Today your service engineer visited to my home and replaced another set up box after checking old one. I have paid rs. 450.00 (By phonepe) to your service engineer mr. Jitender kumar biswal, mobile no. [protected] without any bill as he intimated and it is also confirmed by your customer care executive with number [protected]. As discussed we will get one sms with my registered mobile number confirming the receipt of rs. 450/- but the same sms has not received yet.
I would like to remind you that the set up box was changed in july 2018 and we have paid the charges during that time.
I am very unhappy with your set up box warranty duration of 3 months only that you are providing. It means i suspect it may be your business policy to grab money from your customers providing very poor quality set up box.
I have been attached with dish tv more than ten years and now a days your service quality mainly set up box quality is very very poor for which we may not continue further with dish tv.

Updated by routrayster We are paying very frequently for set up box and service engineer visits without any bills and it is insisted/confirmed by dishtv customer care executives. Dishtv customer care executives are saying that no bills will be provided against such services. We don't know the intentions behind for not providing the bills. One set up box is just kept one place only and operated by remote only but how it is getting faulty very frequently. It is very clear that the quality of set up box is very poor and some intentions of dishtv are clearly visible to earn money by means of set up box issue and service engineer visits.

Updated by routrayster I am receiving calls from a number [protected] from yesterday, asking my debit card photo copy, paytm PIN etc and saying he is calling from Dish TV and he has to process the refund of Rs. 450/- that I have paid on yesterday.
It seems someone is trying to do fraud because such information is for security reason.
May please take initiatives against fraudster using above mobile number [protected] and attempting to get hack the security information with false statements correlating with information we have mentioned in above complaint details.
