VC number is [protected] . I spoke to dishtv executive and register 301 error on 22nd may... And today is 6 th of June still no solution on the top of it your CUSTOMER care agent are so stupid.. If I call 3 times then I get 3 different information for the same problem... They don't know there job. And they are ### stupid... Managers don't have time to talk to CUSTOMER.. I paid 900 rs every month still not able to see anything on TV. Look into this problem ASAP... As I need the solution immediately...

        now issue is dish tv add fitness active channel in my plan without permission me, i am recharge my dish tv rs 212 for 1 month and he expire my pack before 5 and 7 day before i have many time call to customer care for resolve the issue but their is not resolve my issue

        fitness channel cost rs 47 per month

        47* 36.77 cr (no of subscriber of dish tv 136.77 cr) valuve come in million

        the dish tv company make fool of here subscribes

        i request to please take a necessary action on it
        and make a heavy penalty to dish tv

        i also arrange all the proof against the dish tv company

          Even after sending two email's to the customercare and nodal officer one on Saturday 22/05/21 and the other on Monday 24/05/21 but still there is no reply or revert from dishtv but sorry to say dishtv is IGNORANT, NEGLIGENT, CARELESS and BOTHERLESS towards the customer's complaint of INSULTING the Doctors who's fighting this Pandemic Situation from their ARROGANT, STUBBORN and ILL-LITERATE anil kumar sharma( mobile - [protected]) technician.

          It's VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTING and DISGUSTING from dishtv for not replying to the customer's complaint. It shows either dishtv is SHIELDING, SUPPORTING, PROTECTING or PROVOKING the dishtv SILLY STUPID SHAMELESS GREEDY technicians. Are they given freedom by dishtv to say whatever they like even though they don't have the CALIBRE.

          On Friday dated 21/05/21 it was their ARROGANT and STUBBORN technician named anil kumar sharma([protected]) who arrived at 05:00 pm at my house to attend the call but instead of doing his work he was busy with some SILLY STUPID GREEDY ideas for switching the dishtv to some other dish. When it was asked why we are unable to view the channels, suddenly after knowing me as a Doctor and as a taunt he on purpose INSULTED THE DOCTORS WORKING IN THIS PANDEMIC SITUATION saying that

          "Aaj Doctors injection se baite bitaiye mobile phone se Corona bhej rahe hai"

          ("NOWADAYS DOCTORS ARE SITTING HERE AND WITH INJECTION SENDING CORONA VIA MOBILE PHONE TO THE PEOPLE")

          Just tell me is this a sensible talks by your SILLY STUPID GREEDY IDIOT technician? and who has given the right to the ILL-LITERATE IDIOT to say such a thing. How can he insult the Doctors who are working Day and Night in this Pandemic Situation, was he a MORON and having such a DIRTY and DISGUSTING mouth he can say anything and insult a PRESTIGIOUS PROFESSION. Firstly the SILLY STUPID ILL-LITERATE IDIOT anil kumar sharma dosen’t have the CALIBRE to insult the Doctors. Nobody had given him the right to do so and secondly the GREEDY IDIOT staying and earning in Mumbai had no respect for this city. This type of MANNERLESS MISCREANTS should be SACKED and thrown out of this city.

          Even after raising the concern to the customercare and nodal officer dishtv is least bothered and interested and on purpose SUPPORT, PROTECT and SHEILDS the CULPRIT.

                  This is to bring in your kind notice that I made a request for new hd connection under jai jawan scheme, my name is Master Warrant Officer Devender Singh IDNbr 693421. Connection was installed on 27 May 2021.VC nbr. [protected]. Regd mobile nbr. [protected]. Residential address is HN. 62 EXTN. 2C, Nangloi, Delhi 110041. Mr Ankit [protected] of dish tv came for installation arround 1800hrs on 28 May 2021. Connection was installed I shared him my Aadhar card nbr and canteen card as defence ID, connection could not be activated stating that office hrs is closed and it will be activated on the following days, next day Mr, Satish mobile nbr [protected] called for the activation and making of pmt by Paytm in mobile nbr [protected] mr Shivam I made the pmt to mr Shivam via ptm, after some time mr Satish called me that I am sending one otp that u have to share me after which I will have to cancell the connection request fresh, I done the same. To I called dish tv complain nbr [protected], for complain that there is s problem in set of box, it was obseved by the complain cell that this connection is on some body mr Ashish name, sector 7 of Rohini and it is a normal connection.                     In the morning I have received a call from no[protected] and Shikha is talking and asking Dish TV has an add-on service for you which is free for you it has no charge for a month after a month we will charge till the time your recharge date and next recharge date will same. Then I asked if it's free then please enable it but after that, I found that it's paid my recharge date and the next recharge date is changed it was 29 June but now 17 June. Then I call customer service asking you to deactivate then they replied we can't before a month and they get Rs 157 unnecessary. So, now day's they have just searching options to fraud people just getting money. They did such a thing especially covid pandemic there is already scanticity of money. Really a very bad experience.

                    Okay thanks, but my all settings are disturbed. My next recharge date was 29 june with colors pack but you also removed the colors pack with the unwanted pack and extend the date 3/7/22021. My son complaining there cartoon channels are gone.

                    For this, I already send the concern with a description like "I unable to view colors channel".

                                Please stop call me every now and then. I get too many promotional calls from dish TV. Everytime from a diffrent number. When asked the customer executive to activate DND they all say that they will activate but I still keep getting these calls. If this continues I'm afraid I'll have to discontinue your service.

                                      Setupbox and remote both faulty within 2 months only
                                      Pls replace both as new one

                                      I have upgraded my setup box but problem occurs from same day. I have raised multiple complaints on their platform but there is no response from dishtv

                                      They are forcefully apply technicians charges and hardware charges which is not good

                                      They break their policies at the time of customer major issues

                                      No single executive able to solve my problem since 5 days

                                      Dishtv Call history available

                                      17 calls are done but no solution till now

                                      Every time there is error like server upgrading
                                      No signal found, dealy picture and sound quality, machine always in hang mode and much more than that .
                                      I have lots of evidence that I can show you any time .
                                      Pls help me to replace my HD smart hub dishtv setup box early as possible
                                      Still waiting

                                        Hi,

                                        My Rishta smart hub set top box is not working from last 3 weeks. I have raised complaint many times and technician came twice and he told me that set top box need to be replaced but they do not have set top box. Even after 20 days whenever I call the customer care or the technician they are giving same reason set top are not available. From last 3 weeks the set top box is dead and no action has been taken. Request you to take strict action against Dish tv.
