I have raised multiple complaints on dishtv portal since last 18 days .

Recently I have raised complaint through mail to the Nodal officer but there is also no response from Nodal Officer.

Complaint not closed from 12 June till today nobody responding to me .

Pls help to refund my Rs 5000 from dish tv early as possible .

    Hi,

    Last month I installed new dishtv when I changed my flat. I don't know how your guy installed it. My channels are gone. Now I'm calling for this but you guys are disconnecting my call. Why I should pay again for visit. It's your fault. We're from your oldest customers. Please send someone and repair it. Otherwise I'm shifting to other dishtv service providers. And will suggest do not go for dishtv. Thankyou.

        I'm am from pune
        My vc no -[protected]

        I have upgraded my setup box but problem occurs from same day. I have raised multiple complaints on their platform but there is no response from their.
        Always give false comment and ignore me
        I have upgrde my highest premium plan which more than 600 rs but no one single channel is working .
        Every time there is error like server upgrading
        No signal found, dealy picture and sound quality, machine always in hang mode and much more than that .
        I have lots of evidence that I can show you any time .
        Pls help me to replace my HD smart hub dishtv setup box early as possible
        Otherwise I will take strict action and plan for legal

        Still waiting for your positive feedback within 2 days.

I have paid Rupees 3000 for renewal by SBI Net banking on 14th June 2021 at Dish tv website.SBI Net banking ref.no is IGALHXEQO0 paid to Pasfar Tec.Money has been debited and i have received sms from SBI.Its not reflected yet.My mobile no [protected].Entire transaction i have done on Dish tv website on 14th June 2021

            I tried for 1 week to solve the problem 'channel not subscribed' of dishtv still in problem, i talked to so many customers care but they cannot help me even they cannot what should I do with this set top box.

              I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different Gujrat land line numbers for vc number [[protected]] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times I have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers because they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call log for yesterday and today is attached. Please stop ALL dishtv phone calls to my registered number.

                  I have recharged for a value of Rs.400/- using QR Code displayed in DISHTV on 16th May 2021 through PAYTM wallet and till date the amount was not credited in my DISHTV account nor returned to my PAYTM wallet. Sent several mails to DishTV and the nodal officer. Till date no response to any of the mails and the service connection has been disconnected on 30th May 2021. It's almost going to be a month and no resolution on the issue. Hope to get quick remedy from TRAI. Thanks in advance.

                          I'm getting continues calls with different different names and account numbers. For your information I have never ever used any dishtv throughout my life.
                          I already spoke to customer care about the same and he said I will not receive any further calls. Also I got confirmation from your team 3 times that my both the numbers have been removed. I still getting calls and today I have received more than 40 calls. I am going to post the same in Twitter and Facebook also. Hope you guys will take proper action at least now. [protected] and [protected] are my mobile numbers. THERE ARE MORE THAN 6 ACCOUNTS OR VC REGISTERED WITH MY MOBILE NUMBERS. JUST DELETE ALL THE ACCOUNTS.

                            Current issue

                            31 may complaint status not resolved

                            Technicians visit also done but no solution till today

                            Forcefully charged 200 rupees

                            Dishtv force to change setupbox with old one but this not good service because I have paid for new setupbox then why I have to agree with old one

                            Pls change my faulty new HD smart box to new one early as possible

                              I have raised multiple complaints on dishtv portal also but my complaint is removed by dishtv every time .no response from dishtv customer care also .they disconnect call if solution is not found .

                              13 complaint register already on consumer forum site .but dishtv said that pls register complaint on www.dishtv.in but there is also no response to customer .

                              They ignore customer problem and closed complaint without notify to customer .

                              Technicians also not responding to me .

                              Pls help consumer team to refund my valuable money .

                                Dish tv for non stop calling in every fifteen minutes even at night in addition to that when we call at customer care they give excuse about covid 19 so they can't activate DNC, customer care have no resolution.
                                Need immediate help, its mental harrasment, can anyone suggest how to file suit against them in consumer forum court

                                      My dishtv with the vc number [[protected]] is not working since 25/05/2021. I still have balance in my account and my next recharge is on 15/03/2022. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen i am not able to change my channels. I am attaching a picture of the tv screen also. Kindly do the needful. Kindly rectify the problem and solve it.
