calls per day to talk about recharging. I don't want to recharge in near time. Please stop calling for recharge.

Now dish tv closed some channels with remarks" that these channels doesn't supported by our dishtv set-up box.": Now they want to sell their new set-up box so closed some of channels so forcing consumers to purchase their new product. On 23.03.2021 I had recharged Rs.750 for my Dishtv. Money got deducted from my bank account however recharge status has not been updated till date and amount also has not been credited to my account (in case recharge was unsuccessful). Have raised this issue with the dishtv customer care support team on the very same day itself and I was told that this issue would be resolved in a few days time however, till date this has not been resolved.br...

Its fraustating to get numerous calls from various dish tv no.s promoting their channels, offers. I don't need that. If I have to know about something I will enquire myself. Please stop this practice....

Since the day I bought dishTV the promotional call has been started. Every day 4 to 5 times they call me on my RMN to promote, even if I block them they call from different number. Once someone called me from his personal number just after I rejected the call from company number to promote channel. It is harrasing me so much, these people call anytime if it is night if I am in the middle of a meeting, they also violate privacy by providing...

I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.

For last 9-6 months we are not able to see some channels. Engineer comes does something and It works for some days and same complain continues. Please let me know how we can rid of this service. For example there is channel HD-Star Pravah which is not able to view. After fifteen days Yuva, Sony, Shemaroo etc. these channel will go off. We subscribed for HD Start Sport English, Hindi we can see it for couple of days and then off....

I recharged my dish tv on 23 march 2021 with rs 292 after calling to customer care. But after that i received a massage after 1hr to active star sports 1. Again i received same message on next day. I submitted survey regarding complaint on adding channel without my consent. But there is very poor response from dish tv and no action on my complaint. There is no meaning of survey feedback for dish tv.
They refused for sharing any details...

I request for STB replacement on March 21. DishTV sent technician and he took STB and promised that he will provide STB in 24 hours. Today is 27 and still not received STB. Also they closed my requests without providing any replacement. I have already given money to the technician. Today again I raised concern[protected]. And they again closed the case without connecting me....
