Also, my dishtv is showing swithc off warning, however, i have already made the above payment but it is not shown by dishtv. Also no resolution is being provided.

    I have some issues with dishtv customer service, which i have listed below.

    This issue is regarding my recharge of dishtv.

    20th feb 2019 - i recharged my above mentioned vc no [protected] with rs 311 after selecting all the channels i am interested as per the new trai norms.

    21st feb 2019

    10 am - my mom at home notices that the service has been terminated and there is only one information on the screen. Message is 102 - low balance, requesting me to choose channel and make payment

    11 am (Somewhere around) i tried to call but due to high call volume i was arranged a call back

    Sometime in the afternoon i received a call from customer service technician who was speaking in hindi while my preferred language was english. I asked for a call back in english

    In one hours or so - a technician in english called and tried to refresh & reboot the account an it did not work. He offered to send a technician but i rejected since it was a software issue and not hardware for which i am not paying rs 200 again. Asked to speak with senior technician

    Again before evening another call back in hindi from senior team. Not in english, so again a call back was arranged

    Before 5 pm - senior technician speaking in english informs me that there is change in band between south and north and that the technician was suppose to visit my premises to make necessary changes, which never happened.

    22nd feb 2019

    10 am - i check the status of my vc no and see that the issue is closed while it is still on going

    11 am - i call again and i was directed directly to senior team call back option by the technician. Requested for a call back at around 12 am

    12:40 - 12:45 pm - call from senior technician team speaking in hindi to check what my issue is again.

    1 pm - another senior technician by the name gaurav again called in hindi trying to solve my issue. Everything in vain.

      As trai given opportunity to select required channel or packs as per our convenient, but i sent several requests (By e-mail/calling customer care etc.) to dishtv tp change my existing pack to new pack but they are not responding.
      Since weeks i am trying but not got any reponse from dishtv.

      Current pack : BST DD pack

      New pack - Tamil budget (10) - 8 Rs + start Tamil value (10) - 25 Rs + Tamil basic Hd (6) - 70 RS
      Chose fta - BST Tamil

      Total with GST - 275 RS

        not getting dd sports (mandatory) channel in dishtv box

        I am a dish tv user and i activated my new selections as per trai’s new framework on feb 2019.
        As per trai dd sports channel is comes under mandatory list. But dish tv is not giving dd sports free channel. I already raised a compliant about the same using my old vc. No. [protected], i got several calls last few days and ask me check for different channel nos and refresh several time and without my knowledge they reset my old box...

        Select channel in my cart, after i got message of amount to recharge 377rs. Recharged from dishtv instant recharge but recharge become unsuccessful and money is gone. Please help about this matter... When my money give me. After this recharge from phonepe 524rs in phonepe show succesful. But not get msg on my tv.           We have recharge our dish tv account at1179/- on date -14/02/2019.
          But no any chanel show atleast free chanel also not play.
          I also call custumer care but they not give satifactory ansor and not solve my problem. He say that we watch only free chanel but not play in my tv.
          So please refund my recharge valve and stop my dish tv acount. We change othet service provider. Other wise we complain in cunsumer forma against dish tv.
          Because dish tv not solve my problem and they take monthly payment by me. I also customet last 7 year of fish tv.

            Dear sir i have a new mobile number [protected]and i have written several mails to remove my old number [protected] but until now nothing has happened this is complaint number 1 but the most important complaint is that
            Suddenly my hd channesl were deactivated since last thursday and i had written to them 100 times but until now nothing has happened i have an account balance of 1500rs yet they keep telling me we will refresh wait for 15 minutes like this i have waited one whole week and still there is no resolution in sight as a governing body for consumer complaints i would like your direct involvment in this and resolve this matter i mean both complaints to change my rmn and to activate my channels

            No body tried to contact me i had clearly indicated that my mobile number has changed to [protected] but repeatedly you guys are contacting the number which is not been used by me and who has no idea about me and you guys still insist that i am outside India its really dissappointing and the worst service you guys have provided
            I have swagat pack but without information it migrate in to new add ons and the cost is now rs 412. Before it i have monthly recharge of 308. I also tried to downgrade my pack by dish TV app but it can not be accept/ applicable . I am so disappointed by this.

              I got a new connection of dish tv installed on jan 20, 2018. However i didn’t receive any verification call till date. Now when my next recharge date is approaching i am not able to recharge my account as it is showing contact detail/ vc no is not verified. I have been continuously calling customer care since the last 4-5 days but the dish tv customer care service is useless. Everytime they put your call waiting for 8-10 minutes and ultimately you won’t get a chance to speak to the customer care representative.

                As per trai guidance new base package (Ncf pakage) didn't get, as per dish tv guidance already i will done it, but didn't get my base package, frequently requested to dish tv customer care regards this issue iwill created more than 25 tokan, after no response from dish tv side and no able to solve this issue, first iam a advance request from dish tv customer care on 31/12/2018 after one month (From 07/feb/2019) iam choose base package online and dish app as per dish tv customer service guidance (Select and submit the same.) created more than 25 tokan, but not update/ migration till date.5 tokan screenshot attached send mail to dish tv customer care.

                    This is bring to your notice that dishtv is not listing most or certain operator channels for selection and subscribed fta channels is also not view able and their main moto is to steal money from the consumers and the very pathetic system or application they have. Everytime you call to their customer care you will be getting a standard dialogue of "system under upgradation or application is down" a very poor customer support.

                    Hope this is the right forum to express my grievance on how dishtv is severing to their customers (My vc no:[protected]).

                      I have 2 HD connection at my home. I requested to make them multi connection on 13 feb.
                      Technicians verification has been done on same day 13 feb but connections are still not converted into muti connection.
                      I have done complaint on 15 feb for the same but issue not resolved.

                      I have call multiple time to customer care but they guys not able to resolved this.

                          Today your service engineer visited to my home and replaced another set up box after checking old one. I have paid rs. 450.00 (By phonepe) to your service engineer mr. Jitender kumar biswal, mobile no. [protected] without any bill as he intimated and it is also confirmed by your customer care executive with number [protected]. As discussed we will get one sms with my registered mobile number confirming the receipt of rs. 450/- but the same sms has not received yet.

                          I would like to remind you that the set up box was changed in july 2018 and we have paid the charges during that time.

                          I am very unhappy with your set up box warranty duration of 3 months only that you are providing. It means i suspect it may be your business policy to grab money from your customers providing very poor quality set up box.

                          I have been attached with dish tv more than ten years and now a days your service quality mainly set up box quality is very very poor for which we may not continue further with dish tv.

                          We are paying very frequently for set up box and service engineer visits without any bills and it is insisted/confirmed by dishtv customer care executives. Dishtv customer care executives are saying that no bills will be provided against such services. We don't know the intentions behind for not providing the bills. One set up box is just kept one place only and operated by remote only but how it is getting faulty very frequently. It is very clear that the quality of set up box is very poor and some intentions of dishtv are clearly visible to earn money by means of set up box issue and service engineer visits.

                          I am receiving calls from a number [protected] from yesterday, asking my debit card photo copy, paytm PIN etc and saying he is calling from Dish TV and he has to process the refund of Rs. 450/- that I have paid on yesterday.
                          It seems someone is trying to do fraud because such information is for security reason.
                          May please take initiatives against fraudster using above mobile number [protected] and attempting to get hack the security information with false statements correlating with information we have mentioned in above complaint details.

                            I am a dish tv user and i activated my new selections as per trai’s new framework on feb 2019. One of my selection is hd bouquet 1 - basic infotainment high definition (Rs 10 + 18% gst) broadcaster : discovery communications india.
                            As per discovery communications this pack is discovery hd pack (Hd pack 9 channels @ rs10) i supposed to get 9 channels. But dish tv provide only 7 channels @rs 10. Jeet hd and discovery tamil channels are missing. I send several mail on this regard and i request them to clarify this difference but no one answer my simple question. So please do the needful.                             And one more thing dish tv is not showing free channel dd sports but as per trai this channel is comes under mandatory list.

                            As per TRAI DD Sports channel is comes under mandatory list. But dish tv is not giving dd sports free channel. I already raised a compliant about the same using my old VC. No. [protected], I got several calls last few days and ask me to check for different channel numbers and refresh several time and even without my knowledge they reset my old box and set a new box, but even simply changing box also not even resolve the problem what i raised.                               I have recharged my connection with 209 rs. But i cannot use all the channels. After lots of call in customer service every time i heard from him our system is updating and they cut the call. Apart from it once someone was received my call and he told me due to trai rules your pack has been changed automatically if want use swagat pack now then you have to pay 265. I have recharged with 53 again 209+23+7 i have balance in my account 7 rs. Coz the executive told me pack would be change automatically after paying the amount.
                              Still i am getting same issue no one care of it.

                                I was using the Dish TV since 2+ years and every time the service stopped abruptly and when called up Customer care gave me an appointment to Technician at a cost of 200/- and this happened at least about 3 times.

                                Recently the connection was inactive and when I recharged ( it the connection stayed on as Inactive due to low balance (Error 102). Contacted Customer care and they again told me a Technician visit is required, but when further enquired they cut the call and I am unable to speak to them or their line manager is not calling back. Its been 2 days since and no response.

                                I have escalated the matter to Nodal officer and there is no response either.

                                      As per TRAI guidelines I recharged my DISH TV account on 18th Feb 2019 but after the recharge process I noticed that recharge was not of month even but just of few days. Now my switch-off date is 7/3/2019. When I tried to inquire in DISH TV about this issue they said due to system up-gradation this issue is going on but I believe this is not an ethical way to handle any customer's technical query. Henceforth I request to kindly intervene and sort out my problem. When I am paying the cost of those channels which I view then on what ground I'm not getting the recharge benefit of 1 month.
