Sir videocon d2h (Dish tv india limited) does not give us option to select individually fta channels to select individually by online login via www.d2h.com

25 dd channels are mandatory but rest of 75 fta channels are not mandatory means customer can choose 75 fta channels individually channels from the list by online login method.

Please solve this problem and give us option to select individually rest 75 fta channels online.

    Dishtv customer care guys unnecessary add-on pack adding in my package due to give me wrong customer care number they done by thrice time that why i campain you i calling last 5day in customer care no one picking call holding time 40 to 45mins
    Without talking confirmation from in customer they added addon pack in basase of misscall iam calling last 5 day to customer care no one picking call watting time 40to 50mins it's to frastating to a customer even iam not able to activate my new plane one more thing they website is also not working they not giving any option to remove addon pack through website they only cheat us please taken action against them

Further, we would like to inform you that since you haven't made an advance request before 1st February 2019, you are migrated to another pack which is closest to your previous one. However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, I would suggest you to send a mail at [protected]@dishtv.in along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, my team will help you with the same.     I understand but website is not working Last ten days and TRAI giving me deadline activate new plane before 1st of feb
    When dishtv customer care and website is not responding where is my mistake.
    Distiv operate without taking any confirmation they activate add-on pack who will pay for

      Hi. I am sandeep kumar.
      My dishtv vc is [protected].

      As per new trai rules i had selected 2 bouquets (Karnataka value and times bouquet 1) along with free basic pack.

      Dish tv has deducted amount of 200 rupees from my balance as 1 month subscription fee 5 days back.

      From past 5 days i am not getting any of the free channels except the 2 bouquets i have selected.

      I have sufficient balance too in my account.

      I tried to contact dish tv customer care many times by sending msgs call me to 57575 (At cost of 3 rs per sms), but the customer care replies that server is down and they are not able to tell anything.

      I complained even via emails to [protected]@dishtv.in several times but they didn't bother to solve my issues nor reply properly.

      I feel as ignored customer by dish tv.

      I request trai to intervene and solve my issue.

      I didn't get any solution based on this complaint from Dishtv till 11-02-2019 evening. So again I contacted Dishtv customer care on 11-02-2019 and I told about missing free channels. This time customer care person added missing channels and I was able to view those channels. I thank this platform for directing my issue to their notice.

      I didn't get any solution based on this complaint from Dishtv till[protected] evening.

      So again I contacted Dishtv customer care on[protected] and I told about missing free channels. This time customer care person added missing channels and I was able to view those channels.

      I thank this platform (consumercomplaint.in) for directing my issue to their notice.

      By mistake I have mentioned that problem was resolved on 11th Feb 2019. Actually it was done on 10th Feb 2019 evening.

        Dish tv already add 147 channel in fta in north zone with 153 rupay we can not modify it. But, when we buy only one /1 rupay any channel then allover price cross 200 rupay with ncf but trai set 100 first channel=130 upay but dish tv why force us to buy 147 channel. 1channel=50rupay at first selection of 1 rupay price channel so dish tv cheat us and force to buy his pack. So i want request you to take action soon

        I am facing same issue. We are not able to modify channels selection from 147 channels and when adding any new paid channels, it forces to add ncf of 47 channels. Please resolve this issue on priority by Dish Tv.

          Dear sir,
          I'm lodging this complaint after being disappointed from the dish tv services. I have paid rs. 300/- on 1st feb 2019 for my new select pack. But till date, my selected pack/channels still show no subscription and shows my balance account is zero rs. I m totally shocking to see this. And as we choose mera apna pack on north zone, dish tv has set their own basic service tier where 147 fta have been included compulsorily and one cannot deselect them. Only two pack i. E, disney & turner kids are activate and others packs are not activate which try so many times. Since last five days continuesly whenever i ask customer care regarding this, they says that their system is under maintenance and they will sort it out soon. I am lodge the complaint against this so many times and they allotted me lots of complaint no. And given surety complaint has been raise very shortly. They always also say it they will start channel in 15 minutes but till now channels are not working. Now when i'm trying to contact them. Always show that no. Is busy and even after messaging call me. Ridiculous services. Even not responding. My vc no. Is [protected] and for the purpose i attached the snapshot so that you respond as soon as possible

            I had paid in advance for the annual pack which is valid till 2-dec-2019.
            On 1-feb-19, i checked with dish tv customer care whether i need to select channels as per new trai order, and i was told that there is no need and i will get the services as per my annual plan till it's expiry which was in dec-19.

            On 5-dec-19, i got a message that i have been shifted to base pack of inr 153 including taxes.
            I immediately tried reaching to the customer care, but their customer care number was not reachable.
            When i was able to talk to them, i was told that they haven't received the request for change in plan through ivr, but it may be through app or website. When i enquired about the date i placed the request, they were rude and told me that they don't have any such data and told me that i should know about it. They don't have any proof of me placing any such request.

            I had registered complaint with them (Complaint number:[protected]. It's been more than 36 hours and i have not got a call back from dish tv

            I have dropped an email to them but have not received any revert.

            Further, i tried calling them multiple times but still no response and the call is always on waiting.

            This is ultimate form of customer harassment and unethical

            They have taken the money and have failed to provide the service.

            For the past few days, I have had horrible experience with dish tv's customer care.
            I have tried reaching out to these guys for the problem faced through multiple platforms but there was no one to attend to it.
            Finally on 7th feb, I was able to connect to one of the senior supervisor for my complaint, he put me on hold for more than an hour and the call got disconnected.

            I was supposed to get a call back or revert on complaints within 24 hours but it's been more than 3 days and nobody cares to respond.

            This is really pathetic keeping customers on hold, disabling customer care lines making it difficult for customers to reach u and not replying to emails.

            Such an attitude towards the customer will surely bring downfall for the company.

            Regret taking dish tv connection and paying for it in advance
            I have attached screenshot of the call logs for reference. See for itself the first ration that dish is causing to the customer.

            I was informed on 1-Feb-2019 by your customer care team that I don't need to select the channel as per trial regulations since I already have paid in advance and the validity is till Dec 19.

            Please restore my previous pack and stop harassing the customer

              In view of the latest guidelines of trai, i tried to make a selection of the channels and bouquets offered by various broadcasters by logging into my account on the website of dishtv on 31st jan / 1st feb of 2019. However, even after the selection of the channels of my choice, the website did not let me submit the same but showed another combination at almost the same price. The customer care people could not help over phone as their system was down. I am getting only the free channels and a handful of hd channels in place of the channels i had subscribed to initially (The highest hd pack) with annual payment. Now the website is not even allowing login using otp. Any problem with the system for a day or two is understandable but if it lasts longer, it creates doubt on the integrity of the people or owners of the service providers.

                I had done a recharge for 725 on 21 january 2019 via paytm that had incorrectly transfered to dish tv ...So I called them up and asked if it was possible to reverse back the amount ...They said they can if I pay for the service already availed of rs 50. So I paid the same amount on the spot during the call and they assured it would be bounced back to me within 7 days. Which didn't happen so I called back on 28th january 2019, their senior executive abhishek told me that I had to pay further 60 rs and they will bounce back my money...I paid it again while on call. They told me again I will receive the said 725 within 7days as per RBI GUIDELINES. They refused to receive my calls and put me on hold for half an hour twice and then disconnected call subsequently.

                I called them on 5th february when the amount dint reflect in my account. Amit another customer executive told me he will resolve it within 24 hours. But they didn't follow up on anything.

                When I spoke to there senior most executive "SUNNY CHAUHAN", he added new rules that their other executive have no idea about. He told me to pay further 150 for minimum balance on account plus 7 days service charge of the dish while RBI processes my refund back. His reply was accounts team wasn't in the loop but the second call on 28th with abhishek, the accounts team was consulted on the amount due for service provided to me and then the amount to paid by me was finalised. ( Which can refered in the recording of 28th January 2019)

                When on calls both dated 24th and 28th january 2019, both the executive told me they would not be charging me any amount if I pay their requested amount and my service be put on hold.
                But they are still charging me everyday.

                They have never reverted back when my complaints were put aside by them.
                They are invented new requirements and demanding new figure of amount with every call I make.

                They are never going to refund me any amount.
                Customer care team is clueless to their own rules.
                The team is robbing me and that is clearly a fraudulent act on their behalf as well as the company is being evasive of any responsibility towards a customer.

                  Coustomer care service in Kerala is very bad.they don't know any thing.i am contacting them for 1 week.

                  i had recharged on 1 February but still today I don't get channel.it is showing 101.
                  customer care department is very irresponsible.

                  I think dishtv is giving bad service at awhile.i am going to change dishtv and try to get any other services.i am totally dissatisfied...you know I am a customer for a long year (about 10 years).very bad customer care.they are not caring.

                      I have three years subscription of dish tv non stop pack. Which is still valid for two years. I use to watch with certain add-on channel. But dish tv has abruptly discontinued my add-on channels from my non stop pack. They are saying that they will not provide add-on channels on my non stop pack, which is a basic pack.                           Dear Team,

                          I'm using Dish TV broadcast connection from more than 6 month. My Consumer No. is VC[protected]. On 4th night i dialed to Dish TV customer care number many times but call not connected then i dropped a message to call back. Customer care executive call and understood me all the new guidelines and charges of channel tariff compare to my old Dish TV pack "Swagat Pack" New pack will charge more than 350 while my old running pack is of 299 so i refused to take new tariff plan against old pack.

                          Somehow yesterday morning onward then stopped services and channel as per my old pack and for the same i complaint many times but everytime they said that There is technical issue and we will resolve. Now they are saying that i gave them request to change tariff so tariff plan change and old Plan will be discontinue now.

                          From last 2 days we are not showing TV just cause channel we are see is not available and plan change without my any prior intimation.

                          I Told them many times that i dont want to change plan or even i not given any request to change plan but still they change without my request and now they are not giving any proper answer

                            I'm lodging this complaint after being disappointed from the dish tv services. Regarding the new trai rules i am continuously trying to cantact them but each time they reject my call saying line is busy.. Sir i am paying the old price and unable to get benefits of the new services of trai.. Please respond as soon as possible

                              We had yaed the recharge amt as per trai guidelines for vc no [protected]., the mt was payed before the deadline of 1stfeb, but as of today, it stills shows as channel not subscibed. We have been following up with cut care but no reponse from their side, request you to address the problem at the earliest & resolve the problem so that we can view the channels subscribed

                                I am a subscriber of videocon d2h service provider.
                                According to the new rule by trai consumers have to get a minimum of 100 channels (26 fixed + 74 of own choice) for 154 (Gst included).

                                But videocond2h providing fixed 186 channel in 154.
                                They don't provide the option of deselecting channels in base pack (154) and they won't allow channel selection as per the consumer choice.

                                Subscribers are unnecessarily forced by videocond2h for that. They are not allowing anyone to make our own selection.

                                As per the trai [press release n0.7 /2019] point number 6:-
                                That customers are free to choose free to
                                Air channels and/or pay channels either on a-la-carte or in the form of bouquet or any combination there.

                                But the videocond2h is insisting on predefined base pack without providing real choices.

                                  Customer care number has not given any response. They stop many channels. We want to talk but the customer care number is not responding. Since 15 days we are facing this problem. Some cartoon channels and news channels bolck by them we are trying to contact with them but all contact numbers provided bythem is not responding and we had alreadp paid 299 rs for package.

                                    Even though the bst channels are free to air channels, dish tv still charges rs.130/- for 100 channels. 95% channels are not even useful dish tv is forcing us to take it saying "default". Whats the point of new trai rule? How is this free?

                                    If its mandatory to take 100 channels, i am ready to choose my favorite channels as per my wish and i can pay for that. Why to pay for 100 non useful channels?

                                    Can trai take a look at this?

                                      Hi,

                                      Dish tv is enforcing minimum 147 channel selection under basic service tier which is not as per trai.
                                      Also iam unable to proceed with my custom selection as iam forced to take suggested bouquets, which is against trai rules.
                                      I tried to contact customer care and have also put in multiple requests to be contacted but no calls received.

                                      This is competed against trai rules and i have registered a complaint with trai also.

                                        I have made the payment of rs 400 to dishtv from their portal. The amount was deducted from my account but dishtv didn't acknowledge it. I contacted my bank and they gave me an rrn number as a proof of payment to dishtv. It have been days and they haven't provided any service. Not even any assistance. The customer service was rude and they cheated us with fake stories. Dishtv has proved to us that its a fraud company. It doesn't even refund the amount i paid. I have already mailed them several times but they didn't give me any assistance. Now i am forced to go to consumer court.
