Such a pathetic service! I have activated the highest titanium hd plan so that we don't miss any channels. When i checked my account today i see an add on pack worth 54 has been added automatically. Do you think consumers are fools? If you provide such services you have to close one day. I have written to [protected]@dishtv.in with details. If you can look into it well and fine else i am moving back to my local cable operator.

Dish tv company change my base pack. My previous base pack - super family and right now i'm calling to dish tv customer care number but can't attend my call..

Further, we would like to inform you that since you haven't made an advance request before 1st February 2019, you are migrated to another pack which is closest to your previous one. However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, we would suggest you to send a mail at [protected]@dishtv.in along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, our team will help you with the same.       My vc no is [protected]. I have been trying to change my base pack since 1st february 2019. But all i get is a token number. I have tried to reach their customer care multiple times and every time i am put on hold for 15 to 20 mins. I am given a reason that antenna alignemnt has to be changed to change the pack. Every time this is the reason given saying service team is going to reach out to me but haven't received a call from them. This has been going on for last 3 days. Now i am forced to recharge with my base pack of rs 850.

        My name is shruthi, but dish tv has my number under the same of abdul kareem khan. Every day they message and call me. Inspite calling their customer care and complaining that i’m not a consumer of dish tv and requesting them to remove my number from being linked to some random persons number still they have not done it. Every day when the custom care executives call i explain them that it is wrong number and that they should stop harassing me as it has been 5years that this is going on. I am posting this here hoping this issue will be sorted else i will have to lodge a police complaint

            Hi i would like to you after trai new rule updation i want recharge my dth connection with new tariff but from 1st feb 2019 my dth application not working and even customer support is getting pathetic customer care calls not connecting any how i reached to customer support but they're not aware of plans and advice me get recharge as per previous amount and i have the same but hd channel blocked now no body from dishtv contacted me and i have tried to call customer service and used dishtv application but both are use less dishtv is fraud company don't buy dishtv.

              I have a dish tv connection with VC No [protected]. There is an additional connection linked to the account with VC No [protected].

              I am not getting transmission in the child connection since 10 Feb 19 and have been contacting the customer care since then. I had made a number of calls with no results.

              It reached a point where the customer care staff started replying in a rude manner when i asked for a deadline for resolution of the problem.

              This forced me to migrate to a different service provider. I had requested dish tv customer care to terminate my connection and refund the money in my account.

              The customer care every time says that i would get a call regarding the same but never reverted back. I had even posted my concern on the "Write to CEO" forum of the dish tv website. Still i havent received any response for the same.

              This is a clear cut case of cheating the customer and depriving him of his hard earned money. The himself seems to be heading the team of bandits to loot the customer.

                Have bought a dish-tv on onlinedth.co.in on 14th Feb, 19 and was assured that it will be delivered on 15th Feb, 19
                I tried their customer service and they provided some no. Of local Technical team and asked you co-ordinate with them
                The no. Is continuely busy or on waiting
                I am trying to call their customer service but phone is not getting connected now with any no.

                I am doubtful of a fraud..
                Dish TV guys if you help in this situation I will be highly greatful

                  Dear sir,
                  According to trai we made mera apna pack on dish tv website, but from 2 february they activated dish combo pack. Now they are giving only 25 dd channels from base pack. After complaining they are asking more money for free channels. Ultimately we have to choose their new dish combo, if we want to see more channels. We can't make mera apna pack. Customers situation is same, still we are paying more

                    On 4th feb'19, i went to dish tv dristitutor & asked for new teriff plan, but he told me that server was down for a while so please recharge rs.100/-. I'm in a position because my validity end on 5th feb'19.
                    I don't know which plan he recharge. Today i went to his counter asked to delete privious plan. And start fresh plan but he refused to do so...
                    So please help me... How to change my plan with in 100 channels. Today i noticed that in the dish tv app's they throw on me 216 channels that without my consent.
                    Then after i called dish tv coustomar care they i told them to cut short with in 100 channel's 25 dd channel rest 75 r should 10 paid channels & 65 free to air channels r what i want to to take... But the lady told me that couldn't choose thouse channels... Please help me...

                      I was enjoying the swagat pack of dish tv for rs.209/- including tax. The pack included all the most viewed channels of sony, star, zee, colors and many more, with all the free channels, except sports channels. Now according to new trai rules, if the same channel pack is selected, my bill goes more than double. I fail to understand how the new trai rules are beneficial to the customers. Please advise and help.

                        I have same issue, i have taken 3 years non stop pack of rs. 1279/- in july-2018 and can add paid channels at that time, but now as per new trai rule, the operator denies to activate paid channels. I am at great trouble because of monopoly of dishtv. What should i do. Can anyone help. Whether i should go to consumer forum for complaint against dishtv as neither they are refunding balance amount of non stop pack, so that, i can move to new pack as per trai nor activating any addon plan.

                          I am glad with govt giving me freedom to choose channels.

                          However, dishtv is forcing me to subscribe all 190 free to air channels.
                          Having complained, yet they have not rectified.

                          I have tried on mobile, laptop; complained to them over phone n email but no solution. Looks like these operators inbetween are creating disturbance to easy implementation of our rights. If we click on their products, the response is very fast.

                            हमने डिश टीवी में पूरे साल का रिचार्ज करवायाल था ₹2508 /- जिसमें दो महीने फ्री मिलते थे । हमने 20 जनवरी 2019 को रिचार्ज करवाया था। जो लगभग मार्च 2020
                            तक खत्म होता लेकिन उन्होंने हमारे साथ फ्रॉड बाजी की है। इन्होंने हमारा रिचार्ज अब सिर्फ 29 अक्तूबर 2019 तक का कर दिया है इस पर सख्ती से कार्रवाई होनी चाहिये।
                            इस विषय पर हमने कई बार डीटीएच कंपनी से कंप्लेंट की है लेकिन उन्होंने हमारी एक नहीं सुनी तो हम चाहते हैं कि आप इस पर जांच करें और सख्त कार्रवाई करें तो

                              I am a customer of dish tv and had taken non stop pack till 2020 april paid in advance. But every now new than my dish tv is not working and signal in set top box showing red and not turning to green even after repeated complaints.
                              The same problem was there few months back too. When i call customer service they say we have to send technicians and you have to pay for service and dish tv set top box. It's a new connection and not even 3 years so why should i pay.

                              Already i had paid in advance till 2020.
                              So request to collect the same from my house and refund my hard earned money till april 2020.

                                I have recharged my stb with 800 rupees on 9th feb. When the stb is started it is showing 102 error:low account balance. I gave a missed call to the number given on the screen to refresh the stb but even then the channels did not get displayed.
                                I have called the customer care to express my grievance and to find a solution but the dishtv executive krishna kumar and others are so reckless that they went to the extent of asking me to leave dish tv and choose another service. The customer service is extremely poor and disheartening. They wanted me to pay 500 rupees for technical service. No service provider does this.
                                The local dealer bhasker reddy gunukula[protected] is very irresponsible and careless towards the customers and gives no information and help about how to get the issue resolved.
                                You people charge us but do not provide proper service.
                                Its been a week since my stb got recharged but the service is not active yet.
                                I pity myself for being a customer of dishtv for so long a time and got such a painful response for my service request.
                                This is a breach of trust that i put on you. I want my stb back to normal working condition. If there is a problem in the stb, provide me a new one for free. If there is any technical issue, it is your responsibility to provide us service for free of cost.

                                  I spoke many times to dishtv customer support for selecting my specific cannels, but thay told that they don't have provision for the same and customer should change channels through their webite or mobile app.
                                  I entered in their website-https://www.dishtv.in many times and try to select specific channels. But that is not possible through their website and also through mobile app

                                  In their website all other menus are working/loading except the sub menu - channels - in - mera apna pack menu. So i cant able to select specific cahnnels

                                    Dear sir,
                                    Regarding my complaint about required channel not provided by dish tv against card no. [protected] but dish tv till date not attending on my issue s. But as per your guide lines they should attend any issue of existing customer within 72 hours.
                                    So i am very much astonish that "how dare they have mis conducted your circular".
                                    So being a client we have no rights to ask you our problem because they may not follow your advice.
                                    DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Sir i am costomer of dishtv. I have subscribed the non stop pack for three year before the implementation of new rule. At that time i am abble to add paid channel with additional recharge. But after 3rd feb 19, dish tv not providing me facility to selection of channel via online or through costomer care. They only say it is because of non stop pack. I had requested lot of time that close this pack and give another one but they are not responding. Now im am not able to see channels.
                                      Kindly resolve this issue.

                                      I have same issue, I have taken 3 years non stop pack of Rs. 1279/- in july-2018 and can add paid channels at that time, but now as per new trai rule, the operator denies to activate paid channels. I am at great trouble because of monopoly of Dishtv. What should I do. Can anyone help. Whether I should go to consumer forum for complaint against Dishtv as neither they are refunding balance amount of non stop pack, so that, I can move to new pack as per trai nor activating any addon plan.

                                      As per your concern, please note that our Non-Stop pack subscribers cannot move to the new tariff order regime.                                         I chosed my pack on 27th of Jan and it was showing it will be activate by ist of Feb. But still it is not upgraded.from 6th of Feb after recharged my setup box hanged on one channel showing 301 error. Menu button of remote not working... Customer care executive says every time I don't have any information as upgrading is going on... My all recharge gets empty day by day... Shame on dish TV...no body care about money of common man... [censored] on them
