After mailing my issue (Below) to dishtv, got reply that non-stop pack subscribers have no option to add and delete any add on packs along with or cannot be moved to new tariff order regime and requested to wait to get noticed if any changes are done for non stop package.

I have opted non stop pack for 3 years and two year are still pending.
Now when im trying to add few channels, its being asked to pay
Ncf (153rs) addition to channel price.
Why such unethical practice with customers when i have already paid fee
For fta?
Also all ur website/app/ contact center are dead living, nothing is

Request dishtv/trai to resolve my issue asap, its really annoying to curb the customer rights to allow to add/delete channel or move to new tariff order as per trai.
