Order was placed on 10th Nov around 9 pm however order was not delivered until 11 pm, hence I contacted Dominos customer service and requested for a cancellation. Customer service cancelled the order and confirmed that refund will be issued within 7 business days. However, I'm still awaiting the refund since the last 3 weeks.

Payment of Rs 736 was sone and no refund until now as the order wasnt placed. See asap

My order dated 5th February 2023 was delivered after 30 minutes. However, the order was termed as "30 minutes guaranteed".
The refund of Rs 300 was expected to be processed within 24 hours. I have not yet received it.

Ordered two medium sized pizzas for a couple of hungry kids on 27 Nov 23 (Order no 140). Waited out 40 minutes and then looked up the status. There was no status on the website. Started chat which said the order was still under baking and I would get my order hot ''soon''! At the same time, I dialed the store and had a horrific experience of talking to two low lying scum of the earth. Insolent, impertinent, apathetic and provocative goon behavior of one Pandey triggered me to write this review. In India all that the rich franchise owners do is count cash and leave the customers at the mercy of such scoundrels as Pandey. If things have come to such a pass that they do not give two hoots as to whether they are ticking off a customer, what is to say what they are serving us. NO MORE DOMINO'S INDIA...NOW OR EVER! DO NOT WANT TO GIVE THEM MONEY SO THAT THEY COULD UNLEASH THEIR MAD DOGS AT ME! HOPE DOMINO'S IN INDIA MEET ITS DOOM- SOONER THAN LATER. SCOUNDRELS!

We're travelling in Navjeevan express and ordered pizza from Domino's. The first order randomly without any notifications. Thinking it might be some technical issue we ordered again. It got cancelled twice more while Domino's ordered in our next compartment was delivered. It happened thrice in general and when we called and enquired I got a vague reply and got told I'll receive a call in a few minutes. It's been more than 4 hours and we have received no callbacks. It was supposed to be the dinner for 10 people. Please respond with a solution at the earliest.

Domino's pizza at kesanand road, wagholi Pune don't provide normal drinking water. We have to buy bottled water. As per consumer rights they must provide normal drinking water.

I am a regular customer of Domino's. Today while ordering pizza through Domino's App, I found there is a fraud being done by Domino's.
I ordered 3 items wherein the total amount was Rs 379.00, wherein Rs 16.38 was GST and Rs 35.00 as Delivery.

I applied a discount coupon of Rs 50.00, the total amount after discount was Rs 336.00, where GST of Rs 16.38 was reduced to Rs 13.88 and Delivery charges of Rs 35.00 was increased to Rs 45.00, which is surprising.

Thirdly, if the amount is being paid online, Domino's billing software converts the amount to rounded-off, which is an unfair means.

Therefore, I request to have necessary action on the fraudulent billing practice being done by an American pizza company Domino's.

This company failed to deliver within 30 minutes and in fact took more than the time required to deliver.

I ordered pizza from dominos on[protected] at 20:36 but when for more then 20 min it showing order confirm only then i called the restaurant about the order status and they say in 10-15 min your order will be dispatched but again when call them after 9:15 p. M. They say in 5 min will be dispatched and they keep doing it for more then an hour and every time i called the restaurant they say 5 min -5 min but nothing happen and after 10:00 p....

I have ordered 2 pizzas on 10th November 2023 at 03.00 PM and prepaid the order with Rs. 1009. None of them was delivered yet. I have tried too much to contact with customer service but I am totally disappointed. Even I was unable to contact customer support as they have not provided any Phone No. of customer service. Please process my refund as soon as possible.

The order was placed on 11:04, i recieved my order, I paid for it n when I started eating the pizza n drunk half of the Pepsi bottle i noticed that the date of the expiry is 3/11 while today's date is 5/11, I want to file a case as it can be dangerous for someone's life

I have ordered an advance pizza on 24th september from my mobile number - [protected] from the dominos app and made the payment via gift card with gift card number - [protected].
My order was cancelled from the store side and my money was also debited from my gift voucher and not credited back to my gift voucher.
I have contacted dominos customer care on call thrice but I haven't got any help from them. I have also written email 3/4 times but still my issue is not resolved. Please help me with my issue.
I request you to refund my money back as soon as possible

I ordered pizzas & stuffed garlic bread from domino’s dehradun on 29/09/2023 from [protected] & I found insects in it then I immediately called domino’s customer care then they said we are sorry and we are working on your complaint but then there was no reply from them even my little daughter & my brother became sick after eating pizza that night we had to go to the hospital in rush by ambulance. The dr did tests & said it was food poisoning and then we remained in the hospital for 3 days. My brother was continuously vomiting due to which his intestine got swollen. We’ve suffered a lot mentally and physically & domino’s responsible for all this. Please I want justice. Domino’s played with someone’s life on whom we all trust so much. I’ve all the evidences. Now I will go to the court with all this evidence & will also tell everyone through social media what is the truth behind thè international food brand domino’s & be aware from this brand domino’s. No one else should’ve to go through what my family went through.

Hi, i ordered dominos pizza on 26th Sept 23. both my kids had dominos pizza for lunch around 2pm and by 6pm evening they both got loose motions, voimtings and 104 fever.
one end up in hospital with CRP of 126. she was admitted for 3 days and administered high dosage of antibiotics.
other one had high fever with loose motions.

Dear Team,

I have made the bulk pizza delivery order on Sep 29, 2023 for one of company's process soft launch from Urappakkam - Domino's Pizza -Order no : 72, 73 & 78. They delivered the Pizza with worthless quality when i raised the complaint regarding this on Sep 30, 2:38 AM received call from [protected] - Arun Kumar, on Oct 02, 2023 @ 11.15 PM stating that all the staff were new without proper training are at the Outlet and that is the reason the quality of pizza was not good, so we cant do anything of this.
On 3-Oct-23 received call from [protected] - Mani stating he is the store manager very rude over the call, not even ready to listen the complaint.
