As per the latest trai guidelines, tried to customize the pack for my dishtv, through dishtv online website "https://www.dishtv.in/Pages/Dashboard/MyAccount.aspx"
After login to website, i tried to change my pack by selecting the "modify combo" link. Once i click modify combo, a new webpage opens but the same webpage appears instead of modify combo tab.
Then i tried to "create your own combo" link, the same webpage reappears. Then i tried to add a "add-ons" by modify link, the same webpage reappears.
I couldn't able to choose the combo or modify the combo or add a add-ons.
Request to resolve the issue in website. So that, i can choose my combo.

Our website/App has probably hit a technical snag. Our team is checking this and will fix the same soon. However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, we would suggest you to send a mail at [protected]@dishtv.in along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, our team will help you with the same. Dish TV has changed my channels without my consent.
We completely understand the situation that you are facing. Due to high call volumes, there might a delay in attending your call. Further, we would like to inform you that since you haven't made an advance request before 1st February 2019, you are migrated to another pack which is closest to your previous one. However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, we would suggest you to send a mail at [email protected] along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, our team will help you with the same.
