Refund / order cancellation

I ordered pizza from dominos on[protected] at 20:36 but when for more then 20 min it showing order confirm only then i called the restaurant about the order status and they say in 10-15 min your order will be dispatched but again when call them after 9:15 p. M. They say in 5 min will be dispatched and they keep doing it for more then an hour and every time i called the restaurant they say 5 min -5 min but nothing happen and after 10:00 p....

I have ordered 2 pizzas on 10th November 2023 at 03.00 PM and prepaid the order with Rs. 1009. None of them was delivered yet. I have tried too much to contact with customer service but I am totally disappointed. Even I was unable to contact customer support as they have not provided any Phone No. of customer service. Please process my refund as soon as possible.

    Hi today I ordered 2 pizza and a Pepsi
    The order was placed on 11:04, i recieved my order, I paid for it n when I started eating the pizza n drunk half of the Pepsi bottle i noticed that the date of the expiry is 3/11 while today's date is 5/11, I want to file a case as it can be dangerous for someone's life

            I have ordered an advance pizza on 24th september from my mobile number - [protected] from the dominos app and made the payment via gift card with gift card number - [protected].
            My order was cancelled from the store side and my money was also debited from my gift voucher and not credited back to my gift voucher.
            I have contacted dominos customer care on call thrice but I haven't got any help from them. I have also written email 3/4 times but still my issue is not resolved. Please help me with my issue.
            I request you to refund my money back as soon as possible

              I’m Kuljeet Kaur from Dehradun Uttarakhand. I ordered pizzas & stuffed garlic bread from domino’s dehradun on 29/09/2023 from [protected] & I found insects in it then I immediately called domino’s customer care then they said we are sorry and we are working on your complaint but then there was no reply from them even my little daughter & my brother became sick after eating pizza that night we had to go to the hospital in rush by ambulance. The dr did tests & said it was food poisoning and then we remained in the hospital for 3 days. My brother was continuously vomiting due to which his intestine got swollen. We’ve suffered a lot mentally and physically & domino’s responsible for all this. Please I want justice. Domino’s played with someone’s life on whom we all trust so much. I’ve all the evidences. Now I will go to the court with all this evidence & will also tell everyone through social media what is the truth behind thè international food brand domino’s & be aware from this brand domino’s. No one else should’ve to go through what my family went through.

                Hi, i ordered dominos pizza on 26th Sept 23. both my kids had dominos pizza for lunch around 2pm and by 6pm evening they both got loose motions, voimtings and 104 fever.
                one end up in hospital with CRP of 126. she was admitted for 3 days and administered high dosage of antibiotics.
                other one had high fever with loose motions.

                  Dear Team,

                  I have made the bulk pizza delivery order on Sep 29, 2023 for one of company's process soft launch from Urappakkam - Domino's Pizza -Order no : 72, 73 & 78. They delivered the Pizza with worthless quality when i raised the complaint regarding this on Sep 30, 2:38 AM received call from [protected] - Arun Kumar, on Oct 02, 2023 @ 11.15 PM stating that all the staff were new without proper training are at the Outlet and that is the reason the quality of pizza was not good, so we cant do anything of this.
                  On 3-Oct-23 received call from [protected] - Mani stating he is the store manager very rude over the call, not even ready to listen the complaint.

                      I ordered from Domino's Pizza app on 1st October, 2023. The outlet in Hinjewadi, pune is very inactive and sluggish in online delivery. They always disappoint with their store being offline most of the times. I had to select the advance order option which was 10:59 AM now they have rescheduled it to 10:59 PM. I just want to cancel my order but that option is also not available in the app. This the worst experience I've had with a food delivery company.

                          I have followed up on email for digital invoice at least 5 times on the email given by their customer care number but not got response with required details. Each time they say we will get back to you.
                          I don't know how the customer are is even operating or functional or just automated responses are getting sent.

                            Tried to order pizza from dominos app on date : 26th August 2023, evening 7:30 pm, money deducted from account but the order dint got confirmed, the error message was - could not completed your order, some error occurred.
                            Amount - 506Rs deducted, no order was confirmed in App.

                            2. OTP in registered mob, amount deduction message.
                            3. Dominos app with last order - on date 13th August 2023.Waited for 2 weeks but money was not returned back.

                              I ordered a pizza from their app on 16 sep 2023 at 2128hrs. The order was guaranteed 30 minutes order. It was delivered at 16 sep 2023 at 2209hrs that is after 41 minutes. (Timings are as per what is displayed on their app)

                              I tried connecting with their help assistant which was kept getting hanged last night.
                              The delivery sheepishly said sorry.

                              Now when I raised complained on their customer care number in morning.. they sent me a link to register the complaint for reimbursement as per guidelines ilon their site and after registering it shows that delivery was made at 2152hrs...

                                Dear Domino's Pizza Customer Service,

                                I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding my recent experience with your online ordering system. As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed the convenience and taste of Domino's Pizza, but my recent encounter left me unsatisfied and frustrated.

                                My ordeal occurred during my lunch break, which is limited to just one hour from 12pm to 1pm. I understand that pizza delivery typically takes around 30 minutes, so this leaves me with a mere 30-minute window to place my order and have it delivered in time for my lunch break.

                                I proceeded to select the items I wanted and proceeded to the payment section. However, to my dismay, I received a message stating that the Bank Union Bank server was down, and I needed to wait. I waited patiently for a few minutes, hoping the issue would be resolved. But, to my frustration, the same message appeared again when I attempted to make the payment.

                                I began to watch the clock, realizing that I only had 15 minutes left to place my order, or I would go without lunch. I attempted to make the payment multiple times, only to receive a message stating that the maximum number of payment attempts had been reached. This left me wondering how many attempts I had made and what I should do in this situation. The lack of information made the situation even more frustrating.

                                In a last-ditch effort to order, I decided to change my selected items and opt for cash on delivery. However, to my surprise, I encountered the same message stating that the maximum attempts had been reached. By this point, it was too late, and I was left without lunch.

                                What was even more disappointing was the fact that the feedback and complaint options within the app provided only pre-selected responses, leaving no room for me to express my frustration and seek a solution to the issue. It felt like there was no way for me, as a customer, to communicate my concerns and have them addressed.

                                This experience has left me extremely annoyed and dissatisfied. In the end, I decided to remove the Domino's Pizza app from my phone and vowed not to order from your service again. I believe that I can now focus on healthier food options and avoid the frustration that comes with attempting to place an order through your app.

                                I hope my feedback serves as a constructive critique of your online ordering system. As a customer, I value clear communication, timely service, and the ability to address issues when they arise. Unfortunately, my recent experience did not meet these expectations.

                                Thank you for taking the time to listen to my concerns. I hope that my feedback will help improve the overall customer experience at Domino's Pizza.

                                  I'm utterly furious with Domino's, and I don't mince words when I say this: your service has been a complete disaster. I placed an advance order worth ₹451, and guess what? It never arrived, and the store couldn't be bothered to answer my calls or offer any explanation because the phone gets never connected. At 1 am in the night, it shows me out for delivery and then delivered. The customer support makes it more irritating because no one is there is contact, only same chats with the so called virtual assistant. There is no address of the restaurant and i cant file a feedback because of that.
                                  I need my refund asap.

                                    I placed an order at the store in sector 8c Chandigarh for a combo Double Cheese veg pizza. I paid Rs. 220/- No payment receipt was given to me. I was told my order number. In store dining is on the 1st floor. The display screen was not working there. So no announcement of my order being ready. When I go downstairs my order was on the counter.. cold. As it was a combo, still no cold drink was served to me.

                                    All tables were dirty. Twice I asked for clearing at least one. No response.

                                    When I asked for my bill, I was given one which was issued for one 'sp Singh' for Rs.291.00
