fta selection and reaching customer card and dishtv portal

This is bring to your notice that dishtv is not listing most or certain operator channels for selection and subscribed fta channels is also not view able and their main moto is to steal money from the consumers and the very pathetic system or application they have. Everytime you call to their customer care you will be getting a standard dialogue of "system under upgradation or application is down" a very poor customer support.

not answering properly - cheating consumers

I am a dish tv user and i activated my new selections as per trai’s new framework on feb 2019. One of my selection is hd bouquet 1 - basic infotainment high definition (Rs 10 + 18% gst) broadcaster : discovery communications india.
As per discovery communications this pack is discovery hd pack (Hd pack 9 channels @ rs10) i supposed to get 9 channels. But dish tv provide only 7 channels @rs 10. Jeet hd and discovery tamil channels...

I have recharged my connection with 209 rs. But i cannot use all the channels. After lots of call in customer service every time i heard from him our system is updating and they cut the call. Apart from it once someone was received my call and he told me due to trai rules your pack has been changed automatically if want use swagat pack now then you have to pay 265. I have recharged with 53 again 209+23+7 i have balance in my account 7 rs....

payment not reflecting

I have done a payment of Rs1992 for VC no [protected] by selecting Paytm option in instant recharge page but after transaction details are not reflecting. The balance amount also not showing. I called many times to customer service every time saying registered for call back but not calling. Please check the details.

subscribed channels showing not subscribed

All of my subscribed channels are showing not subscribed. When i go to recharge it shows swagat for rs.43 and ncf for rs.153 although i don't get any channels in that pack. I just want an option in which i get to choose all of channels. No base pack no extra channels or anything. I just want a way to pay for those channels which i want.
