Hi Team,

I kept order for new DTH connections on www.dishtv.in website on . I have done payment on the online through their respective payment gateway (one97 communication limited) for an amount of Rs: 1749.00.
After doing the payments I have just received the below mentioned token number and Installation booking reference number details after successful completion of payment. So today after calling customer care they are updating me stating that no details are found with respect to below mentioned token number and installation booking reference number.

Token Number: 642757
Installation Booking reference Number: [protected]

So I want my online payment money back which has happened yesterday. Or else please block the www.dishtv.in website if it fake one take respective charges against them.

      I have done a payment of Rs1992 for VC no [protected] by selecting Paytm option in instant recharge page but after transaction details are not reflecting. The balance amount also not showing. I called many times to customer service every time saying registered for call back but not calling. Please check the details.

        I've recharged my dishtv and it was successfully done, and also it is reflected on my dish tv app, but it is not reflected on my tv, contacted customer service they also said recharge was already received and give the new switch off date and also they refreshed my dish tv account but it didn't reflecting on my tv, and it's still showing it will be expire within next day. Again i've contacted customer service they said they can't able to help as they can only able to refresh the account from their side, and they said they can arrange a technician to see if there any issue with my receiver and it will cost 180 rs, this horrible service i can able to view channel now because expiry date is one more day left, and i said it's not the problem with my receiver, they didn't have an answer for my question it's completely an error from dish tv side, i just wasted my money and i can't able to view channel. What i can do now

          I am not satisfied becoz 3 week se mera pay channels band ho gaya agar dishtv rahate free channel dekna pare to free to air box laga leta dishtv kiu lagate ya customer ke sath chiting ha dishtv gatiya service eresponcible service ya harresment ha customer ko ya injustice ha consumer ka sath to kaya fida huya complaint deka agar perfect solution he nahe mila pay channels he nahe dek piya
          Recently I have taken a new dish connection and they told me to give a 2000 rupees voucher but now when I called them they said no such voucher is available .Can you please solve this

            All of my subscribed channels are showing not subscribed. When i go to recharge it shows swagat for rs.43 and ncf for rs.153 although i don't get any channels in that pack. I just want an option in which i get to choose all of channels. No base pack no extra channels or anything. I just want a way to pay for those channels which i want. For eg: i want news live but don't channels like star plus or something like that but it still comes with my pack and i have to pay for that even though i don't want watch that channel.

I have taken dish tv dth connection from 5/2/2019 my vsc no_[protected], as per trai statement i selected my channels from last 10 days, but service provides are not ready to activated selected channels, so many times i requested dish tv customer care, messaged, emailed with tocken number & i reacharged sufficient amount.                   According trai's new rules for channel selection for choosing channel so i try to choose my channel but company do not support and responding.                         I am a subscriber dish tv dth services and am having multiple tv connections. Ref: vc [protected] and
                        Parallel vc no. [protected]
                        With reference to the above i have taken multi tv connection and i have paid rs.1399/- towards multi tv connection besides having paid rs 1500/- towards my recharge account. I am not able to view as per my registered channels and no free channels are able to view.
                        I try to contact the customer care many times and i have recorded all calls made to dish tv. I have given enough time to dish tv company for acting on my complaint and asked to restore all channels failing which reporting to trai for further action and suitable legal steps to recover damages on this account. I have also given final warning on this issue. Since i did not get any response from them i am reporting to you to take suitable steps and your immediate action will be highly appreciated..

I did this nearly 5 times n still it's in south all sports pack. I requested customer care executives to fix the issue. I have not received any positive response from them till date.                             I try to contact customer care before 15 days but executive not helps me or not proper guides. I changed 3 times channel selection packages because of executives. If i said activate one channel then they were activate it but deactivate existing channel. Same process i did 2 times. Now today i called to repeat selection of channels. But executive said i am not activate your channels.

                            Right now my call contine with customer care and put on me hold before 30 min. I want to wait till they received me or my call break it.

                            From 15 days i am not seen the tv on proper because of custoer care executive and dish tv thirdclass app.in app i raise request exe. Said within 2 hours it activate but it not activate still.

                            It means that they only entertainng with customer. I said this is the foolish service provide from dishtv.

                            I send mail, calls, sms but no one support me.

                              I tried to register using dish tv application and through their web portal, otp never gets received, trying for last 10 days. Tried to contact customer service using their numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected] but numbers are always busy, luckily i was able to connect with customer service once but they disconnected the call when i reported my issue. Tried again to call, it is always busy and couldn't connect.

                              They've subscribed me for a marathai introductory pack worth rs 47 without my confirmation and intimation and i'm being charged for that every month.

                              Kindly help to get the matter escalated.

                                My costomer id no. [protected] for dish tv at new delhi.
                                Dish tv is charging rs.458. And providing me the channel from its own choice and promoting their own channel by default like

                                Zee all in 1 hindi hd, times boquet 1 hd, marathi premium hd (Although i do not know marathi).
                                Dish tv web site and mydish app is not allowing to submit the chosen channel.
                                On submission of channel it keeps on waiting. I have tried it multiple times but it does not work. I called with my rmn to 1800108 */0* to add any particular channel but it is not working. I called to customer care no. And requested to not change my pack till 31 march 2019. But everythings failed. Dish tv is providing particular channels and blocking particular channels to access and charging rs. 458 from me.

                                  I have been trying to contact dishtv since past week. I have reacharged for 2000 but tv is still showing error of 102 low balance. Till now not fixed. I am simply losing my recharge money. Worst service by dishtv. Either you fix the issue by end of day or i am planning to move to other operator...this is not the firsf time i am facing this issue.

                                    I like to inform you that i have selected super family pack hd for which i have recharged the amount. Hence, the company is not providing me hd channels n all are showing 103 error. Therefore, it is my humble prayer before you to take necessary steps provide me super family pack hd regularly as i can enjoy my own pack. It is really really very sad to tell you that your customer care executives are unable to help any time as always there is no link. This is my last post otherwise i will leave your connection.

                                      Hi, my name is prince, i have purchase dish tv 1year hd subscription on 30th october 2018,
                                      Yesterday i received a call from dish tv customer care they told me to change my package as per new trial rules and ensure me that there will be no change in my package but when i checked my channel, they changed my all hd channels to normal channels.
                                      When i asked this from customer care they deny to give back my hd channels and instead of this they told me to purchase the hd channels separately.
                                      Please help me to get back my all hd channels.

                                        I got the recharge till may 2019... Still today after 3 days i switched on my tv n it says no available balance... Its not the first time it happened to me.
                                        Every other day i have to call them n ask them to start it... I dont understand if i paid the amount and what the hell am paying for.. If i cant watch the tv..
                                        Everytime i have to waste my time with this guys n they are not doing anything
                                        When they take full payment with additional charges... N then not evening providing proper... So are we #...
                                        And even the customer service is so rude.. They put me on hold n even disconnect the call
                                        Firstly the dont provide appropriate service... Secondly they behave like if we are # n we as a customer are wasting their time by calling them.
                                        Its my valuable time that am wasting with their customer service people.
