With due respect sir,
I have made my channel pack on 28/01/2019 on dishtv site. My setup box is switched of on 1 feb. I call the dishtv customer care no that i want my channel pack and i only want to give only that amount. Sir i payed my channel pack fee but till now they have shown me my previous pack channels. I have called them 100+ times. Everytime they say call us 30 minutes later sir they are making us fool. According to my new channel pack my switched date should be 1 march but when i payed they messaged my that my switch off date is 22 feb. Sir they are not applying your new rule. Please help me otherwise there is no use of your new rule. They are countinuesly making fool o[censored]s and now they are not picking phones. Please help us by giving strict warning to dishtv

    Hi, i am v. Seshu sai a dish tv subscriber. I have recharged my account on 8th feb. As per trai rules, selected the required channels but it has not been reflected in my account. And despite repeated attempts and calls to dish tv customer care they have not been responsive. They have no clue of what the issue is and they are keeping customer waiting indefinitely on phone by providing false information about the status. They are also not willing to transfer the call to their superiors.

    Through this medium, i urge the dish tv management to take note of the callous attitude of its executives, and provide resolution to my issue at the earliest.

    Hi, I am V.Seshu Sai a Dish TV subscriber, bearing VC No [protected]. I have recharged my account on 8th Feb. as per TRAI rules, selected the required channels but It has not been reflected in my account. And despite repeated attempts and calls to DISH TV customer care they have not been responsive. They have no clue of what the issue is and they are keeping customer waiting indefinitely on phone by providing false information about the status. They are also not Willing to transfer the call to their superiors.

    Through this medium, I urge the Dish TV management to take note of the callous attitude of its executives, and provide resolution to my issue at the earliest.

      Hello,

      I recently got a new connection from dishtv and it was installed yesterday at my home.

      I am now trying to register online so that i can manage my account and select more packs to watch the channels i want.

      But i'm not able to register online.
      My 11 digit vc number is [protected].
      When i try to enter this number, it says the following: "oops! Your no. Is not registered with us. Please use your registered mobile no./ vc no. To login. To register your mobile no. Sms dishtv rmn [vc no] to 57575"

      I even tried to send an sms from my phone to register my mobile number. But i got a reply saying :

      "your request cannot
      Be processed as your
      Vc number is yet to
      Be verified. Please
      Resend your request
      Once your contact
      Details are verified"

      Could you please let me know how do i register online.
      Please verify my vc number for me so that i can do the login afterwards.

      I have sent the complaint already to [protected]@dishtv.in and [protected]@dishtv.in

      Please do the needful as soon as possible, i'm not able to watch my favorite channels.

        Sir,

        This is to bring into your notice that i am facing alot of problem with videocon dth service.
        1. I want to update my package as per trai rule i am not able to reach the over a phone even if try night 12 oclock.
        It says executive is busy all the time.
        2. When i am try to do modification online, login fails again and again, capcha does not work, page doesn't move forward error shows etc.
        3. Web login also failing even when i am giving correct password and registered mobile no.
        4. For resetting password also i am not getting any otp on my mobile.
        5. Finally i tried via mobile app also it is doesn't respond and i am not able to login.
        6. When i want to search for nodal officer contact number videocon page is showing error.
        7. Customer care will call us 10 times if your subscription expire and when we want to reach them it is always busy and not reachable.
        8. They are displaying two customer care numbers on web site [protected] (Always busy) and [protected] (Which says temporarily out
        Of service in this case they should remove showing in their web site as customer care number.

        My current email was written on friday and they promise to revert me back within 24hr but still no response from them.

          Ear sir/madam my name is fairoze ahmed. My dish tv id no.[protected]-4. My mobile number is now active [protected]. Now please changing my self number is [protected] and everytime send message and email sent me my email address [protected]@hotmail.com. So please update my new mobile no. And email address in your system.

          Secondly since yesterday channels are geting displayed and though it has suficient balance. And some msg was coming to register with trai. And i dont know what to be done??? Once you update mobile would like to chat and corect the system.

            Hi,
            After the new trai regulations viewers can view n pay only for channels they want. But i think dish tv is not able to execute it. It has been a week since i am not able to view any of my favorite channels. Without any intimation they changed my package from south channels to marathi basic. I called them multiple times initially the person over the phone told me that he is taking my request and the changes should reflect in the next 15 minutes. But after an hour i called back and the other guy told me that it takes 2 hours to process the request. Then almost after 3 hours i called back and the third person told me that there has been some miscommunication and that i have to place request through the app or website. I tried to do it online and through app multiple times but due to their patetic server i wasn't even able to login. Today morning i tried to do it again online and luckily was able to login and i placed the request for the change in pack. And again the request was placed but i got no intimation and nothing has changed. Right now i think i am paying for something that an not even getting. Dish tv has a pathetic service and i think they are just showing that they follow trai regulations but in reality nothing has changed. My token number for the online request is[protected]. The only option left is to migrate to a different service provide. If things don't improve dish tv is going to end up just like other telecom companies and you can see if from the way their share is performing.

              Dear team,

              I am a dish tv customer and not at all happy with the services of the company. Dish tv is not following the rule set up by tri.

              As per your new rules standard ncf is 130 rs, where you will have 100 channels and 25 dd channels are mandatory and remaining 75 you can remove as per you like or dislike. However dish tv is not allowing to remove those channels and claiming all channels are mandatory. I am not sure this is a new rule as per tri? Kindly advise.

              Also there is no help from their customer care department. They are taking additional charges and unnecessary increase my base service tier to 190 without my acknowledgement, when tried to call their customer service they either give turn around time or disconnect phone.

                I had requested for reinstallation of my dish tv kit 10 days back, but till now nothing has been done even after making multiple requests over phone and mails. I have to pay the extra amount even though i did not avail any service for 2 weeks because of their negligence. I get call from local dish tv service people but they never come and i am asked to pay 3 days extra as my subscription expired because of them.

                  I have selected my pack before 31st jan 2019 but still dish tv has not added them to my channels list instead they are displaying their own channels and making me pay for them. Even after repeated communication over mail they have not bothered to respond. As per new trai guideline customer are allowed to choose their own packs but the operators are not abiding by the rule and have created lot of issues to their customers.

                      As per new trai rules we have to select our channel package. For which channels i have recharged my d2h connection, they are not showing me my channels, they have stopped many of them. I'm tried to call videocon customer care more than 200 times. But they are not reachable or call disconnect suddenly or they are busy. So my point is, if they are taking money for every channel thn why are they not showing me those channels. And if they are not showing me all channels thn how can they take charges for that. And for that clearance i have called them, and i tried their mobile application and their website also but every so gle way of communication is been failed. So i can't select my channel as per new trai rules also. But still they are taking money. So this is the clear fraud with customers. Plz do something for this. Waiting for reply.

                              I have been your customer for long time. Today is the worst services i got today. I have two dish tv connection vc - [protected] & [protected].

                              All sudden few channel has gone from my plan. When i tried to contact customer care i was not able to contact earlier and msg on ivr that i will get call back, its been few days but did not get any call back as of now.
                              Today i spoke to dish tv customer card but response was horriable. When i asked i am getting otp to login to dish tv account from brower but its not working, he said that i will be getting otp on tv - how its possible. And when i asked for registered phone and email, he said it was not updated - if that was not registered than what kind of otp i was getting earilier, how its possible when i have been using dish tv from several year but they do not have my information.

                              At last when i said i am going to switched to tata sky connection, than also he was list bothered.

                              I dont understand why i am not able to login to my dish tv account and no one responding in right way. Plz help me.

                                Even after 10 days of opting the packages, dishtv is unable to provide the desired channels. Worst thing is this organisation is fully dependant and surviving on toll free nos. And inaffective customer complaint redressal system. Simply by hiring film. Stars to campaign for dishtv is not going to help. Service to the customer is also required. I am using dishtv for the last 10 years but now thinking of getting it disconnected. Local cable operators are more reliable, easy to access.

                                  I have paid rs. 1749/- for buying new connectoion dishnxt hd with hd packs on yesterday (10:22 pm) through credit card, payment confirmation received from banker end but till now no confirmation message received from dishtv end. Kindly do needful action and confirm me.

                                    Have three years subscription of dish tv non stop pack. Which is still valid for two years. I use to watch with certain add-on channel. But dish tv has abruptly discontinued my add-on channels from my non stop pack. They are saying that they will not provide add-on channels on my non stop pack, which is a basic pack. Though i have recharged my dish tv account. My dish tv vc no. Is [protected] and mobile number [protected]/i want my 1279 rs to my dishtv account and start new trai pack153rs

                                      I am a dish tv customer and they are not following the trai rule, as per which we have rights to select the free-to-air channels.
                                      But they by default select all 145 free channel, and not giving to select this to customer by self. And took extra money for they ncf and extra slab.
                                      They are frauding with people and not providing all channels, as per trai there are approx. Above 250 free channel and more than 150 pay channels. But dish tv not providing all channels.
                                      I complained may times to main incharge, ceo also but yet no resolve to this problem.
                                      They say we will not provide more channels and you have to take the free 145 channels after that you took pay channels by which i got more to pay to bill.

                                      I had all the proofs with photos and voice recorded audio of them and the mail i does to them.

                                        Dish tv already added 147 channels in FTA in north zone.We can not modify it. But, when we select to add any channel then all over price cross 200 rupee with NCF but TRAI set 100 first channel=130 rupee but dish tv why forcing us to buy 147 channels?

                                        By this way they are not only cheating consumers as well as they are manipulating the process.
                                        Dish TV always breaks law and cheating customers .So request you to take action against this cheating firm.
                                        IF this new rule applicable properly our connection price will be lower than 250 rupees.
