Amount deducted but order not confirmed. Can't connect with customer service as well

I made payment for an order today and the amount got successfully deducted. But my order was not confirmed. I am not even able to connect with any customer support. Please help...

Order not delivered and refund not given

Dear Team,
I placed order from ZOMATO on 12 April 2021 at 9 PM. I waited for 1.5 hours for my delivery but did not receive it.

After this incident i checked with Zomato about my order they said it is getting delivered, but then I called delivery person (Satish Kumar [protected]) for my order but he said it is cancelled and you will receive the refund.

On Zomato app my order status was updated as delivered...

Payment deducted from my account but order not placed

I ordered a pizza cake online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs500) i payed via google pay (Upi) money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order...

Pending order confirmation (Amount deducted)

I had preordered pizza at evening 5.30 for the time 7.15 and the amount deducted and the status of order in the app was "pending confirmation".

I went to store but they are not helping, they are just saying to contact customer care but customer care never gets connected, I have been cheated by dominos.

I never got pizza and still in the app it is showing pending confirmation and the amount has been deducted from...

Please note this complaint is regarding nerul navi mumbai haware domino's branch and this is regarding the managers rude behaviour and not at all having any etiquettes nor any courtesy to talk with customer. dominos not providing water at outlet

Some outlets of dominos provide water but some just dont and they argue when asked about the same. They charge for something as simple as water. I have heard that government asks every food joint to provide clean, free of cost drinking water. Then why is dominos not following this?

late delivery and no customer care response

I have placed ordered pizza on 9 August, 2019 and got late delivery (after 30 mins), i filled complaint and customer care executive said that, refund will be processed and you will get call within 15 minutes.

However, i have received no call and i have exchanged over 40 e-mails but they are just saying me to wait for sometime but no resolution is provided yet.

refund money with policy under tsg(total satisfaction guarantee)

Still My payment is not refunded at my Amazon pay wallet. My order of Dominos pizza was late dilevered on the date - 6 July 2019. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have also asked to customer care she suggested to me amount will be refund within 7 working days. Now 20 days has been passed. No any input is texted to me from Domino's side....

money deducted from my bank account but order not placed

I ordered a pizza, stuffed garlic bread and sprite online. The website was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (rs311) got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, I got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even get placed!!...

unsuccessful in getting my refund back!

My order was from 3rd May. Complaint id: 9331051. I am unable to get my money back and now it has been almost 10 days I’ve been coordinating with CS. They say they are unaware, they will check, manager has gone out. Even today when i called the CS, Sameer said i am the manager and he will revert back. I get the same answers everyday from last 10 days....

did not receive the order

I ordered pizza from dominos app and it was confirmed with 30 min guarantee. After 30 min when i checked my app i got to know that it is still being baked. I tried calling the restaurant but no ome answered. Then i contacted the customer care executive and she told me that it is on the way and the delivery boy will contact you soon. After 50 min. Of waiting the dominos app suddenly started showing the deliver boy amit kumars mobile number....

refund of the failed order

Sir, i just ordered a pizza from domino's app. After a few minutes it showed that the order has failed and there is no sign of refund. Rupees 300 has been deducted from my account. packaging not good

Because of not proper packaging all the cheese and stuff from pizza came out of the box. Even though taste is good its not in the proper condition to have it. Please improve the packaging so that people who takes away the order can have it properly. crinkle fries

One should never buy this pathetic item from Domino's. Chinkle fries for rs 60 and u get 15-20 potatoes fingers only and each finger is a size of a baby's finger. Not long as one they provide at McDonald's. Trust me waste of money. Not even too tasty to consider. The one i have got was raw and pathetic. Beware - Never buy it. I wish I could go back in time and stop myself ordering this crinkle junk....

unwanted smell coming from pizza's outer box

Hi, today i have ordered 3 pizzas from dominos dlf 1, newtown, kolkata. It was paid at the time of order via net banking. I received a message that it will be delivered within 30 minutes. But after 50 mins it wasn't deliver and even when i track the status of my delivery, it was showing as delivered. My oder number was 280. Hi i would like to share my experience with domino's (Vit University) it's been 5 days i'm trying to place order with domino's but it always shows as "selected restaurant is offline" when i try to call domino's they never pickup calls, i never expected this from domino's that since 5 days no-one is able to place orders that is ridiculous and the worst customer service ever.

no pizza delivery after paying online via app.

Pizza ordered and paid for at 7:26pm on 13th May, was not delivered till past 9:00pm..I paid Rs. 2039/- for some pizza's

After numerous contacts to the customer care, no satisfactory reply. Only consistent message I got was "it's on the way.." but till 9:15, the order nevere arrived.

I was still told that the refund would happen within 7 - 10 days..

Finally cancelled the order and the screen shot...

gift card not working and still deactivated
