I had paid in advance for the annual pack which is valid till 2-dec-2019.
On 1-feb-19, i checked with dish tv customer care whether i need to select channels as per new trai order, and i was told that there is no need and i will get the services as per my annual plan till it's expiry which was in dec-19.
On 5-dec-19, i got a message that i have been shifted to base pack of inr 153 including taxes.
I immediately tried reaching to the customer care, but their customer care number was not reachable.
When i was able to talk to them, i was told that they haven't received the request for change in plan through ivr, but it may be through app or website. When i enquired about the date i placed the request, they were rude and told me that they don't have any such data and told me that i should know about it. They don't have any proof of me placing any such request.
I had registered complaint with them (Complaint number:[protected]. It's been more than 36 hours and i have not got a call back from dish tv
I have dropped an email to them but have not received any revert.
Further, i tried calling them multiple times but still no response and the call is always on waiting.
This is ultimate form of customer harassment and unethical
They have taken the money and have failed to provide the service.

Updated by Chirag Kalra For the past few days, I have had horrible experience with dish tv's customer care.
I have tried reaching out to these guys for the problem faced through multiple platforms but there was no one to attend to it.
Finally on 7th feb, I was able to connect to one of the senior supervisor for my complaint, he put me on hold for more than an hour and the call got disconnected.
I was supposed to get a call back or revert on complaints within 24 hours but it's been more than 3 days and nobody cares to respond.
This is really pathetic keeping customers on hold, disabling customer care lines making it difficult for customers to reach u and not replying to emails.
Such an attitude towards the customer will surely bring downfall for the company.
Regret taking dish tv connection and paying for it in advance
I have attached screenshot of the call logs for reference. See for itself the first ration that dish is causing to the customer.

We would like to inform you that since you haven't made an advance request before 1st February 2019, you are migrated to another pack which is closest to your previous one. However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, I would suggest you to send a mail at [protected]@dishtv.in along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, my team will help you with the same. Thanks!

Updated by Chirag Kalra I was informed on 1-Feb-2019 by your customer care team that I don't need to select the channel as per trial regulations since I already have paid in advance and the validity is till Dec 19.
Please restore my previous pack and stop harassing the customer
