I've recharged my dishtv and it was successfully done, and also it is reflected on my dish tv app, but it is not reflected on my tv, contacted customer service they also said recharge was already received and give the new switch off date and also they refreshed my dish tv account but it didn't reflecting on my tv, and it's still showing it will be expire within next day. Again i've contacted customer service they said they can't able to help as they can only able to refresh the account from their side, and they said they can arrange a technician to see if there any issue with my receiver and it will cost 180 rs, this horrible service i can able to view channel now because expiry date is one more day left, and i said it's not the problem with my receiver, they didn't have an answer for my question it's completely an error from dish tv side, i just wasted my money and i can't able to view channel. What i can do now
