Online order 53, dates 19.07.2015 Delayed delivery, more than the regular delivery time, no phone call from dominos regarding the delay in delivery When a complaint is launched the harassed way of speaking by Mr Hridesh, customer service executive and making a mocking laugh is an insult to any customer, . I ordered pizza on 18/7/15. Which was to be delivered at 10pm. Instead the delivery man came at 10.11pm. I asked him about the policy of the company regarding delivery on time. He started giving lame excuses like he like had gone to the wrong place and the main gate was closed bla bla bla. He had my no he could have called me. But he didn't. And there is no proof of whatever he said. I asked him to call his office. He kept on fumbling with his phone. I asked him to give me the number. the moment i called the phn rang. The person on the other side of the phn kept on arguing with me favouring the delivery man. And lastly he said that next time home delivery will not be made at my address!! . first of all it was their fault and on top of it they were threatening me that order will not be delivered at my address. The delivery man had the audacity to say that i got the discount forcefully and it was not there fault even though he was late. I will myself not order and also make sure my friends and relatives also do not. There are several other companies like pizza hut etc. We r not dependent on dominos but dominos is definitely dependent on customers for business. The outlet was kolkata ballygunj outlet. My order no was 217.

The order no. 207 dtd 18/07/2015 was placed on 9.05 pm but was delivered at 10.20 pm by your delivery boy.The distance between your pizza shop and our home is only 15 mnts by bike/car.Even the pizza that was delivered was cold.We want a refund of our money for such a poor service and product.

Dear Sir, I have order Pizza from one of your outlet at Shop No. 3, 4 & 5, Ground Floor, 4D Square, Plot No 89, Scheme No. 21, Moje Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380006 The manager called me and refuse to give home delivery of pizza by saying that he can't deliver pizza due to out of service area but actually my home is just around 3 km. so i don't find this is valid ground for refusal of home and i also read terms and conditions for delivery of pizza which specifically provide for that area must be within mapped location and i order as per mapped location so i think there shouldn't be any problem in delivery of pizza. So i would like to take an action on manager of outlet for refusal of home deliver. if this is the problem with website as stated by manager that web site shows every location then you need make changes in your website so manager shouldn't take order at first place because we wasted our time on waiting for delivery of pizza at home and i receive call after 20 minutes that you have to come to outlet to collect your order which i find inappropriate behavior from manager and i am not satisfied with your and this is fall within the deficiency in service as per consumer protection Act, 1986 All Order detail is mention in photo proof Regards Umang Modi Contact No [protected]

This is with reference to the cleanliness of the store at main Road, Ranchi which has been found very dirty during my visit on 18/07/2015, order no 315 @ 7.42 pm. Photo attached. The booming /wiping of the floor needs to be done frequently as happens in metro cities. And also tv is not being displayed at the store. Please take immediate action in this regard. I am astonished to see this kind of response from professionals like dominos. I ordered food online at ANSAL plaza outlet in Gurgaon first of all I kept waiting for food for 40 minutes no response from outlet tried calling them spoke to mr Neeraj he apologize and told me I will call back then this home delivery guy calls from some mobile saying sir ur address is wrong I told him I had recon firmed address by ph also to outlet. I said kids will be asleep plz deliver ASAP after 15 min one man arrives with rubber chap pals on dominos bike his way of talking was very rude meantime I recieved call from Neeraj saying sorry and gave discount of 300 I told this guy he said sir meri baat karvao tabhi donga mere mob mein balance na hai. To avoid I called and made him spk to Neeraj I gave this guy 500 note he returned 200 I said the bill was In 670 he said I don't have change I after 1 hour he called at 11.30 saying sir Maine paise kam le liye hai I told him I don't go that address ladies alone at home then at 12.30 he went to that house they didn't open and called me I spoke to Neeraj and told him I will come in 3-4 days and solve don't go that house he assured me and apologize but again today afternoon that guy went to that house and misbehaved with ladies knowing they r alone and seeking advantage of the situation the guys name is Vicky now I spoke to rajkumar in restaurant as rest mngr khan was on leave for id he again is saying we will take action but god knows what action they will take I am thinking to lodge a police complaint for the same this is really absurd

Hello dominos team My name is rajnish my number is [protected] and I ordered a pizza mania from sector 61 noida [protected] on 12 July 2015 manager name was aavish. First I got the order in almost an hour and when I called the manager to ask that whyvthw order is so late he was so rude and said it's your choice whether to accept the order or not. We do not accept this kind of service from u.

Iam pure vegetarian by birth and pure bhramin. Lingampally hyd dominos servied non veg. I have complained them via online but no response. Even I haven't received my money back. .. This is really frustrating me. I want to file a case in consumer as I have bill, snaps and vedio of this incident.

the incident took place on 10th june 2015. We were at dominoes pizza, rajpur road dehradun.. The employee at the shop took our order and we had to pay a bill of Rs 448. So i thought to pay it by my SBI debit card. He swiped the debit card through the machine and asked em to enter the credentials. after sometime he told that the card was;nt working and the transaction is declined. HE again did the same procedure, again i entered my credentials and again same thing happened. He told that the card is not working and i have to pay through another card. In the mean time i received to alert messages from SBI bank that two transaction of Rs 448 has been made. when i showed the message to them they said that sometimes it happens that the money is deducted but it does'nt reached the dominoes server. SBI will return u back ur money in 2 days. I was convinced and gave another card to pay the bill and finally the transaction was completed and bill was paid. I waited for 2 days for my deducted amount to come back in my account but it did'nt happened. so after 7 days i went to the atm and got a mini statement in which it was clearly mentioned that two transaction worth Rs 448 has been made at dominoes. this means that they took thrice the original amount to be paid by me. i want serious action to be taken and money to be returned to me.a

This is regarding the pitampura, road no. 44 store, delhi. For at least 10 times, the pizza ordered (Cheese burst) did not have even half of the cheese supposed to be in the pizza. On complaining, i was given a rude reply that the cheese was accurate although i had shown the pizza to the delivery boy. . Also, after some time, the store boys refused to take the order for delivery as instructed by the manager of the store - mr. Karamjeet. It's been five months that i have not ordrered pizza from dominos as i have been refused delivery. The manager even refused to talk &was extremely arrogant in his behaviour. If this is the way the customers are treated, i am afraid the loyal customers to dominos like us shall have to go elsewhere. Please look into the matter asap and kindly follow up.

A disappointed customer !

I had ordered Stuffed Garlic Bread and Pizza from Domino's Sunny Enclave. I found hair in the garlic bread. As I have order at the outlet the manager of the store not even apologize and he send me new stuffed garlic bread. This is really disappointing and this shows how you guys trained your staff regarding the handling of the complaints. I got the pics of the same that I am sharing with you. I have not shared the same on social website yet.

I had ordered an Pizza - Invoice number - DPI65916/15-16/31397 Date - 11 July 2015 Order No - 195 We had ordered pizza on our way the receipt say 7:05 as the time we placed order .In 45 min when enquired the pizza was not delivered .Coming back to the shop we enquired firstly they said we delivered pizza on time .(first false commitment) on my re confirmation they were still adamant on their delivery in 30 min . I insisted I need to speak to the manager they came with a counter answer that manager can not meet to everyone and then the false claim that while we you were placing order we said pizza would reach in 40 min . Here is the problem I had no problem in your pizza being delivered late by 10 min we just wanted to know the truth it is absolutely not acceptable to hear a false statement and put the full blame on the customer . After this rude and absolutely in appropriate incident I was adamant to meet manager meet Summet Singh and explained him the seriousness he in turn offered me one more pizza . I am really sad to tell you that I expect honesty from your team of people if you guys are late and fail to deliver a pizza in 30 min accept it . Not put in blame and make false stories to close it on the customer .I seriously didn't want the refund but now I need it just to ensure everyone understand the relevance of honesty. Hi, I order one pizza on 7th Jul'2015. On which I was trying to do paytm payment which got transaction fail status, so I tried once more with same error. So I opted for cash on delivery. Later I found that there was a deduction from my paytm wallet as well as I paid cash on delivery also. I need my transaction amount to be returned which is 185 +185 =370 RS.

Incomplete Pizza order delivered in 2 hours. delivered cold.i refused to take this order and ask for refund but still no update not response i got from any of the executive. It was a sad experience for me. when i called to customer care officer and asked to call the Manager someone " Amit" from Jail Road Plaza store, Tilak Nagar, Delhi. apologized and confirmed that the refund will be done to my account in 7 days but still I have no update. Today i placed an online order for a pizza delivery. I entered my address, placed an order and made a payment. After that I get a call from the store to which the order was sent(not by me) automatically through their online order portal claiming that they don't deliver to the requested address as it is out of their delivery area and said money would be reverted back in 7 working days. I refused saying that I didn't chose your store.I would like to raise a complaint on this issue of inconvenience caused and also for taking the online order which they were not able to cater for.

Order is being placed through all and I'm in delivery zone.but they are refusing that they will not deliver pizza in Yamuna Vihar.Dominos is in Jyoti Nagar which is merely 1 KM away from my house.And the employees who are attending calls are giving a justified reason.They are just saying we're delivering here. *This is shame on Dominos that they are keeping customers unhappy.Dominos today is in business just bcz o[censored]s and this is really sad for Dominos pizza.* Branch is JYOTI NAGAR. Our area is YAMUNA VIHAR. Dominos pizza app is placing order but they are refusing without any proper reason.
