As we choose mera apna pack on north zone, dish tv has set their own basic service tier where 147 fta have been included compulsorily and one cannot deselect them. Before 1st february, there was that option to deselect them. But since last two days whenever i ask customer care, they says that their system is under maintenance and they will sort it out soon.
When they have mentioned in their website that fta channels at no extra cost, it will not impact on ncf. (Image enclosed) then why it is costing rs.200, without selecting any paid channels. The whole trai rules has not been implemented properly by dishtv and because of which we had to pay extra bucks. The motive to pay what we subscribers want to watch is not yet fulfilled.

    This dth service provider doesn't allow us to select the basic free to air channels. They are forcing their own list of 100 channels with in th encf of 130. Hence when we add additional channels as per our wish they charge extra ncf and the final subscription rate increases. This is not fair practice for the dth provider to force their list of free to air channels upon us. Most of these channels are not desired or un wanted channels.
    The whole exercise has failed and its no benefit to consumers like us, who are forced to pay more.

      I want to choose my aapna wala pack as by myself. To activitie it i have to either visit your website or dishtv application or to call you people. The problem you are giving to your customer satisfaction is that your website is not working, your dishtv application is not working, and your customer care number is always busy and after sending dishtv call me msg you people are just calling but you are not saying anything. You people are just making your customer fool, just for the profit your are giving such a pathetic service.

        We have recharged our dishTv account VC no. [protected] with validity till July 2019. But they are now showing that we have not recharged our account. And when we tried to call their customer service they’re not responding. This is not happening for the first time either. But last time we got a response unlike this time. Very disappointed..

          The customer support is not provided to me.
          The online support is very worst. So kindly help me about this issue to fix it, i have facing a lot of problems to view the channels. Because we try to select the channels pack but dishtv does not give any type of support to me for choosing my pack. I wants to choose my pack so help me to choose my packs.
          The services of dishtv is very bad and the customer service is very bad because the mobile given by company is not supported a call and gives the busy tunes. The mobile number are bad also the app of dishtv is not runs smoothly and the pack is not into this app

            Unable to view any channel since 1st february 2019. Complained multiple times but got the same sms: "please switch off and on your set top box from main power supply and keep stb on for 15 min". This has been done several times but problem is not resolved. Called customer care number [protected] but they are telling you are in queue and after few minutes wait, the call gets disconnected. Dialled their call back number many times but only got answer in sms to keep the set top box on.

              Dishtv is forcing us to buy 100 free to air (Fta) channels and thereafter add any other channel, but as per trai, only 25 dd channels are mandatory (Which are of mib-ministry of information and broadcasting), rest consumer is free to choose from combination of free and payed channels,

              Choosing fta channels are costing us network capacity fee. Why should i be forced to select all fta channels, most of which we never watch.

              Please take necessary action against dishtv and make them clear about guidelines.

              Plz refer faqs of trai's official website - page no 10, point no 12. Which says

              ""12. Does rs. 130 network capacity fee for 100 channels include only fta channels
              Network capacity fee for 100 channels includes fta channels or pay channel or combination thereof. Taking fta channels is the choice of subscriber but not mandatory except the mandatory channels of mib. If subscriber chooses pay channels, applicable mrp is payable in addition to the network capacity fee.""

                While choosing the channels, dishtv has made the basic service tier comprising of 147 channels compulsory (North region), meaning we can't de-select them even if we want to. So even if we don't want to watch any paid channel yet we end up paying ncf for 147 fta channels which turns out to be rs 200.60. Dish tv has mandatorily pre-selected the 147 channels

                  I am not able to view any single channel from 2nd feb 2019. For which i am taking continuous follow up and getting same answer from each dish tv employee - "our system is not working, please call us after 30 min." for proof i have audio recording also. I have switched to my favorite channels as per trai rules but still i am facing same issue since last three days.

                    Ist issue
                    From the last three 4 days i am able to login to the dishtv web portal. I called several times to customers and got no solution regarding they always says that 'updation of system will take some time please call after half an hour'.
                    2nd issue
                    I made 'mera apna pack' (My selected channel) on 31st january, 2019. I submitted my choices successfully and was expecting that i 'll watch what i have selected. But from the last 5 days i can't find almost 50% of selected channels. I called many times to the customers but they again gave the same excuse 'updation of system will take some time please call after half an hour'.

                    Why i have to pay these channels which i haven't selected?

                      I am sandeh from pune. I select pack as per trai instructution in last month but dish tv not shown this one. I try to continouslly to dish tv cc no but no any phond reachable also lot of mail sending but service not corrected. If i paid then why not seen the channels. If we pay & they not shown then this is our issue? Cc person calling answer this is system error.

                        I had subscribed to family pack hd amounting to rs. 319/- per month. The next recharge date being the 15th of february. Yesterday, all of a sudden sony channel stopped coming, and then i opened the dish tv app on my mobile, to contact the customer care. Their app was down, slow due to which i wasn't able to do much on that. The toll free number was busy for the whole duration. And i couldn't do anything about the problem i am facing. There is no means to contact them.
                        When i checked for my existing plan on their website, it showed a drastically different one which shows south channels also added and being a north indian i can never select it as i don't understand the language itself. And the plan costs about rs. 424/- per month.
                        If they send messages and emails for the due recharge date, they should also have made an intimation regarding the changed plan.
                        I have made several attempts to contact customer care but in vain. Requested for call backs through message multiple number of times since the call couldn't get through but i haven't received a single revert from them.
                        I need a one on one with these people and get the facts right and straight.
                        Also, i wouldn't pay rs.424/- for something i didn't select, didn't need and moreover didn't subscribe to.
                        I am attaching the previous transaction history for the same, the new plan they have made active, also the multiple efforts.

                            According to trai's new rules, i am a dish tv customer, but when i am trying to talk to customer care, i am not able to talk about dish tv's new rule. And when i'm going to select the channels, dish tv's website is not open properly. And sometimes it's opening up very slowly. If trai had to make rules then do it correctly. Websites are not open properly, slowly opening of website, dish tv operators in my area are refusing that they have not got any such information so that channels can be easily selected without assistance online. If the website is being opened after so many hard work, then the prices are being added forcefully after the selection. While selection the pack, the price is showing something and after the selection the price is something. Which kind of joke is this. We are facing a lot of difficulties. Please get rid of this trouble so that we do not need to port dishtv.

                              Why dishtv is making 143 channels compulsory in basic service tier which we haven't chosen and if we select the channels which we want it will cost extra charges. Why should we pay extra charges for the channels we haven't chosen when trai is giving us the option to customize our own pack?
                              And when we call the customer care it was continuously saying busy, and when sms them 'call me' they called so late and said sorry for the inconvenience we are going through some technical issues which led us to delay in choosing our own pack. Very disappointed & poor service. Please clarify us the process on how we can make our own pack.

                                I'm using dishtv dth box having vc no. [protected]. I've been subscribed to kids active service for no apparent reason and charged for this add-on for god knows how many times. I've already complained about the same twice directly to dishtv but still no steps have been taken.

                                I want to unsubscribe to this add-on and would like to have compensation in terms of dishtv balance.

                                  I am holding dish tv connection no [protected] for more than six years. Keeping in view latest trai guidelines we selected the channels to be viewed and sent it on official website of the company; initially we were told that the scheme would be implemented wef feb 2019 instead of jan 2019. Believing them we got the connection charged with the amount that we were utilising earlier.in feb they issued us a token number for the channels selected. On contacting the call centre of the company we were told to re register. We got it done again but this time the company staff refused to entertain us and kept us waiting on the phone for hours to gether. Despite charging of our connection for rs 500 on 04 feb through paytm receipt number [protected] our connection has not been restored nor any communication on recent channels selection has been done by the company

                                    I am trying to reach customer care since 4 pm. Got no response since then. Today is my 1st day with dish tv. Third class and very inferior service. I am fed up with dish tv the very 1st day. One of the worst decision of my life. Its like a harassment. None of my channels are working as per your promise. I did not spend on your dish to watch free channels only. After 1 am your customer service is like dead. Then what is the means of writing and showing 24x7 customer service. You liars. Making fool of people.

                                      I requested 3 times and sms 3 times that my new mobile number is [protected] and my old mobile number is not in service so i want to change with new one. But after calling customer care and sending sms that please change my new mobile number as rmn. But still it doesn't change.
                                      Please look in to this matter asap.
                                      So i can access my account and do the rest things.

                                        From last 3 days my cable tv not working even after recharge amount mentioned... Nobody can get through toll free number[protected]
                                        I have send 20 messages call me charged @5 rs per sms.. They keep on hold and say system down i can't check.. How will i get my complete refund with inconvenience charges. There is no way to contact them.. Try calling toll free number.. It says busy on another call from 3 days.
