I am unable to edit channel packs as per new TRIA regulation to my dish TV connection VC no.[protected].I was continuously following up with customer for edit y pack as per new changes but i have face bad experience with DISH TV.
When I called first time I got the response that system is on upgradation
mode so please call later after 1 hour, so for 2 days continuously i was calling for do the changes.3rd days I spoken to customer team & she has edited my pack & told me that after 24 hrs working day it will start.But my pack didn't get changed so i have called for next day but i got response that it is still under process.Then again I called for 5th day that time they told me that my VC no.is locked & i cant edit my pack.How they can locked my VC no. as per new guideline they should edit my pack.

So I wants my refund prepaid balance left in my account around 800/- plus I want cost of new connection Rs.2400/-

    When i tried to recharge my dish tv account as per Trai's regulations i am unable to do it. I am not able to select channel as per my wish in mera apna pack .. i have been trying from january to today but i couldn't select channels as per my wish. Their is no response from customer care also. i installed mydishtv app in my android phone and tried in that app also but still the same thing is happening through mydishtv app also.

      I am a long time Dishtv customer. We were due to recharge at the end of January. Despite numerous attempts, could not recharge online. Then the error message 102 (Your account is de - active due to low balance), started appearing on the screen. Then we recharged through a local vendor but still the same message and no service. This despite Dishtv sending me a message that they have received my payment. Numerous calls to customer care, messages, mails, missed calls and the problem persists. Two weeks now. Frustrating 😡

        I am a dishtv customer. I opted for annual pack. As per trai rules, customer with annual pack didn't had to undergo any changes for channel package, but dishtv changed my package without my request and without informing me. I made a complaint, but since past 11 days they are not giving any solution. Trai made this rules so that consumer can see what he wants and here i am not able to see for what i paid for. Dishtv is making false commitments but they are not providing any solution for my problem. I have paid for the whole year and as per dishtv executive there is no option for refund as well. So what should i do? Wait for 1 month? 1 year? How much time dishtv wants to resolve a querry? I was given deadline i. E 11th february till 2pm my problem will be solved. But still there is no solution, senior executive is asking for more time now. On what basis should i believe that this time you will solve my problem if you didn't since past 11 days? I am taking this complaint to consumer protection because this is fraud. Dishtv has taken money and they are not providing service.

        As per TRI rules I want to use only the compulsory DD channels rest of the free channels i want to remove using your channel mapping tool online as they are consuming my NCF capacity unnecessarilyl.

          As per the latest trai guidelines, tried to customize the pack for my dishtv, through dishtv online website "https://www.dishtv.in/Pages/Dashboard/MyAccount.aspx"

          After login to website, i tried to change my pack by selecting the "modify combo" link. Once i click modify combo, a new webpage opens but the same webpage appears instead of modify combo tab.

          Then i tried to "create your own combo" link, the same webpage reappears. Then i tried to add a "add-ons" by modify link, the same webpage reappears.

          I couldn't able to choose the combo or modify the combo or add a add-ons.

          Request to resolve the issue in website. So that, i can choose my combo.

              I am a long time subscriber of dish tv services.
              With the recent trai guidelines regarding channel packs & pricing, we have been trying to change over to the new regime. A service request has already been made online on the dish tv website for the same. We have since tried following up on their helpline, where no one pick ups or we are told that the system is under update. When we try getting on their website, the site takes too long to load and we eventually have to give up, or the page doesn't seem available.
              In the meanwhile, we continue to renew both set-top boxes at the previous rates, which are almost double of the new regime.
              Request dish tv to look into this and enable the new subscription regime at the earliest.

                  I have dish tv connection dishtv connection. I’m continuously facing problem for my dish tv package. Without my permission they change my package.
                  Their customer care giving very poor services. Whenever i call at [protected]

The dishtv is not receiving my call. Dishtv show unnecessary ad channel which is unwanted. They always force to call technician for little problems and ask for service charge although it is their duty to provide service against these issue after all these issue came in the definitions of deficiency of service

                      Hello All,

                      The problem is from today my dishtv was stopped working then when I called customer care today they said their systems are getting upgraded they cannot give me any info.
                      Someone by name Raj thakur from customer care spoke to me on this and when I asked to escalate the call to seniors he said he cannot do that. Also the toll free number provided by him that is [protected] is not working I don't understand why Dishtv support is so pathetic. Someone from senior manager can talk to me and also I would like to tell that the dishtv app downloaded from play store I couldn't login via otp is not working.

                          The picture quality is fine, rather it's good. But the service you provide is the worst. No one picks up the calls on toll free number. The people on your help desk keep us waiting for hours. Not joking, i myself have kept my phone on for hours. These people don't have any value for money. Plus they are arrogant and basically they don't know anything about the system. Everytime i ask for something, they tell me to wait and talk to the senior manager. The website is also the same, to select channels the drop box does not even load and go forward. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get dishtv. Worst service ever.

                            Sir today arround 13:45 to 14:20 dishtv operator call me and giving offer of recharge of recharge 3 month and get one month extra and also told me for temporary deactivation for 15 day from recharge date. But after i did 3 month recharge dish tv company refuse to give me offer and said this offer is not available in my account and also told my dish tv pack activd as on rechrge date as i already told to delay activation of 15 days. So i requested you pls solve my complaint as sson as possible.

I want to change registered mobile number. My new number is [protected]. I had submitted a complain through consumer complaints a few days earlier for which the customer care of dish tv called me on my new number and assured to resolve the problem. But the problem is still exist. Nothing has been done by the service provider in the matter. Channel selection is very difficult in dishtv /zing digital (zee network).many times contact to customer care but no solution about channel selection.. After selected the channel they will not be available(free channels)..From the company side a huge amount of channel price should be told..
                              I have been requesting them to call me back so that I can select the list of channels that I need, while they reply back on the emails, their contact number chains are broken, while I get some lame replies via their email

I was select classic joy + telugu but dish not providing this pack channels and customer care not response on their help line numbers. I also send mail a ceo desk but no use.                                   Bought a new distv connection last week.
                                  Got my login i'd n pw but i am unable to select the channels i want to watch as the channels list is blank. Called the dishtv customer care several times but was of no help. Infact they have kept me on hold for more than 20 minutes n issue was not resolved. Very disappointing service from dishtv. It's been 7 days now my issue is still not resolved.

                                    Unable to remove addon paks as my base pack is "non stop pack".
                                    After had conversion with senior dishtv custom executive, he told me due to new trai rule we will unable to remove your addon pack.

                                    Note: addon pack are those which should can be removed at any time whatever base pack i am using.

                                    After had 1/2 hr of talk with senior customer executive, he mention me to report/make complaint about this and he will take my feedback to higher authority.

They have de activated addons and when I called to complain they said they will take no complaints and no addons are available for nonstop pack customer as of now .
