I placed on order on 25th feb.after placing the order i waited for 2 hrs but they did not delivered the order and later on my order got cancelled also i did not recived any amount refund.i paid 481 for the same.

This is a fraud.please refund my amount.

    My money through UPI has been deducted but no order has been placed I contacted the customer care and been informed it will take 5-7 days for refund and they neither will place a order for me now I am a trainee in hotel management and currently I put all money for the pizza and now either can I enjoy my meal or have money to place any other place I am very disappointed because it's the second time I am facing this issue with Domino's

      I made a transaction with Dominos on 9th Feb 2024 where the amount of Rs 1688 got deducted through google pay but the order was not processed by Dominos.

      I have been constantly talking to customer care for the refund but I am being given a different reason everytime.

      It has been more than 10 days and I am still waiting for the refund.

        I ordered two pizzas from Domino's and was paying through paytm upi app, and as i payed it was taking a long time on the portal. My money got deducted ₹509 but my order didn't get placed.i request you for immediate action and refund on this matter.

          I tried to order pizzas of rs.449 from dominos app on 10th February 8PM. I used phone pe app for the transaction and money was debited from my account. But at that time order didn't go through. On the app it said, "Something went wrong" and no order was registered. After that on the app there was no proper customer service available to assist this issue. So I raised ticket with phone pe but they are saying it will take 30 for update from the third party. I can not reach out to Dominos through the app because they have a AI based customer service which have only 2-3 pre-programmed set of questions. So I need help for getting the refund as soon as possible. I have attached receipt of the transaction as well for your reference.

            I order Domino's Pizza from Domino's application on 9th Feb 2024 between 08:45 PM to 09:15 PM and made the payment trough Phone pay UPI and Paytm UP total 3 times my payment (3 times Rs. 536+536+536= Rs.1608) deducted from my account. i raise the complaint with Domino's but however refund only one time Rs. 536.00

              Domino's app payment failed and not refunded

              Two times Rs.228 and in total Rs.456 got deducted from my account on 9th February 2024. This was really bad experience for me.

              Mobile no using in Domino's is [protected].

              Request you to look into this issue and do the needful. Please refund the total amount of Rs.456 at the earliest.


              Same day I sent an email to Domino's and they said will be refunded in a week. It's been one week still...

                  I ordered pizza from dominos(push road old Rajendra Nagar) at 8.39 pm and I waited till 9 pm and then I call the store but line was busy and they didn't inform me about the delay .
                  I thought that the order is not going to delivered today so I cook food and ate it
                  at 10.22pm dominos agent delivere my order but I told him that I don't need it now but he told me that u have to talk to outlet and gave me the order.
                  I talk with the outlet that I want my refund because it is a complete wastage of my money and had to suffer from mental distress too
                  the outlet person told me that their outlet is not at fault for not informing me
                  when I ask him about the refund then he told me that I will not gave u money as a refund instead he offer me a complimentary pizza which I don't need

                    Ordered pizza from Domino's App on 21 January 2024. Paid online from Amazon pay UPI and the amount debited from bank account but still not showing any order in the Domino's application.

                    Called Domino's store and they are saying that they didn't receive any order. Also bank is saying that amount is paid to the name of Domino's.

                    So where is my money? I want my money back. Please resolve this issue ASAP....

                    Hi,
                    I purchased a Regular Cheese burst Farmhouse Pizza from Dominos Shibpur outlet on 20/01/2024. The invoice number is 64129/23/25301 and the Order no was 51. The payment for the pizza was done through UPI for an amount of Rs 358.70 inclusive of taxes and I was also charged Rs 7.62/- for a paper bag for a take away product.
                    I informed the server that the amount for paper bag should not be deducted as the order was take away product and could not be carried away in hand as it is served hot. I also informed the server executive on the counter that the Courts have set a clear precedent on such charging as deficiency of services. However he refused to listen and did not provide any explanation. Being aggrieved I am compelled to report such practice being carried out at your outlets.

                      I had ordered a pizza on 31/12/2023 and paid the amount of 471.45/- through my debit card. The amount got deducted from my account twice but for some reason, it was reflecting only once in dominos offline store. Staff told me that it will refund in 2-3 days but not being so into my account. 20 days have passed and i have not yet received my refund.

                        I've ordered domino's pizza amount of Rs.521 on 14th December 2023 through domino's app.
                        Payment request was sent to Googlepay app .
                        Money was debited and transcation was successful.
                        But order was not placed. Only one order which I placed around 2:30 is showing and the other which I placed around 7 or 8 is missing.
                        It’s been 10 days yet no sign of refund. Called the dominos customer care and they said me to send the transaction id and all to their mail and said me to wait for 2 days to get a call back. Been 3 days yet still no sign of them resolving the problem nor any call back. Pathetic response from dominos and their customer care.

                          I recently ordered pizza via dominos app on 14th December 2023 and did my transaction via gpay app. The amount was rs 521 but after doing the transaction I couldn’t view my order in the order history. When I called the store they said that the system was offline and was not receiving any orders online and then told me to wait Upto 7days for refund. Today it’s been 7days and yet still no sign of refund. The place from where I ordered is dominos tadong, Gangtok. Below are the transaction and the order history.

                              Order was placed on 10th Nov around 9 pm however order was not delivered until 11 pm, hence I contacted Dominos customer service and requested for a cancellation. Customer service cancelled the order and confirmed that refund will be issued within 7 business days. However, I'm still awaiting the refund since the last 3 weeks.

                                  My order dated 5th February 2023 was delivered after 30 minutes. However, the order was termed as "30 minutes guaranteed".
                                  The refund of Rs 300 was expected to be processed within 24 hours. I have not yet received it.
