Hello are u making fool for costumers my vc number is [protected] i have subscribed to super family price is 312 rs i am not getting any channels expect free channels several times i called ur worst costumer care but no use they are fooling me that wait for 15 min almost 48 hours done no use pls solve my problem as soos as possible

      I continue call on dish tv customer care but my package selection and channel selection problem not solve and bad response by dishtv customer care service. Today i try on dishtv site and on dishtv application but my account not updated regularly and my package selection process not done easly so i have many problems faced for this dth operator side.

        Dear sir,

        I have booked setup box from distv website for which i have not received any sms. But after completion of payment tokenid 641427 and reference no [protected]. The toll free number never connected. And i have used paid number which connected couple of time after trying atleast 100 times and afterwards customer executive would receive the call by almost taking 10 minutes each time i called. Eventually the response received from them is please call back after 30 minutes. This response i have been hearing since 5 days. The call is disconnected frequently from their side when the call is going on. No action have taken on this regard. They even told that they are going to install the setup box but couldn't do so. I am continuously following up for status. But not sure when the issue is going to resolve.
        Please help me in this regard as i am feeling helpless.

        And finally thank you dish TV team for your support. However I found many dish tv customer raised their concerns in this website. Hope they also get their problem resolved.

            Hi have been trying to add couple of regional channels on my dish tv ever since i took dish tv connection which they won't let me do it as they did not register any numbers at the time of installation neither did they ask. When i am trying to register my number the only way i can do it is by sending them a message which i tried several times too but no use i tried to call them several time on their customer service number to the contact centre and the only thing i hear now is that this number is busy by the ivr. I don't understand how that can happen when a customer service number is supposed to be available at all times during working hours and its a 24 hour customer care center. I am literally frustrated as adding one channel has taken days now and when once i was connected to the contact centre there was a hold time and i was ready to wait but they won't let me do that either ivr arranged a cllback but i never heard from them i have even sent an email to the nodal officer i am enclosing all details hereby please get them to work on my concern.

            My main concerns are the complications they create in letting customers getting the channels they want as per trai guidelines.

            How can their 24 hour call centre number come as busy and doesn't even connect.

            Why don't they callback as promised?

            Why nobody from dishtv is ready to take the responsibility to know what customer concern is.

            Why registering number via message never works.

              Dear sir,

              I am a dish tv consumer bearing vc no.[protected]. As per trai guide lines, i migrated from my old pack to new one. Due to wrong selection of some channels my new package cost became costly than the older one. I repeatedly contacted dish customer service and visited their website for modification of channels but their customer service is making so called "tottay ki rut -30 minute baad technical error" from last more than a week. Their app is only issuing token numbers on modification of channels without practical resolution.
              Recently, i have received a new token for selection of channels which is annexed herewith for your kind perusal.
              It seems that the afore said service provider is indirectly trying to skip the recent trai guidelines by creating unnecessary hurdles in selection process of channels for undue benefits.
              It is therefore requested that necessary action may kindly be initiated so that innocent consumer community may not suffer due to such unethical business malpractice.

                I am a consumer of DISH TV from 3 years. every year i do annual reacharge than to some channal not subscibed msg is coming .

                No signal problem comes offenly

                If i call CC they say 200/- will charged for technician visiting .

                Very worst experience, waiting for JIO DTH to come and kick out all such fraud DTH Game players.

                  Ever since i selected my pack on 28th December, I am regretting. Despite various complaints, email requests I am still unable to view the channels i subscribed.despite receiving confirmation and refreshing the STB.
                  Even my balance amount was reduced and due date extended.

                  speaking to Customer guys is of no use, they make all empty promises .

                  I have requested to add below channels again and again but as of now getting MSG.. NOT SUBSCRIBED BY Y... After all these years with DishTV services, after selecting my pack on 28th Dec.2018, it has become a nightmare.

                  I want dish tv guys to add above channels to my pack and accordingly charge for above packs from the date they are added to my pack .

                      I have tried calling dishtv customer care number from last 1 week but failed to connect as time taken by ivr is more than 15 min to connect the call. Yesterday i have also raise a request to call back but still not received any call from your side. Even i tried to login in your website but failed to do so.                       After making so many calls & mails but my set top box is not working in 15 days I have made of RS. 300 recharge but still it's not working after giving complain they are saying to change in the he connection but no one is coming to change it & every time asking for different amount i.e free of cost, 200, 300, 400, 600, 800. So much confusion

                        I have been dish dth with vc no [protected]. I rechargedy account as per new tariff guidelines for ₹300 and selected my own package on 6th feb. But till today 8th feb, my service has not resumed and even after multiple calls dish tv could not resume. Please help to compensate with additional 2 days as per my payment date and take penal action against dish dth for negligence in service

                            1. I had done recharge of rs. 250 which was then cancelled by dishtv on my request on 29-jan-2019 but i have not received the refund to my original payment method. Dishtv customer care is unreachable since last two weeks through call, email and social media.

                            2. After i did the recharge of ₹300, suddenly my pack was down to 150. They charged in the name of ncf. They created their own pack of ₹600 and i had to pay as per their pack as their website was down and i was unable to contact them.

                                This complain is for dish TV service provider or company.we have recharged dish TV package of rupees 276 on 26 January 2019 for February month 2019. First 8 to 10 days there was no issue and sudden from the date 5 February 2019 some channels are not available on dth service like star plus's, Sony's and zee's all channels. But other free channels like &tv, B4U etc are appearing on dth service. Our issue is after recharging with full amount of package of rupees 276 we are not getting the all channels services on dth.Customer care support numbers are seems to busy all the time even they are not replying and calling back to us. where we call for this issue. Please take some action regarding this.

                                  I have been trying to select my pack bcoz some channels have been unsubscribed without any notification, but I can't register my mobile number so I tried to send message to 57575 but its showing that my Vc number [protected] is not verified, I have been trying to contact the customer care numbers can't connect to them either,
                                  Very poor customer service, please resolve this issue immediately

                                        I called no of times to dish tv customer care for select new channels. But all the time they disconnected my call by telling that our system not working.
